NO.执行职位POSITION RESPONSIBLEAssistant Manager涉及部门DEPT.CONCERNEDHousekeepingSecunity目的OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this policy is to protect the hotels interest by preventing the unpredictable case happens under the situation of door open in guest room.执行程序PROCEDURES:1. Housekeeping should inform the Assistant Manager on duty immediately once the guestroom door is found open while nobody inside. 2. The room should be isolated and nobody should enter into the room nor touch any item inside.3. Assistant Manager, Security Supervisor and the Floor Supervisor should proceed to the spot and inspect the room together then retrieve the lock set event from the lock look to see if there is anything unusual.4. The room should be double locked afterworlds. Front Desk and Room Attendance should be advised to inform Assistant Manager when the guest comes back. For any suspicion. PSB should be reported if necessary.5. The duty Assistant Manager should proceed to the room together with the duty Security Supervisor when acknowledging that the guest is back.6. Assistant Manager should release the double lock for the guest and careful explanation should be extended, by saying Mr. Chen, your room was found left open while you were out, we locked it for you once noticing it. Please check if everything is alright inside.7. Arrange a room attendant to clean up the room if agreed by the guest.8. For any loss claiming, refer to the P&P of Lost and Found for handling.9.
