摘  要

随着科技的发展,中央空调为人们创造舒适环境的同时却又带来了隐患。“空调病”患者逐渐增多,造成这样原因的就是中央空调通风管道的并不能得到及时清洗,这让人体健康受到了极大伤害。另一个方面的影响是不洁净的空调风管还会让制冷效果下降,使得大量的能源被浪费。故制造中央空调风管清洗机器人目前刻不容缓。

本文阐述了国内外中央空调清洁机器人的发展状况,讲明了本课题的研究背景及意义,进行了中央空调风管清洗机器人的机械结构的研究设计,并针对现存情况,本文研制出一种具有自适应可调型空调风管清扫机器人,通过更换不用的刷头及履带足自变位系统机器人能够满足方管、圆管管道的清扫工作要求。通过履带足上的电磁铁的通断电能够实现水平与垂直上升的工作要求。通过CCD彩色摄像机能实现控制人员的实时监控。

所设计的中央空调风管清洗机器人最终实现了不同管径、不同管道的清洗工作,完成了自适应功能,实现了机器人小型化、轻量化的要求,更适应目前国内的发展形势。

Abstract

    With the development of science and technology, and create a comfortable environment for people of central air conditioning and brings hidden trouble."Air-condition disease" patients gradually increased, cause this is the central air conditioning ventilation pipes and can't get timely cleaning, greatly damage the human body health.Another aspect is the influence of unclean air duct refrigeration effect, still can let makes a lot of energy is wasted.So the manufacture of central air-conditioning duct cleaning robot is urgent.

    This paper expounds the development status of central air conditioning cleaning robots at home and abroad, clarifying the research background and significance of this topic, the central air-conditioning duct cleaning robot mechanical structure of the research design, and in view of existing situation, this paper developed a kind of adaptive adjustable type air duct cleaning robot, by changing the don't have to brush a head and tracked robot foot since the deflection system can satisfy the square tube, pipe pipe cleaning work requirements.By means of the electromagnet of caterpillar foot power to achieve horizontal and vertical rising job requirement.Through the CCD color video camera can realize real-time monitoring control personnel.

    The design of central air-conditioning duct cleaning robot finally achieved different pipe diameter, pipe cleaning, complete the function of adaptive, realize the request of the robot miniaturization, lightweight, more adapt to the development of the current domestic situation.
