1公司组织架构建设决定着企业的发展方向。鉴于此，人力资源部在2014年首先应完善公司组织架构及人员编制。基于稳定、合理、健全的原则，制定出一个科学可行的组织架构，确定和区分各职能部门的权责，使每个部门、每个岗位的职责清晰明朗，科学适用，确保公司发展持续性及运营规范化。 （1）拟对现有职位分析，在此基础上人力资源部将于3月底完成现行职位信息调查，汇总各职位分析草案发送各部门确认，由各部门负责人提出修改意见，修改完成汇总后报人力资源总监审批后备案，作为公司人力资源战略规划的基础性资料。 （2）公司职位分析必须严格按照公司组织架构内的所有职位进行分析，未涉及到的职位信息分析由人力资源部会同该职位所属部门进行撰写。
