About this job, I think that being a teacher is really wonderful for teachers can influence student greatly in a good way, even can change students life.So teachers must have a sense of responsibility.And perseverance is a neceary quality teachers should have, because changing ones mind is a lasting and suffering work. On the way to a good teacher, the first step is to know your students.After knowing them, teachers can teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Second, teachers should establish their own authority so as to be able to control their students, especially the trouble-makers in cla.Integrating yourself with the students is a good indirect way to control them.Mr.Clark played with the students and talked with them sincerely.That is an efficient way to build a harmonious relationship with students.Also, Mr.Clark set some rules to limit students behavior, which is helpful to establish his authority.The functions are to make you acceible to students, close the relationship between you and your students and open your students hearts to you.The premise of these functions performed is the teachers authority. Mr.Clark is lavish in his praise of his students though they are the students of the lowest mark.Because of his constant encouragement, his students gradually built their confidence and made great progre.The head master and other teachers in that school regarded the mark as the unique standard to evaluate students.But Mr.Clark didnt.Instead, he paid more attention to students versatility, which gave great courage to some unfortunate and self-abased students.He always said to his student that Im proud of you and you can do anything you want to do.So teachers should insist the belief that every student deserves good education, that every student is able to do well and that every students cam be succeful. All in all, I still have a long way to go to become a good teacher.I will never give up, and exert myself to work hard.
