2019-2020年六年级英语下册 Module 3 Unit 7(1)教案 广州版一、教学内容Module 3 Famous People Unit 7 Dr Sun Yatsen- dialogue 二、教学目标(一)教学目标1.“四会”掌握词汇:Dr=Doctor, be born, modern, go on, leader, free, finally2.“三会”掌握词汇:historical, against, emperor, memorial, hall, memorial hall3.重点词组及句子: a famous historical person He was born in Guangdong. Dr Sun Yatsen was the father of modern China! He was very important! a great leader. He was against the emperor. He tried to change China and free the people. Finally he started to change China.(二)语言知识1.能掌握本课“三会”和“四会”单词,并能流利朗读各重点句子;2.能理解课文,并能流利地朗读课文。(三)语言技能能用课文中重点句子复述有关Dr Sun Yatsen的生平事迹,并能以此为指导例子描述其他名人。(四)学习策略在老师的指导下,帮助学生有系统地将描述Dr Sun Yatsen的名词短语,形容词短语及动词短语归纳与区分,让学生能更容易地掌握如何描述人的方法。(五)情感态度培养学生听名人故事,说名人故事,通过对名人的认识激发学生的爱学习,爱祖国的热情。(六)文化意识通过学习名人故事增加学生对中国历史文化的了解,拓展视野,提高学生的爱国意识。三、教学重点1.生词的朗读;2.课文的理解和重点句子的运用。四、教学难点能初步掌握如何描述著名人物的方式方法。五、教学策略由于课文内容教长,很多生词读音相对较难,因此本设计以总分总的方式进行教学为宜,以集中解难为主要的教学方法()把课文内容分为两部分,逐步解决各部分的重难点,()然后总体结合培养连贯说话的能力。六、教学过程教学步骤:(一)热身1.复习有关动词及其过去式。am is do run love like talk2.幻灯片呈现中国著名人物图片,让学生快速辨认名人的名字周恩来,宋庆龄,毛泽东,詹天佑,雷锋3.让学生列举更多的中国的著名历史人物。(二)呈现与操练1.宣讲本课目标,让学生明确本节课学习的是有关中国的著名人物:Dr Sun Yatsen. 板书课题,并学习Dr=doctor,解释有关Dr的用法,表示“医生”“博士”,与Mr, Miss, Mrs用法相同。2.呈现Dr Sun Yatsen的有关图片,让学生根据图片或上网搜索的资料描述Dr Sun Yatsen的生平,允许学生用中文表达。3.学习第一部分内容。(1) 归纳重点句子: 从学生描述的事件或老师的图片展示的相关信息中归纳与课文有关的几点信息,如下:Dr Sun Yatsen; a famous historical person;born in Guangdong; the father of modern China; very important; a great leader;(2) 学习单词:historical, be born, modern, leadera. 学生根据已学音标知识拼读单词:小组-汇报-介绍自学方法。b. 教师适当的指导归纳,带读所有生词,解决读音难点:historical;c. 操练be born 的用法。be born可以描述出生的地点或出生的年份、季节等信息,注意后跟的介词:in + 出生地年份月份/季节 in + 具体年月日be根据主语人称的不同而变化,be born表达的事件都是已经发生了,因此多用过去式was/were。TPs:T: Where were you born?P1: I was born inT: When were you born?P1: I was born in/on.T:Where was A born?P2: He was born in填空练习(通过幻灯片展示):a. What did he do?3.根据板书提示,尝试用所给的信息描述人物Dr Sun Yatsen:4.老师呈现几副名人的图片,给出相关信息,让学生模仿中的描述名人的方法选一个名人描述。Mao Zedong Deng Xiaoping Song Qingling布置作业抄写并识记本课单词和重点句子;根据课文信息复述Dr Sun Yatsen事迹;模仿本课方法描述一位历史名人。目标及学习策略复习过去式。(知道本节课的知识与过去式有关。)引起学生的学习兴趣和积极性,集中注意力。(调动思维能力,列举更多的名人。)(以举一反三的方式自我归纳学习)逐层解难,帮助学生理解词组的意思及用法。(分层学习,分清名词短语及形容词短语;运用已有的音标知识学习新单词。)通过提问,讲解让学生知道be born的用法及介词的搭配。(正确区分be 的不同形式,牢记介词in/on的用法)培养整体说话的能力。(通过模仿教师的范例,掌握描述人的方法。)集中学习有关动词短语及过去式的变化,让学生理解用法。(通过观察,对比找出不同词组的运用方法。)整体呈现课文。先给出练习题目,让学生带着问题有目的地听课文。完成练习后校对答案,对课文加深理解。最后用不同方式朗读课文,熟悉课文。(通过观察,模仿学习课文对话)通过与课文一致的抽空练习,加深学生对课文的认识。(通过练习提示,尝试复述。)调动学生的思维能力,归纳描述人的方法。(通过观察,讨论归纳方法。)设计相应练习,发展学生说话能力。(通过模仿,替换的方法描述不同的人物。)通过练习对本课所学知识进行巩固及补漏。(运用模仿分类的方法进行拓展。)板书设计Unit 7 Dr Sun YatsenDr=doctor a famous historical personbe born the father of modern Chinamodern in Guangdong very importantleader a great leaderagainstemperor free was against the emperorfinally tried to change Chinamemorial free the peoplehall loved the peoplememorial hallbe bornhowWhoDr Sun Yatsendid教学反思:本课是广州版小学英语教材Success with English六年级下学期Module 3 Unit 7的第一课时。该课文主要是以对话形式向学生介绍了中国著名历史人物Dr Sun Yatsen的生平事迹,其中包含了有关描述人的名词短语,形容词短语以含有动词过去式的动词短语。在热身环节,我安排了课文中会出现的动词要求学生集体讲出他们的过去式。这个环节既使学生集中了注意力,又复习了动词的过去式。随后紧接着,我呈现多张名人的图片让学生说出其姓名,从而能调动学生积极性及学习兴趣,同时也把本节课学习名人的主题很自然地引入到本环节中。在这里,我鼓励学生除了说出名人的姓名外还可以用学过的知识描述。这步工作为下面本课的中心任务介绍历史人物作了铺垫。由于课文内容较长,知识点较多,为了让学生更好地了解课文,我把课文分成两部分教学,第一部分主要解决了描述Dr Sun Yatsen的有关名词短语和形容词短语,让学生很容易地区分不同用法,因此减低了学习难度,然后再逐层过渡到第二部分描述Dr Sun Yatsen的动词短语,大大地减低了学生学习的难度,层次清晰,重难点突出,学生很容易地理解了课文内容并通过观察,归纳掌握了描述人的方法,为第二课时描述人的拓展学习奠定了很好的基础。同时本课的板书设计也是很有特色的,学生通过板书就可以很清晰的了解到课文内容,同时也对于如何描述人的方法一目了然。本节课的教学中,相对处理得不是很好的有以下几点:1.课文内容较多,重、难点也较难,在处理课文各环节的时间不是很好,应该再想办法让教学过程更紧凑。2.是新授课,教师比较关注在集体的认读和操练上,相对疏忽了学生的个体发展,在第二课时应该多设计不同层次的操练练习。 3.分读音较难的单词学生掌握得还不是很好,有待巩固课中再次强化。附练习:一、填空练习:a. When did James Cook find Australia? Whos George Washington? When did he free the American people? Whos Armstrong? When did he step on the moon?(学生课前预习上网查找相关资料,培养他们有效运用多媒体进行学习的能力。)(三)发展1.略读第一篇文章Helen Keller(文章见附录一)1)老师一边出示图片,一边讲关于海伦凯勒的故事。(让学生了解故事的大意。)2)学生听完老师讲故事后,根据故事的大意,按照事情发生的先后顺序,小组合作重排句子。( ) 1.One day, a teacher came to teach her. His hobby is _, _ and _.(通过合作学习,培养学生在小组活动中获取更多的语言信息和阅读技巧,提高阅读的能力。)3) 自由朗读文章。(通过朗读,加深对语言、句式的理解。)3.让学生归纳介绍人物的句子。is a He/She is fromHe/She was born inHe/She looked likeHe/She liked doing(帮助学生用学习过的知识构建一个整体的框架,便于下面的写作。)4.学生讨论名人的事迹,整理写作的思路,小组协作完成写作任务。(让学生通过有效的使用阅读策略,提取有用的信息,初步达成从阅读的输入到写作的输出。)5.各小组展示完成的习作。(为学生搭建一个自我展示的平台,增强他们的自信心,也让他们互相学习,取长补短。)(四)作业1.家庭听写Unit7 的单词和描写人物的句子2.上网收集图文资料,小组制作一张介绍名人的海报。附:板书设计Unit 7 Dr Sun Yatsen-Fun With Languageeasy-going is a humorous He/She is fromcheer He/She was born inHe/She looked likeHe/She liked doing七、教学反思 本课时的设计能紧扣单元学习的主题,设置听、说、读、写的任务,逐步展开话题知识的复习,阅读相关的语言材料,最后达成写作的目的。在阅读活动的设计中,老师采用了重新排列句子、简要复述文章、联系上下文猜词、抢答、填空等多种手段,引导学生掌握阅读的技巧,培养阅读的兴趣。在阅读方法的指导上,注重精读和泛读相结合,指导得比较细致。在课堂教学中,老师采用小组合作的形式,让更多的学生参与到学习活动中,并且在此过程中达到学生间互相学习,互补不足的目的。但本节课的语言输入量还不够大,阅读的选材上还可以选择对话等其他形式的文章。附文章:(一)Helen Keller Helen Keller was an American.
