县委组织部常年度工作总结县委组织部常年度工作总结20_年，根据县委委分工，我主持县委组织部工工作，分管县直机关党工委、党校、老干部局、关工委工工作。现将履行工作职责以及及自身建立情况报告如下： 一、围绕大局，全力履行工工作职责 1、找准工作定定位。结实树立围绕中心、服效劳大局、以人为本、统筹兼兼顾的工作理念
