This test rig and reasonable structure, the function is all ready, convenient operation, with a precision complete digital display system. 附录B 中文翻译试验台设计汽车试验是伴随其工业的建立和发展而逐渐成长起来的,汽车工业发展到今天与其试验研究工作是分不开的。试验是帮助我们了解汽车实际使用中的规律,并推动其技术进步的一种极为重要的方法。它是保证产品性能,提高产品质量和市场竞争力的重要手段。 本文研究了汽车变速器性能试验装置闭式功率流变速器试验台的结构和控制系统。主要分为机械结构部分和控制部分两大部分来进行。机械结构部分首先介绍了闭式功率流变速器试验台的主要结构、特点及其工作原理,并分为变速系统、加载系统和传动系统等进行了结构设计,选择了电机和传感器。控制部分介绍了AVR单片机的特点以及选用原则,确定了整个控制系统的方案。整个控制系统分为硬件和软件两部分设计。硬件部分分别进行了驱动电路、复位电路、A/D转换电路和键盘显示电路等的设计。软件部分根据变速器性能试验的模式进行了主程序及各项试验子程序、A/D转换子程序、键盘显示子程序、中断子程序等各子程序的设计。最终进行了电路板的制作和系统的调试,模拟了整个试验的过程。该变速器性能试验台操纵方便、输入记时准确、试验结果表达清楚、可靠性高。从理论上来看,汽车变速器性能试验台控制系统在变速器机械效率实验中运行是稳定可靠的,操作是比较简便的,具有一定的抗干扰能力,基本达到了变速器实验台的控制要求。汽车变速器是汽车传动系统中的主要部件之一,变速器工作状况的好坏直接影响到汽车整体性能,对变速器的检测至关重要。本文在系统分析了汽车变速器性能、功用、要求的基础上,综合机械、液压、电气三个方面,设计了汽车变速器总成交检试验台,完成汽车变速器的下线加载检验。在该试验台中设计了输入轴驱动和输出轴驱动装置。输入轴驱动(正拖)完成在不同档位时的变速器噪声检测;输出轴驱动(反拖)进行不同档位换档测试。输入端电机转速调节由变频器来完成,输出端电机转速及扭矩设定通过伺服系统实现。通过电气控制系统控制输入端电机、输出端电机反复动力切换,来实现模拟汽车工况。同时,该试验台中设计了液压系统用于控制变速器的装夹、向变速器内注排润滑油、输入端离合器的脱开闭合、输出端尾座的进退;设计了输入总成机构、输出总成机构及变速器专用的注排油装置。通过工控机实现了伺服控制器、变频控制器、PLC和各个仪表之间的数据通信以及数据报表的输出,达到了实时控制。传感器系统及仪表完成输出轴扭矩、输入和输出端转速、变速器噪声、注排油流量、油温等项的测量和监控。本试验台结构简洁合理,功能齐全,操作方便,具有一套精密完整的数字显示系统。3
