In my opinion（在我看来）, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good health.First, we should have the right food and avoid（避免） foods with lots of sugar and fat. We should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Second, we should get proper amount of sleep（获得适量的睡眠） because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired. We need at least （至少）eight hours of sleep each day. Finally, we should exercise regularly （定期地）because life depends on （取决于）exercise.
