Book 4 Unit 3 动词-ing形式作表语、定语和宾补导学案【学习目标】:1.掌握v-ing作宾补、表语和定语的用法。2.学会在口语和写作中运用v-ing作表语定语和宾补。 【自主预习】一、 找出课文中含有V-ing的句子,试分析这些V-ing在句中分别作什么成分。 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 二、 功能及用法 (作表语)句型:主语+联系动词+表语A. 主语和表语都是非谓语形式时,主语和表语要取得一致。如:1).Seeing is believing. 2).To see is to believe.B. v-ing作表语表示泛指意义的动作,不定式作表语表示一次性的动作。如:1) .My favorite sport is playing tennis. 2).What I am going to do is to play tennis this afternoon.三、 功能及用法 (作定语)A. 单个分词作定语时,通常放在被修饰的名词之前;分词短语作定语时,放在被修饰的名词之后。如:1).boiling water 沸腾的水 a swimming pool 游泳池 an interesting story 感人的电影2).Listen! The song being sung is very popular with the students. 3).China is a developing country.B. 当被修饰的名词与分词为主动关系时,用现在分词的一般形式,即doing.当被修饰的名词与分词为被动关系且表示正在进行时,用being done. 如:1).The houses being built are for the teachers. (被动,正在进行)2).The man standing at the window is our teacher. (主动,正在进行)注意: 如果两个动作有先有后,一般不能用现在分词的完成式作定语,而要用定语从句。如:The teacher criticized the student who had broken the window.不能说:The teacher criticized the student having broken the window.四、 功能及用法 (作宾语补助语)(即宾补)句型:主语+谓语+宾语+宾补 如:1).I felt something crawling onto my leg. 2).I heard a woman crying downstairs.A. 在感官动词see, hear, watch, feel, observe, listen to, notice等之后,往往既可接v-ing形式作宾补,也可接不带to的不定式作宾补。提示:v-ing分词作宾补,表示动作正在进行(即处于动作的过程中,还没有结束)。 不带to的不定式做宾补,表示已经完成的动作(即动作的全过程结束了)。如:1).I saw the girl getting on the bus. 2).I saw the girl get on the bus and drive off.*B. 在使役动词leave, have, get, keep +sb/ sth +doing 表示让某人或某物持续地做某事(宾语与宾补之间是逻辑上的主动关系,表示动作正在进行)。如:1).Its wrong of you to leave the machine running.2).The captain got the soldiers moving toward the front after a short rest.3).I wont have you speaking to your dad like that.Exercise:指出下列句子中的v-ing在句子中所充当的成分,并将句子翻译成中文。1. Jenny found a wallet lying on the ground.2. The squirrels was lucky that it just missed being caught.3. Be quiet. Theres a sleeping boy.4. I heard an English song being sung when I passed by her room yesterday.5. Dont have the water running all the time.6. I have never seen a more moving movie.7.
