.Contract agreement of construction and installation project Contract issuing party :Tianjin water industry engineering equipment Co.,Ltd. Contractor :Qingdao Installation &Construction Co. ,Ltd. After investigation and doing some research ,the contract issuing party decides to hand over the “Water Supply System Improvement Project of Luanda City ,Angola” to the contractor and so they sign this contract agreement as follows:Article 1.Name of the project : Water Supply System Improvement Project of Luanda City ,Angola.Article 2.Scope of the project contract : Including civil engineering, material procurement, installation, commissioning, warranty and other projects.Article 3.Location of the project :Luanda city of AngolaArticle 4.Time period of the contract Starting from : August 30,2005 Ending at : May 29,2006The time period of the contract is 275 days, based on the calendar .Article 5.Standards of the project quality :checked and accepted once and for all Article 6.Price of the contract Sum of money :USD 9,030,000Article 7.Contract price and payment (1) Contract price: The contract price is fixed.The Contractor can not have any reason to increase the contract price For example, the market price inflation, currency price fluctuations, the cost of living increase, raising the base wage,tariff adjustments and so on .(2) Prepayment of the project :The time when the contract issuing party pays the prepayment and the total sum of money :The contract issuing party will pay 20% of the total price ,that is USD 1,806,000 as the prepayment after signing the contract agreement .(3)Methods of paying the progress payment and its conditions : The sum of payment should be fixed as per completed project cost . In accordance with the works of each month to confirm the list ，the payment will be made in the each 3th month for the last two months .(4)Settlement of the project : The contractor should submit the project settltment statrment within 14 days after the completeness of the project .The contract issuing party should finish the examining and settlement within 14days after receiving the statement ,After examining and settlement ,the contract issuing party should deduct the quality guarantee money and pay the left amount of the contractor within 7 days .Article 8. Project quality and the criteria of check and accept The contractor should work strictly according to construction plan and instruction book in order to ensure project quality .The obligation should be clear if some accidents are happened in construction .The loss caused bu the accidents should be accepted by the party which is responsible for the task . The finishing criteria of check and accept should according to t he check and accept criteria of project and quality inspection critaria issuing by the state as a basis .Article 9.The number of the contract Both parties appointed that is 8 copies in all .Each party takes 4 copies .Article 10.Guarantee to keep project in good repair Guarantee fee :The cost and related responsibility should be assumed by the party which causes the loss . Cash deposit :After finishing and settlement of the project ,5% of the total value of the project should be left as cash deposit .The cash deposit is going be returned in 12 months after the operation of check and accept ,if no quality problem is found .Article 11.Contracts becoming effective The time of contract signed :30.8,2005 The place of contract signed :Tianjin city ,China Both parties agreed and stipulated the contract becomes effective on that day of signing .Article 12.Other clauses (1)The contractor should pay special attention to the following questions according to the requesst of the owner.A .Take effective measures to project finished products (including other professional ones )B .Construction site should be kept clean and hygienic .The wokers should take care of civilization construction .Materials needed should be used uo and the site need to be clean after finishing one project ,also should correspond with interrelated regulation .C .A feasible and complete program plan should be made to ensure the safety and quality of construction before all kinds of works start ,which should be carried out strictly .D .Plan and management should be strictly made .The plans should be made well under a daily ,weekly and monthly basis .(2)Antisepsis company contracted by contract issuing party must obey the contractor in arrangement to ensure to finish the project smoothly .(3)Consumption of electricity used by contractor in construction should be calculated separately .The cost should be deducted by contract issuing party from project funds .(4)The contractor must arrive at the site in three days after signing the contract .(5)Contract issuing party supplies lodging place .Other should be supplied by themselves .(6)Contractors should strengthen site safety management to stop the happening of safety accidents ,If some accidents happened ,the contractor takes the responsibility themselves .Article 13.Solving the responsibility of the breach of contract :The disputes should be solved by negotiation .If it can not be solved by negotiation ,both parties should make arbitration to Tianjin Arbitration Committee .Contract issuing party : Contractor :Legal representative : Legal representative :欢迎您下载我们的文档，后面内容直接删除就行资料可以编辑修改使用资料可以编辑修改使用致力于合同简历、论文写作、PPT设计、计划书、策划案、学习课件、各类模板等方方面面，打造全网一站式需求ppt课件设计制作,word文档制作,图文设计制作、发布广告等，公司秉着以优质的服务对待每一位客户，做到让客户满意！感谢您下载我们文档8.
