。5、金属波纹管钢带进场必须附有合格证和质量保证书,钢带厚度不小于0.3mm,现场卷制的波纹管必须进行试验,检测在通过1KN径向力作用下的径向钢度和抗渗漏试验,波纹管接长前用平口钳将卷边现象压直,波纹管套接用直径稍大、长度为管径5-7倍的同材质波纹管套接,用胶带密封。6、监理工程师已对通道、预应力砼图纸进行了认真研读,深刻领会了设计意图,对跨径25m的后张预应力砼长度、斜交角及梁底三角垫层进行了认真的复核,并建立了施工台帐。7、按照以前施工经验,对薄壁构件钢筋较密的砼振捣时,采用50振捣棒端部焊-60cm长16钢筋,对钢筋密集区和波纹管部位振捣,效果较好,所以要求承包人提前作好此项目准备工作。(四)施工过程控制:1.底模处理:首次使用时,对底模钢板表板表面应采用角磨机全面打磨,彻底清理掉所有铁锈和铁皮,并用柴油清洗干净,待现场监理检查合格后涂抹脱模剂,并用塑料薄膜贴盖。同时现场监理应认真检查三角垫层的设置尺寸和方向,及吊梁孔底板位置的设置是否合理。2.钢筋的加工及安装:a.钢筋安装前在底模边缘按计划钢筋间距标示出各种钢筋安装位置及跨中、堵头板位置,所有的钢筋都必须在钢筋加工厂焊接定型后才能在台座上挂线绑扎。现场监理对首片梁板钢筋要逐型号、逐规格,逐间距实测实量。并严格控制防止内模上浮的环形箍筋高低尺寸,间距按不大于50cm设置,并在其下沿梁纵向通长布置3-4根8钢筋,控制内模变形或上浮,并在梁端部位,环形箍筋内,内模顶面设置3mm厚,1米至2米长52cm宽的槽型钢板,以更好的控制梁端顶面尺寸和线型。严格控制绞缝钢筋的外露尺寸和间距、线型,对顶板护拦、伸缩缝及其它预埋筋应挂线安装固定,确保外露长度和位置。间距。保护层橡胶垫块按1米间距梅花型布置,待现场监理检查验收后方可进行下道工序的施工。b.钢筋骨架成型后安装波纹管前,应精确计算出波纹管安装位置,并加工定位网,定位网用8钢筋焊为“”型,曲线段50cm,直线段100cm的间距焊接固定,确保位置准确,线型平顺,然后用直径4.5cm的通长PVC穿管其内。3.模板安装:a.模板安装采用“侧包底”,应本着“宁低不高,宁窄不宽、宁短不长”的原则,按规范偏差的负值控制。模板安装前,先在台座两侧粘贴厚度5mm,宽度2cm的橡胶条,保证外模与台座紧贴不漏浆。模板表用面卫生纸抹试不发黄,不发黑,并涂抹脱模剂后方可安装,采用16对拉螺栓上下固定,端模采用10mm厚定型钢模制成,现场监理应认真检查模板高度,长度、宽度和堵头板角度,模板间隙和预埋锚栓孔位置,并挂线校正侧模线型。模板检查合格后现场监理应再次检查钢筋保护层厚度及有无漏筋、少筋现象。b.为了提高预应力砼砼密实度及外观质量,在腹板外侧40cm高位置安装兴平生产的1.5KW高频俯着式振动器,间距按1.5米控制。为了避免开启俯着式振动器时模板与砼表面发现共振现象,俯着式振动器的安装应一正一竖,在振动器底部衬垫硬质橡胶并注意振动器电机的旋转方向,以保证砼均匀密实外观色泽一致。4.混凝土的浇注:a.在顶板跨中、1/2、1/4、1/8断面设置内径为2cm的PVC管材7个预留孔,用以检查顶板厚度。b.运至现场的砼混合料,必须进行坍落度试验,试验应在拌和站和浇注现场分别检测,以便掌握环境温度、运输时间、间歇时间对坍落度的损失大小,砼坍落度控制在7090mm之间。c.砼浇注分两次进行,首先浇注底板砼,采用30、50插入式振捣棒,并避免振捣棒碰撞钢筋及波纹管,并严格控制底板厚度,底板浇注结束后,迅速安装充气胶囊,严格按照胶囊出厂说明书中0.02Mpa的充气压力充气,充气结束后,现场监理再次检查内模的上下、左右位置及尺寸,确保无误后才能浇注腹板砼,并随时观察胶囊的气压是否保持在稳定状态。d.腹板与顶板砼浇注,将料斗中砼放至台座两侧钢筋板上,采用人工翻拌反铲对称入模,避免对内模产生偏心挤压,浇注由梁一端向另一端进行,先将砼拌和料入模30cm高,2米长左右时,用30振动棒配合焊有16钢筋的振捣棒交叉振捣并启动俯着式振动器按5秒时间点振,当砼不再下沉时,再浇注其上30cm高砼,以此类推,浇注腹板过程中,注意活动波纹管内PVC管,直至腹板砼浇注完毕,再对称开启俯着式振动器,按5秒时间间距点振两次后浇注顶板。顶板浇注时应严格控制梁高尺寸,用木抹提浆抹面一次,待砼初凝前,再次收面一次,避免顶板出现裂纹,二次收面后,及时用特制的拉毛工具,沿梁顶横向拉毛,保证每米不少于50道,深度不小于6mm。e.每片预应力砼在浇注底板、侧板、顶板及梁端跨中时,共取六组砼试件,监理组抽检一组,其中三组送标养护,其余三组置于梁顶与梁同条件养护,作为张拉和了解砼强度实际增长情况的依据。5.砼养生:顶面砼拉毛结束后,立即用土工布置覆盖,开启喷淋养护系统,安排专人管理,要经常保护砼表面湿润,直至梁板张拉压浆、移存。6.拆模:在砼强度达到2.5Mpa时拆模内外模,拆模应细心操作,避免对梁体表面棱角产生碰撞,拆模后及时在梁端侧面喷涂梁体编号、预制日期、张拉日期、压浆日期。7.钢绞线下料,编束及穿束:a.钢绞线下料长度按管道长度加两端70cm长工作长度下料,下料采用钢绞线从10cm槽钢上穿过,到达控制点后,在距切口5cm处用铁丝绑扎,用砂轮切割机锯切,以免钢绞端头松股,当天下料当天用完,避免生锈和受到污染。b.下好料的钢绞线必须编号编束,用透明胶带在每根钢胶端头将编号粘贴,并按两端50cm,中间11.5m长间距梳整编束,用1.6mm退火铁丝捆绑固定。穿束前每束钢绞线端头包囊,避免划伤波纹管道。8.张拉:当梁体同条件养生试件强度达45Mpa及7天龄期后,方可张拉。a.将钢绞线按编号每根对应穿过锚孔,使锚具靠近锚垫板。b.将夹片用皮筋捆住,使夹片沿钢绞线滑移到锚环孔内。c.夹片安装后,用一内径略大于钢绞线直径,长度为500mm的钢管将夹片捅紧,并确保夹片之间缝隙均匀一致。d.安装限位板,将钢绞线穿入油顶,要保证千斤顶与锚垫层垂直,并且与钢绞线在一条轴线上。e.张拉控制力及油表读数:预应力砼采用公称直径15.24,公称面积139m,标准强度1860Mpa的高强度低松弛钢绞线,单根张拉控制力F=18600.75139=193.905KN,张拉程序如下表。千斤顶编号表号压力(KN)油表读数(Mpa)04008001200160020002000KN2000KN张拉程序:010%(量测原始间隙)20%(量测伸长值)50%(量测伸长值)100%(量测伸长值)(持荷2min锚固)f.张拉 :张拉采用张拉力与伸长值双控的办法:横向两端同时张拉N2束至其控制张拉力的50%,再横向两端同时张拉N1束至其控制张拉力的50%。横向两端同时张拉N2来至其控制张拉的100%,横向两端同时张拉N1来至其控制张拉力的100%,当实测伸长值与理论伸长值之差控制在6%以内时,持荐2min,锚固,并仔细检查钢绞线有无滑丝、断丝现象,当出现断丝时,按规定处理。还应检查钢束夹片齿印是否位于同一断面,确保无误后,用砂轮机切割多余钢绞线,外露长度保证3cm,并用水泥砂浆封锚。9.压浆:按照设计图纸要求,采用真空压浆工艺,可保证压浆密实度和减少气泡,压浆宜先下后上,并对真空吸浆工艺进行必要的试验。水泥浆的水灰比控制为0.30.4,浆体流动度为3050S。a.压浆前检查孔道内是否存在有废水、废液,若有可开启盖帽下面的排废孔,开启压浆泵,利用压力差将其排出孔道。b.确定水泥浆合格后,开启真空机抽真空,至真空度达-0.06-0.1Mpa时,再启动压浆泵,让合格的水泥浆以合适的速度进入管道。c.当水泥达到抽真空端时,打开该端的三通的排废液通道,直至排废管排出的水泥浆畅通并与压浆端压出的水泥浆稠度一致时,停止压浆,用螺栓密封排气孔。d.再次开启压浆端盖帽上的排气孔(打开排气阀),启动压浆泵直至排气孔排出的水泥浆流动畅通且与浆桶内的水泥浆稠度一致时,停止压浆。并用螺栓密封排气孔。e.开启压浆泵,压力控制在0.5Mpa左右,持压2min,关闭进浆口阀门,停止压浆。f.移至下一孔道,继续压浆,直至压浆结束。在压浆过程中,现场监理应认真检查水泥性能及持荐压力并作好压浆记录。g.压浆结束后,现场监理检查梁端砼凿毛及清洗和钢筋布设情况,合格后及时封端,并严格控制封端长度,交角。h.水泥浆试件按每片梁5组抽检,监理组抽检一组,其中三组送标养室养护,其余两组与梁同条件,作为移梁时水泥浆强度的依据。10.移梁:当水泥浆强度达到40Mpa时,方可移梁,移梁采用龙门吊机,用钢丝绳捆绑梁体时,应采取必要的衬垫措施,以免损伤梁体砼,预应力砼的存放严格按照设计给定的距板端40.6-47cm支承中心线搁置,因梁体较重,要求按一层存放,存梁时间不超过90天,以免梁体产生较大的上拱度。13.监理日记记录的内容:施工日期、气温、桥梁名称、梁体编号、钢筋、模板实测数据,张拉千斤顶油表编号,油表读数,实测伸长量,砼浇注盘数及浇注、间距时间,试件抽检编号,水泥浆性能指标,压浆顺序、时间、坍落度和施工中出现的不正常问题和解决方法。14.后张法预应力砼使用的表格钢筋加工及安装检查表模板检查表砼施工记录表拆模检查表养护检查表张拉记录表压浆记录表水泥砼试件抗压强度表水泥浆试件抗压强度表坍落度试验表(五)预应力砼梁质量检验标准见下表检查项目质量要求检查备注设计值或允许误差质量要求频率方法砼抗压强度(Mpa)不小于C40符合设计要求2组/每片28天标养梁板长度(mm)+5,-102点
