Lesson12 Mr.Moon s birthday 教学设计单元及课文分析：本单元内容选自冀教版小学英语第四册第二单元，本单元的主题是 Days and Months ，本单元主要学习月份单词、序数词、重要节日以及描述天气状况的词汇，同时学习如何表达日期、生日、和描述天气的句子结构。本课是本单元的最后一课， 是故事课， 讲述了月亮先生在很久以前没有生日， 因此十二个月份争相推荐自己， 并在推荐自己的过程当中， 介绍了自己月份的特点。故事课中出现的月份、 天气、 节日等词汇都是学生在前面的课中学过的， 但本课的篇幅较长， 句子多， 本课对于大部分学生来说不算太难， 但是对于程度差的学生还是有一定的难度的。 对于课文出现的个别的新单词， 学生可以借助图片以及上下文等进行猜测和理解。二、 学情分析学生从三年级起学习英语， 经过一年多的学习， 已有初步的英语基础。 通过本单元前 5 课的学习， 学生已能熟练地认读一些常见的天气、 月份等词汇， 能简单介绍天气的一些特征， 本课的月份生日话题是与学生的日常生活息息相关的， 容易激发学生的兴趣和求知欲望。1. 学生能在图片的提示下理解所读故事内容；2. 学生能够表演和呈现Mr.Moon s birthday ；3. 在阅读故事中，学习相关的阅读策略：朗读、默读、寻读等；4. 在阅读故事中体验学习英语的乐趣，并尝试阅读其他的英语故事；四、 教学重难点读懂故事，理解故事并表演故事。五 、教具和学具多媒体课件单词卡片 月份头饰六 、教学过程I Pre -reading1.
