Unit 5 Sports 单元备课【单元教学内容】:功能:谈论运动及描述比赛过程。【单元教学目标】 知识目标: 1.能听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:try, again, high, ball, get, easy;能听懂、会说、认读单词:club, table tennis, join, oops, match, basket, shoot, win, won,last,pass, got, shot,并能结合句型灵活运用。2.能听懂、会说、认读句型:What club would you like to join?“Id like to join the Swimming Club. I like swimming.”Whats Li Ming doing?“Hes playing basketball.He plays well. He jumps high.”“What sport did Li Ming play yesterday?“He played football. He played well.”能力目标:1、.能运用所学句型谈论运动及描述比赛过程。2、.初步了解字母组合ch, sh,。在单词中的发音规律。 情感目标:了解团队合作在比赛中的重要性。【学情分析】本课的教学对象是五年级学生。通过两年的英语学习,他们的听说读写能力已经初步形成,已掌握了丰富的英语知识。同时不能忽视后进生的发展,培养学生积极的情感态度和自主学习能力。【单元教学重、难点】 教学重点:能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型“What club would you like to join? I d like to join the Swimming Club. I like swimming.”Whats Li Ming doing?“Hes playing basketball. He plays well. He jumps high.”“What sport did Li Ming play yesterday? He played football. He played well.”能自由谈论运动,并能询问和描述比赛过程。教学难点:用一般过去时描述比赛的过程。【单元基本功训练重点】1. 能听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:try, again, high, ball, get, easy。2. 能听懂、会说、认读单词:club, table tennis, join, oops, match, basket, shoot, win, won,last,pass, got, shot,并能结合句型灵活运用。3.能听懂、会说、认读句型:What club would you like to join?“Id like to join the Swimming Club. He played well.”【教学手段】多媒体课件、单词卡片、人物头饰。【教学方法】实物激趣法、任务型教学【课时数及课时安排】每课一课时,共计四课时。【单元检测试题】伴你学单元过关卷 Lesson1 What club would you like to join? 教学设计一、课型:新授课二、教学目标:知识目标:(1)学生能听、说、认读、规范书写单词:try (2)学生能听、说、认读单词:oops club join again及词组table tennis try again(3)能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型What club would you like to join? 并会用Id like to join作出应答,语音语调正确。能力目标:学生能正确理解课文、并运用所学句型来询问和回答想要参加什么俱乐部。情感目标:了解团队合作在比赛中的重要性,培养学生团结合作的精神。三、教学重点、难点重点:学生能听、说、认读、规范书写单词:try 及能听懂并运用What club would you like to join? 并会用Id like to join作出应答,语音语调正确。难点:本节课句型的理解、运用及表达。四 教学方法:表演法 情境法 模仿法等五 教具:单词卡片、录音 、调查表、配套练习册六、教学过程:(一)热身准备(warm-up)Listen and do.复习以前学过的运动,如play basketball/football go swimming run jump far/high and so on.(二) 呈现( Presentation)1. 教师:Do you like sports?学生回答,教师接着说:What sport do you like?让学生尽情回答自己所喜欢的运动并练习句型Would you like to。师:I like swimming. We have sports clubs in our school.教师出示club单词卡片,学习单词club,运用多种方式进行操练。师:We have sports clubs in our school.lets have a look What are they?课件出示图片打篮球,踢足球,游泳,打乒乓球等,引导学生说出basketball club.并通过动作学习词组table tennis.师:We have so many sports clubs in our school.What club would you like to join?板书句子What club would you like to join?出示单词卡片学习单词join,并引导让学生猜一下句子的意思,领读并操练句型(chant)并引导学生回答I d like to join.机械操练教师问,学生回答.男生问女生回答,女生问男生回答,小组之间练习。ask and answer one by one.Chant巩固club club what club would you like to join?table tennis club table tennis club Id like table tennis club.2.师:Our friend Jenny and Peter, they have sports in their shool,too.Lets have a look.CD-ROM呈现课文场景。1、第一遍看画面听录音整体感知课文内容,underline the new words.学习单词opps try again,将俩单词卡合并并引导学生学习词组try again.采用大小声读,小火车等形式学习巩固。运用单词卡快闪、missing游戏巩固本节课所学单词。2、听第二遍录音,回答问题What club would Peter/Guo Yang/Danny like to join?听完录音,同学之间讨论。然后请同学回答,回答的同学分别戴上Peter/Guo Yang/Danny 的头饰,全班同学问What club would you like to join? 让同学回答。3、听音跟读课文,注意语音和语调划出不懂得地方。教师讲解:I am good at it.让学生分角色朗读课文。(四)运用( Application)同学课前在纸上画上自己喜欢的体育运动,可以是一个或多个。其他同学问一个学生What sport do you like?这位同学出示自己喜欢的运动并回答。全班同学接着问:what club would you like to join?此同学回答,教师引导学生回答Id like to join.Im good at .。教师:Wanglei likes swimming and table tennis .He wants to join the swimming club. 教师强调注意likes和wants。小组之间进行练习,然后请几组同学进行展示。(五)小结(Summary)教师引导学生回顾今天学过的新单词和重点句型(六) 作业(Assignments)1、听课文录音,模仿跟读。2、课后同学之间运用本节课句型进行调查,填写表格。 Name Sports club 教学反思:热身环节既营造了课堂气氛,复习了旧知,也使学生迅速进入到英语学习状态,为下面学习新课做好铺垫。教师通过复习旧句型很自然的引出了新知识点,让学生整体感知课文,对本课的新单词有初步印象。采用在具体的语境中操练新单词,可以让学生在有意义的语言环境中非常自然地接受。让学生跟读原生带,使学生的发音地道、纯正。问题可以考察学生对课文的理解。小组分角色朗读、表演课文有助于学生形象的掌握课文内容,巩固学过的重点内容,同时趣味性比较强,学生会积极地投入到学习中来。学习本课的chant。活跃课堂气氛,放松学生思维,巩固学过的运动。游戏能够充分调动学生的积极性,并增加趣味。让学生画出自己喜欢的运动,并进行问答练习:A:What sport do you like? B:I like A:What club would you like to join?B:Id like to join。将所学的知识运用到实践中去,锻炼学生用英语做事的能力。教师引导学生总结本节课所学的知识点,单词、句型等,培养了学生的概括分析能力。 本课的不足之处:在最后的巩固环节部分学生不明白怎样操作,教师应该找几组学生示范,让学生明白怎样操作。Lesson 2 They are having a basketball match.一、课型:新授二、教学目标1.知识目标掌握有关的词汇和短语,如jump high,get the ball,run to the basket,shoot a basket掌握询问正在做什么的句型, What are they doing ? They are playing basketball.2. 能力目标学生能听懂有关打篮球的对话。学生能用所学句型简单询问正在做什么。(3)在日常生活中灵活应用所学到的关键句型.3. 情感目标在真实情景交流中,通过师生互动、生生合作,引导学生积极主动地参与,营造良好的学习氛围,并能相互了解,相互帮助,相互赏识。.三、教学重点、难点重点:能听懂、会说、认读并运用句型:What are they doing?来询问并会用They are.作出应答。难点:动词ing形式。四、教学方法: 表演法 情境法 模仿法等五、教学准备:教学光盘,单词卡片,多媒体课件六、教学过程:(一)Say and action.师出示动词,生一边做动作一边说动词ing形式。(二)Free talk. 师生之间对话,教师问:What sport do you like? Would you like to请学生回答,复习上节的内容,引出这节课的内容。(二) 呈现( Presentation)1、师:I like playing basketball.Do you like playing basketball?Our friends LiMing and Peter like playing basketball.教师出示李明打篮球的图片。通过图片学习词组jump high, get the ball,run to the basket, shoot a basket及单词high,ball,basket,get,shoot.运用快闪、高低音、大小声操练巩固单词。2、趣味操练方法:教师做出这四个词组的动作,让同学们说出这四个词组。然后在小组之间展示,边做动作边说出词组,请同学下来展示。3、Our friends LiMing and Peter like playing basketball.Lets have a look What are they doing?板书句子 What are they doing?教师领读讲解。观看第一遍教学光盘听音看画面,整体感知,画出新单词并找出问题What are they doing?答语。通过单词catch学习单词match,通过手势学习单词win。板书问题答案:They are having a basketball match.引导学生翻译句子,强调动词ing表示正在做某事,have去e加ing,句子问答,机械性操练。课件出示图片,如打篮球,游泳,打乒乓球等,Gussing游戏练习句子问答。(三)练习 ( Practice)1、第二遍边指边听边看对话内容,注意语音和语调划出本节课开始所学的四个词组的句子。请同学读出这些句子,教师强调动词加s。2、第三遍跟读,要尽力模仿录音中的地道的语音和语调让学生分角色朗读课文。(四)Lets talk.课件出示Lets talk图片。同学运用What is.doing?He is.进行问答。(五)运用( Application)教师事先准备一些写有运动的纸条,请两位同学下来抽取一张,然后俩个人做出这个运动,师问:What are they doing?下面的同学回答They are.教师接着问:Are they doing well?生回答。师示范后,请同学As a little teacher 进行对话练习。(五)小结(Summary)教师引导学生回顾今天学过的新单词和重点句型(六) 作业(Assignments)1、听课文录音,模仿跟读。2、向同学或父母用英语描述正在进行的活动。 板书设计Unit 5 Lesson 2 They are having a basketball match. We/He/She played.的听说认读及运用。教学难点:动词过去式的不规则变化及动词过去式在句子中的运用。四、 教学方法:表演法 情境法 模仿法等五 、教具:单词卡片、录音 、配套练习册、教学光盘六、教学过程 :一 、 Warm-up1 Greetings: 2 Lets chant :play played played basketball play played played basketball jump jumped jumped high have had had a match3. Free talk:What sport do you like? What club would you like to join? 师生问答,生生问答。【设计意图】系统复习前两课所学的句型,创设语言环境为新授课的顺利进行打下基础。二 、 Presentation(一).教师拿出足球,根据生在Free talk中的问答,I like football.Id like to join the football club.说,Look, Heres a football. Lets have a match.找六名同学到前来分为两组,进行短暂的足球比赛。比赛结束后,教师问这六名同学What sports did you play today?(引出第一人称的问句)板书句子,生猜出句子意思后,教师又慢到快领读句子,分组读句子。最后引导刚参加完比赛的同学回答:We had a football match.教师领读问答句,男女生问答,同位间问答展示。(二)教师:We had a football match.Our friend LiMing had a match too.Lets go and see What sports did LiMing play today?(引出第三人称的问句)请学生自己试着读出这个句子后,让学生听课文录音回答问题He played football. 教师板书句子多种方式操练。(三).学习单词:easy last won课件出示课文第二幅图,教师解释:Li Ming played football. It was not easy. But At last He won. 教师通过以旧引新,变换字母的方式来教授单词,如,由eat学easy。由fast学last。理解汉语意思,one by one ;分组读;开火车;指名读等形式操练新词。(四).学生过去式,教师:How did they won? 听课文最后一段画出pass shoot get win的动词过去式课件出示答案:passed got shot won后学习生词。1.由class学pass,之后教师传球领读词组pass the ball学生传球跟读词组。呈现过去式passed,学生自己试着读单词,教师领读操练。2.由hot学got,之后出示get的单词卡,领读 get got,学生跟读,指名读。3.由got学shot,之后出示shoot的单词卡,领读shoot shot,学生跟读。4.课件出示动词原形检查学生对过去式的掌握情况。(五).Listen and repeat.(六).Read the text by yourself then fill in the blanks.1.请三个学生分角色填空朗读,教师出示答案。2.三大组学生分角色朗读短文。 三Practice 1. Lets talk 学生听音模仿花泡中的句子后,同位间询问其他图片并展示。2.Lets write 学生齐读所给词组,之后根据图片完成句子。请学生逐句说出答案,教师用课件出示答案,并点出每句话中时间词的意思。看课件教师总结这些时间词是表示过去的,句子中的动词应变成过去式。最后齐读四个句子。四Game 询问描述被遮住的图片。首先教师示范询问学生 What sport did 毕福剑play yesterday? 找学生猜。后教师出示答案,给猜对的学生奖励,最后齐读问答句。之后找4人到讲台前背对屏幕站立,全体学生根据课件所给的时间语询问他们,4人依次给出答语,奖励猜对的学生。五Summary 齐读板书内容,请生找出句子中应注意的问题。教师总结纠正,句子中出现表示过去的时间词,句子中的动词应变成过去式。六.Homework:1.听读课文2.用所学句子来询问朋友过去的体育活动。板书: Unit5 Lesson3 We had a football matchWhat sports did you play today? ILesson 4 Again, Please.一、课型:复习课二、教学目标:(一)知识目标:1. 能听说并认读:club table tennis join oops try again match high ball basket get shoot win won easy last pass got shot 2. 能听说、认读:What sport do you like? What club would you like to join? Id like to join the club. What isdoing? HeShe is swimmingplaying. What sport did play yesterday? HeShe played.之类的语句。3. 能准确认读字母ch,sh,oo 在单词中的读音。4. 能理解、会唱歌曲:Row row row your boat.(二)能力目标:1.能用What sport do you like? What club would you like to join? Id like to join the club. 来询问喜好的体育活动。2.能用 What isdoing? HeShe is swimmingplaying. What sport did play yesterday? HeShe played.来询问描述正在进行的及过去的体育活动。情感目标:在真实情景交流中,通过师生互动、生生合作,引导学生积极主动地参与,营造良好的学习氛围,并能相互了解,相互帮助,相互赏识。.三、教学重、难点:教学重点:能正确合理的运用本单元的重点句型来谈论描述体育活动。教学难点: 1.能准确掌握动词过去式的变化形式及并能在句子中合理运用。2.能掌握表示过去的时间词及短语。3.能在实际生活中区分并合理运用进行时与过去时的句子来描述活动。四、 教学方法:表演法 情境法 模仿法等五 、教具:单词卡片、录音 、配套练习册、教学光盘六、教学过程 :一 、 Review1复习单词。课件依次出示三个单词学生认读随后消失一个,学生认读。2复习动词过去式。课件出示动词原形,依次说出过去式后齐读。二. Free Talk: 1.教师问一生:What sport do you like? What club would you like to join?并在课件上出示这两个句子,找生两两问答。2.课件出示体育运动的图片,教师指图问一生:What sport did play yesterday? 之后找生根据图片两两问答。3.同样方法复习句型What isdoing?三、 Practice由Free Talk导入:Our friends are doing some sports in the club,Lets go and see together.(一)Lets listen. 1.听音标号放录音学生根据所听内容为图片标号之后逐个题放音要求一生重复录音内容并给出答案,教师订正。2.谈论图片男女生分角色朗读王红郭阳花泡中的句子后,同位间谈论图片并展示。 (二) Lets read: T:Our friends are doing some sports,The animals are doing sports too. Lets see them together.1. 自读短文找出动物参加的比赛项目,并填在空中。2. 教师示范在可能夺冠动物头上画出皇冠后学生画出剩下的。并根据教师给出的提示完成对话,同位之间交流展示。(三)Listen and repeat:1.学生自读,交流字母ch, sh, oo 在这些单词中的读音。2.学生交流后,教师放录音学生跟读各组单词。3. 小组成员一起查找还有哪些其他学过的单词,并交流。四Fun Time:1. Learn to sing the song:Row row row your boat.(播放CD)五Summary and homework:1.邀请学生总结:本单元你学到了什么?板书: Unit5 L4 Again, please. What club would you like to join? Id like to join the club.
