挖掘机液压控制系统分析并用simulink仿真
摘 要
回转系统是液压挖掘机液压系统的重要子系统中的一部分,对于小型液压挖掘机,由于其质量和负载质量的提高,回转系统具有大惯性负载系统、回转系统启动和制动特性等特点,提高了复合作用和回转臂的协调性差。所以它的性能的好与不好将直接影响着挖掘机的机能。为全面的挖掘机回转系统液压挖掘机的目的,从回转系统启动特性的理论分析,在回转制动溢流系统,机器在三个方面提升复合动作手臂的协调。回转系统仿真与改进系统。结果表明,改进后的系统具有较好的回转缓冲效果。缓冲效果有利于提高所有液压系统的可靠性。
总结了液压挖掘机回转平台的一般运动规律,建立非全周开口的阀控回转马达的图与传递函数;对液压回路的理论分析表明,臂架转动与吊臂的差异是回转的原因回路和动臂回路之间存在着耦合关系。
利用液压仿真软件Simulink建立仿真模型,把仿真结果与改进系统进行对比,考证仿真模型的正确性。对回转系统的平衡阀,溢流阀,液压马达,液压油泵进行模拟建模仿真。由输出仿真曲线分析得出:优化设计前后的回路的液压系统影响规律,是否得到了比较好的回转系统缓冲结果。效果好的同时对于提升全部回转液压系统可靠性的特性。

ABSTRACT
The rotary system is an important part of system of excavator hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator for small, due to its quality and improve the quality of load, rotating systems with large inertia load system, rotary system starting and braking characteristics, improve the coordination compound and rotary arm difference. So it's performance good or bad will directly affect the function of the excavator hydraulic excavator system. To establish the simulation model using Simulink hydraulic simulation software. The simulation results were compared with the improvement of the system, verify the simulation model. The system of the rotary balance valve, relief valve, hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump simulation modeling and simulation. The simulation curve obtained by the output: influence of hydraulic system optimization design before and after the loop. Whether the rotary buffer relatively good results.
