AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF IMAGESIz the undersigned, permit and authorize the company C.A.M.P. spa and its sales and distribution network to use my photographs included in the LIST OF PHOTOGRAPHS*7 below reported (together with the description and my name) for marketing purposes of C.A.M.P. spa., including catalogues, websites, social networks, publications, without compensation to me.I understand that my photographs may be copied/reproduced and distributed by means of various media, including, but not limited to, video presentations, simultaneous television broadcast/rebroadcast, news releases, mail-outs, e-mails, billboards, signs, brochures, placement on websites and/or other electronic delivery, publication, display, or promotion on any and all other media, and I further understand that my photographs may be subject to reasonable modification or editing.I acknowledge that the C.A.M.P. spa has the right to use all the photographs listed below for all the above described purposes in accordance with this Authorization for Use of Image.I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or material in which C.A.M.P. may eventually use my photographs.I relinquish and give C.A.M.P. all rights, title and interests in and to my photographs, including any copyright therein.This Authorization for Use of Image shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representations.I understand that, although C.A.M.P. spa will endeavour to use my photographs in accordance with standards of good judgment, C.A.M.P. spa cannot warrant or guarantee that any further dissemination of my photographs will be subject to C.A.M.P. supervision or control. Accordingly, I release C.A.M.P. from any and all liability related to the dissemination, reproduction, distribution, and/or display of my photographs in print or any and all other media, and any alteration, distortion or illusionary effect of my photographs, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with said use.
