life jacket),又称救生背心，是一种救护生命的服装，设计类似背心，采用尼龙面料或氯丁橡胶（,NEOPRENE),，浮力材料或可充气的材料，反光材料等制作而成。 一般使用年限为,5-7,年船上救生设备之一。一般为背心式，用泡沫塑料或软木等制成。穿在身上具有足够浮力，使落水者头部能露出水面。,救生衣的分类：,1,、船用救生衣、船用儿童救生衣，适合远洋沿海及内河各类人员救生使用 。,2,、船用工作救生衣 ，适合沿海及内河各类人员工作使用。,3.,休闲救生衣：也有的称水上运动救生衣 ，多种样色搭配，时尚美观。主要适用于水上游玩、学习游泳、漂流、垂钓等穿着起救生防护作用。,救生衣的穿法：,1.,把救生衣套在颈上，将长方形浮力袋置于身前；系好领口的带子。,2.,将左右两根缚带分别穿过左右两边的扣带环，绕到背后交叉。,3.,再将缚带穿过胸前的扣带环并打上死结。,注意：,1.,有的救生衣仅在一面配置了反光材料的救生衣，如果把反光膜穿在里面，就发挥不了作用。,2.,要将带子打死结，以免跳水时受到冲击或漂浮较长时间而松开。,现场演示。,在船上听到警报，我们该怎么做？,不会游泳的同学不要轻易尝试下水，会游泳的同学也要选择好游泳的场所！,防溺水我们应该知道的事情,水库,游泳馆,湖泊,江,河,我应该到哪儿去游泳？为什么？,游泳小腿抽筋怎么办？,提示：,泳前热身运动可有效防止抽筋！,他人溺水怎么办？,专家提示：不提倡未成年人下水营救溺水者,!,发现有人溺水后的正确措施,之,一,1,、原地大声呼救,2,、跑去找大人,3,、拨打,110,和,120,急救电话,发现有人溺水后的正确措施,之,二,可将救生圈、竹竿、木板等物抛给溺水者，再将其拖至岸边,谨记：安全标示,切记：,严格遵守“四不”,，珍惜宝贵生命！,未经家长、老师同意不去；,没有会游泳的成年人陪同不去；,深水的地方不去；,江、河、水库、池塘不去。,我防溺水有高招，大人陪伴第一招。,伸手踢脚弯弯腰，泳前热身第二招。,预备动作不可少，解除抽筋第三招。,赶紧上岸很重要，喝杯糖水解疲劳。,防溺措施要知道，不可逞能不骄傲。,“安全”二字需记牢，远离危险身体好。,同学们一定要熟记：,溺水自救方法,一、不会游泳者的自救,1,、落水后不要心慌意乱，一定要保持头脑清醒。,2,、冷静地采取头顶向后，口向上方，将口鼻露出水面，此时就能进行呼吸。,3,、呼吸要浅，吸气宜深，尽可能使身体浮于水面，以等待他人抢救。,4,、切记：千万不能将手上举或拼命挣扎，因为这样反而容易使人下沉。,二、会游泳者的自救,1,、一般是因小腿腓肠肌痉挛而致溺水，应心平静气，及时呼人援救。,2,、自己将身体抱成一团，浮上水面。,3,、深吸一口气，把脸浸入水中，将痉挛（抽筋）下肢的拇指用力向前上方拉，使拇指跷起来，持续用力，直到剧痛消失，抽筋自然也就停止。,4,一次发作之后，同一部位可以再次抽筋，所以对疼痛处要充分按摩和慢慢向岸上游去，上岸后最好再按摩和热敷患处。,5,、如果手腕肌肉抽筋，自己可将手指上下屈伸，并采取仰面位，以两足游泳。,祝：,同学们快乐的学习，健康的成长。,谢谢大家,
