SCHUCKARMATUREN德国舒克集团公司关于SHD型绝缘接头的技术说明作为长期生产绝缘接头并享有多项欧洲专利的德国专业生产厂,我们对本 公司生产的绝缘接头在技术上的先进性作如下说明:1. 关于密封圈。世界上对密封圈的残余弹性作了很长时间的研究,发现即使残余弹性很 好的密封圈,也不能实现自密封。我公司在德国先进技术的支持下,发 明了水滴型密封槽,并获得了专利,见附图1。当绝缘接头承受弯曲载 荷时,一侧的密封槽变大,此时,密封圈在管道内压力的推动下,延水 滴型密封槽向外移动。由于槽的空间越来越小,最终保证了密封。从一 般的绝缘接头结构图看(附图2),密封槽是矩形的,显然不能实现自 密封。所以,自密封不在于密封圈的形状,而是取决于密封槽的形状。2. 关于绝缘接头空腔的充填物。有关绝缘接头内部的所有空腔内应充填绝缘密封物的规定是没有必要的,相反在一定条件下是有害的。空腔内充填绝缘密封物的绝缘接头, 其结构注定了平时的绝缘还是外部的高压电都是由两侧的密封垫圈来和 充填物来承受,绝缘垫圈和充填物耐高压电具有局限性,我们知道,由 于管道内静电的积累和在自然界雷电的闪击下,高压电会瞬时施加到绝 缘接头上。但电压超过绝缘材料的耐压值时,就会击穿绝缘材料,在材 料表面形成导电炭化膜,这样就丧失了绝缘功能。德国在30年前,也 是在所有空腔内充填绝缘密封材料,实践证明这样做解决不了承受高电 压的问题。德国的高校和研究院对此进行了长期的研究,最终由我公司提出 了尖端火花发电结构,见附图1。在绝缘接头形成一个火花放电的空 腔。平时的绝缘由两侧的密封垫圈实现。高压电由尖端放电,绝缘垫圈 不承受高压电。这样就永久保证了接头的绝缘功能。该结构和功能,代 表了当今绝缘接头的世界先进水平,也为用户提供了免维护,绝对安全 可靠的产品。同时空腔内不填充物质也保证了舒克绝缘接头具有超过 30年使用寿命,而延长了绝缘空腔中的充填物的绝缘接头,由于其充 填物的物理和化学特性制约了充填物安全寿命。ARMATURENSCHUCKTechnical Instruction about the SHD Insulating Joint of Franz Schuck GmbHAs a long-term insulating joint producer and a German specialist company with a number of European patents, we introduce the technical advancements of our insulating joints as following:1. About the Seal RingThe world have researched for a long time on the residual elasticity of the seal ring, and found that even the seal ring has good residual elasticity, it cant achieve self-tightening either. With the support of the German advanced technology, our company invented the “drop seal groove and acquired patent. (See attachment 1) When the insulating joints bear bending load,one side of the seal groove becomes bigger, at this time, in the promotion of the sealing pressure inside the pipeline, the seal ring moves outside along the drop groove to the narrower side.As the space of the groove getting smaller and smaller,it ensure the final seal. Seeing the structure of the general insulating joints, (See attachment 2), the rectangular seal groove is clearly cant sell-sealing. So, the self- sealing isnt depending on the shape of the seal ring but depending on the shape of the seal groove.2. About the filling material of the inside cavity of the insulating jointIt is no need to fill all the inside cavity of the insulating joint with the insulating seal material, on the contrary, it is harmful under certain conditions. As we know, as the accumulating of static electricity in the tube and the lightning flash in the nature, high-voltage transient will impose on the insulating joint instantly. But when the voltage over the pressure-proof value of the insulating material, it will breakdown the insulating material and produce conductive carbon membrane on the surface of the material, and then, the insulating material loss the insulating function. 30 years ago, Germany also fill all the inside cavity of the insulating joint with the insulating seal material, but the practice has proved that to do so can not resolve the problem of bear high voltage.Germanys colleges and universities and research institutes have carried out a long-term study on it, finally, our company proposed the structure of annular spark gap,Please refer to attachument 1. To form a cavity of the spark discharge inside the insulating joint. Usually, the insulation achieves by the seal gasket in both sides, but,the high-voltage beared by the point discharge that the seal gasket doesnt be the high-voltage. This will ensure the permanent insulating function of theinsulating joint.The structure and function, not only represents the worlds advanced level of the insulating joint, but also provides the users with a maintenance-free, absolutely safe and reliable products.
