你是指.吗?8、would say: 委婉地表达自己的观点,比如对方说了一个不太对的观点,就可以说 I would say that.9、in the coming days: 接下来一些天。10、be communicated via email: 通过邮件方式传达/沟通。11、youre encouraged to join: 希望大家踊跃报名参加。12、therell be delays in: 将会有延迟。13、well received: 收到对方邮件/发送的附件时可以回复一句表示收到了。14、action urgently required: 需要对紧急情况做出处理。15、in light of: 鉴于什么样的情况,等于be based on.开会时1、1:1: 念作one on one,指的是一对一开会,有时口语也会随口说one one。2、Keep it to yourself: 比如老板只告诉了你一个的信息,就会告诉你说,小A你自己知道就好了,就不要和别人讲了。3、Between us: 和上一条类似,只有我们两个人知道就好啦。4、Within the room: 开会时鼓励大家畅所欲言不要顾忌,就说今天讨论的都在这个屋子里,出了这个门就都不要说了,就忘记好了。5、Keep it confidential: 重要的材料或者会议的话,主持人都会提醒,这是公司内部机密,要注意保密之类的话。6、Compliance: 有时候会说要注意compliance方面的问题哦,就是指处理工作要合规,不要做不合规矩的事情。7、Echo: 比如会议上哪个同事发表了观点,小A就说我回应一下他的话,对他说的做一点补充,就可以说,我echo一下刚才他提到的那条,我也觉得blablabla.8、BS: brainstorming, 脑力激荡,大家脑洞大开发散思维讨论。9、Remote: 远程开会或办公。10、Work from home: 在家办公、开会。11、Keep you informed/updated: 有新的消息会随时通知大家。12、Q&A: question and answer, 提问环节,一般做完presentation会留出时间做这个部分。13、Orientation: 情况大致介绍。和人相关1、Candidate: 讨论某个项目的候选人。2、Owner: 指某个项目的负责人,比如老板问起某个项目,哪个项目谁负责的啊,就可能会说这个项目owner是谁?3、Direct report: 直线汇报,指的是顶头上司或者直线下属这一条直线。4、Line manager: 直线经理,指的是直接汇报给谁。5、People manager: 指实际带人的经历,而不是听上去职位头衔是经理但是不一定带人的,比如“产品经理”、“项目经理”等。6、Backup: 项目的备选负责人啦,休假时找个顶班的同事啦之类。7、Band / level: 通常用来指职级,在这个公司的职位级别,比如几级员工啦。8、VP: vice president,副总。9、VC: venture capital,风投。10、Background check: 入职前做的尽职调查。11、Onboard: 入职。12、Peer: 同级别的同事。业务相关1、ROI: return on investment, 投资回报率,比如说这个项目的ROI低啊,所以优先级比较低之类。2、SOP: standard operating procedure, 标准操作流程。3、Priority: 优先级,常常会听到有人说这个项目优先级不高。4、Keep an eye on it: 项目上线了可以和老板说,总之我会盯着的啦,您放心吧。5、CRM: customer Relationship Management, 客户关系管理。6、EDM: electric direct mail, 给客户发邮件的方式。7、FAQ: frequently asked questions, 常被问到的问题,一般新项目介绍最后会放一个FAQ文档,用于解答一般疑惑。8、OP: operation,运营。9、QA: quality assurance, 测试、检测。10、YOY: year over year, 年环比,比如说我们这个年环比增长40%,就可以说40% YOY.11、KPI: key performance indicator, 绩效。12、Scope: 指工作内容范围,比如小A的工作scope变大了,就是范围广了。13、Bandwidth: 带宽,这里指精力,比如和老板抱怨,老板,你给我这么多活,我的bandwidth不够啊。摊手。会议场景1、align: 原意指“结盟”,工作中常指两方达成一致,比如说“你们组内部align好一个统一的意见之后发我。”2、on the same page: 达成共识,同步,或者表示双方获取的信息范围基本一致,比如“今天把大家叫到一起开会,是为了确保每个人对我们的目标理解是一致的,大家都是on the same page的。”3、on the same boat: 在同一条船上,指处境相同。一个组的同事都是一条绳子上的蚂蚱了。4、go through: 浏览,逐条过。比如会议上一条一条过重点过细节,就是go through the items/details.5、sync up: 同步。sync-up meeting,指的就是项目周期性的会议,同步各方的进度。6、briefing: 背景简单介绍。会议开始前,一般会讲下项目背景。每日进度简报也就叫做daily briefing.7、walk you through: 带着大家过一遍,比如系统啊流程啊之类。谈判场景1、reasonable: 合理。比如财务觉得业务给出的budget的花费理由一点都不合理啊。2、buy in: 买账,也就是接受对方的理由。比如上个例子财务就不buy in业务的理由。3、challenge: 提出质疑,挑战。比如理由站不住脚,财务就会提出质疑。4、sign-off: 签字表示同意。合同签署时,往往需要法务、财务、管理层等多方的签字同意。5、involve: 涉及。职场中,一个会议越重要,需要Involve的人越多,involve的人级别也越高。6、push: 推动,有点逼迫的含义。比如开发那边进度晚了,去push一把。7、escalate: 升级。比如一个项目开始变得越来越复杂,情形已经超出自己能够控制的了,这个时候必须要升级到老板那里让Ta知晓。8、clarify: 阐述清楚,clarify the case,我来讲清楚当时这个情况。9、were expecting: 我们期望,还是委婉地表达自己的需求。10.we feel the urge to. 我们觉得有必要召集大家开个会呀什么的。项目上线1、major milestone: 重要里程碑。项目克服了一个巨大的难点,是一个重要里程碑。2、going foward: 接下来,相当于in future,for next step,可以换着用用变换句式。3、pilot run:试运行。重要项目开始时,一般都会有个试运行阶段,在这个阶段,收集一些错误或反馈,以期在更大的范围内更好地开展。4、rollback: 回滚。项目发布之后,有可能会有大规模的错误,这个时候就必须撤回之前的新版本,比如软件更新会遇到这种情况。5、kudos to: 向.致敬/感谢。相当于great thanks to.比如感谢整个开发团队,就是kudos to tech team.6、as of: 自.起,在.的时候。比如项目今天发布了,就是.be launched as of today.7、major win: 就是字面上的意思,大的胜利。8、way to go: 字面意思比较复杂,意会一下就是干得漂亮!赞!加油!商业1、cross sale: 交叉销售,指推销与其已有消费有关的产品与服务,比如买了洗发水推荐护发素之类。2、up sale: 增销,比如买了汉堡,加2元钱能换购可乐哦亲。3、presale: 预售,比如今年的双十一天猫都在玩预售。4、CPC ads: cost per click,点击付费模式。5、user stickness: 用户黏性6、repeat buying behavior: 重复购买行为。7、KOL: 意见领袖,key opinion leader,也就是微博大V,微信大号之类的,比如什么if姐,石榴婆,山茶花之类的。工程部维修工的岗位职责1、 严格遵守公司员工守则和各项规章制度,服从领班安排,除完成日常维修任务外,有计划地承担其它工作任务; 2、 努力学习技术,熟练掌握现有电气设备的原理及实际操作与维修; 3、 积极协调配电工的工作,出现事故时无条件地迅速返回机房,听从领班的指挥; 4、 招待执行所管辖设备的检修计划,按时按质按量地完成,并填好记录表格; 5、 严格执行设备管理制度,做好日夜班的交接班工作; 6、 交班时发生故障,上一班必须协同下一班排队故障后才能下班,配电设备发生事故时不得离岗; 7、 请假、补休需在一天前报告领班,并由领班安排合适的替班人. 专业知识 整理分享
