Should be block construction after digging to the bottom elevation and within 72 hours to complete the plain concrete cushion, and grasping the construction foundation slab.4.2钢板桩施工方法Steel sheet pile construction method 、基线确定:施工员在基坑边上定出轴线,留出以后施工需要的工作面,确定钢板桩施工位置。参照设计要求(SLIC-cMDI2-CP02)。 、定桩位:按顺序标明钢板桩的具体桩位,洒灰线标明。、钢板桩施打:第一根钢板桩插打:吊起钢板桩,打开机头夹板夹住桩头,垂直后在设计位置通过打桩机的液压振动锤将钢板桩插入至设计深度。后续钢板桩插打:第一根桩打插完成以后,后续钢板桩沿前一根桩的扣槽插入至设计深度。在钢板桩施工中,打设的允许误差为:桩顶标高偏差100mm,钢板桩轴线偏差100mm,钢板桩垂直度偏差为1%;在打设过程中,应监测是否在允许误差范围内,超出时及时纠正。(1)Baseline to determine: the builder set axis on the edge of the foundation pit, set aside after the construction needs of the working face, determine the position of steel sheet pile construction.
