方：_签订日期：_年_月_日propertyinsuranceclausesholedoc.i.thepropertyinsuredthepropertyinsuredshallrefertoallpropertiesandexpensesspe-cifiedinthescheduleofthispolicy.unlessspecificallyagreeduponinritingbeteentheinsuredandthecompanyandappraisedandvalue-establishedbyprofessionalsorassessors,thefolloingarticlesandtheexpensesrelevanttheretoshallnotbecoveredunderthispolicy:1.gold,silver,pearls,diamonds,preciousstonesandjades2.antiques,articlesofvirtue,ancientcoins,ancientbooksandancientpaintings3.orksofartorpostagestamps4.advertisements,aerials,neon,piecesofsolarenergyapparatusetc.onbuildings5.computersystemrecordsoritsmakingandcopyingcosts.undernocirc umstancesshallthefolloingarticlesrelevanttheretobecoveredhereunder:1.guns,ammunitionorexplosives2.banknotes,securities,bills,documents,files,accountbooksordraings3.animals,plantsandagriculturalcrops4.mobilephones,portablecomputers,removablephotographapparatusorotherpreciousarticles5.vehicleslicensedforgeneraltransportuse.ii.scopeofcoverthecompanyshallindemnifytheinsuredinrespectofthephysicallossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertystatedinthescheduleduringtheperiodofinsurancedirectlyarisingfromthefolloingperils:1.fire2.explosionbutnotincludingexplosionofaboilerorotherpressurereliefdevices3.lightning4.hurr icane,typhoonandtornado5.storm,tempestandfloodbutnotincludinglossordamagecausedbychangeinnormalaterlevelorinundationfromseaateroraterescapeorleakagefromthenormalconfinesofanynaturalatercourse,lakeorreservoir,canalordamasellaslossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedbystorm,tempestorfloodhilebeingstoredintheopenorcoveredbyorunderashedthatchedithreeds,tarpaulins,stra,asphaltfelt,plasticornylonsheet6.hailstorm7.landslide,rockslide,avalanche8.volcanicexplosion9.subsidenceofgroundbutnotincludinglossordamageresultingfrompiledriving,groundorkorexcavation2019.crashingaircraftandpartsorarticlesfallingfromaircraftandotherflyingobjects2019.burstingofate rtankorpipebutnotincludingburstingofatertankorpipeduetorust.iii.exclusionsthiscompanyshallnotbeliablefor:1.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyorexpensescausedbyintentionalactorgrossnegligenceoftheinsuredorhisrepresentative2.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedandexpensesincurredbyearthquakeortsunami3.depreciation,lossofmarket,lossofuseandotherconsequentiallossesofanydescription4.lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyorexpensesincurredarisingfromar,arlikeoperation,hostilities,armedconflicts,terrorism,conspiracyinsurrection,coupdetat,strike,riot,andcivilcommotion5.confiscation,requisition,destructionordamagebyanyactionor orderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthorities6.lossofordamagetoinsuredpropertydirectlyorindirectlycausedorexpensesincurredbynuclearfission,nuclearfusion,nucleareapon,nuclearmaterial,nuclearradiationandradioactivecontamination7.lossordamagecausedandexpensesincurredbypollutionofanykindordescriptionhatsoeversuchasatmosphere,landandaterpollutionsbutthisdoesnotincludelossordamagecausedbypollutionarisingfromperilsspecifiedinarticleiithepolicy8.thedeductiblesstatedinthescheduletobebornebytheinsured9.lossordamagearisingfromanyotherperilsnotlistedinarticleiiofthispolicy.iv.treatmentofclaim1.thecompanyshallatitsoption,indemnifytheinsuredinrespectoflossordamagefallingithinthescopeofcove rofthepolicybyeither:1.1payingtheamountoftheactualvalueofthepropertylostordamagedor1.2payingthenecessarycostofrepairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoitsnearestconditionimmediatelyprecedingthedamageor1.3repairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoaconditionneartootherpropertyoflikekindandquality.2.indemnityunderthispolicyshallbebaseduponthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyprevailingatthetimeofloss.ifthesoundmarketvalueofthedamagedpropertyisloerthanthesuminsuredofsuchproperty,theclaimshallbesettledonitsmarketvalueifthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyisinexcessofthesuminsured,thecompanyshallonlybeliableforsuchproportionoftheclaimasthesuminsuredofthedamagedpropertybearstoitssoundmarketvalue.iftheinsuredpropertyenumeratedinthesched uleismorethanoneitem,theprovisionofthisclauseshallapplytoeachthereof.3.ifaclaimforlossofordamagetotheinsureditemissettledonatotallossbasis,thesalvagevalueofsuchitemshallbedeductedfromtheindemnitypayablebythecompany.thecompanymay,atitsoption,declinetheabandonmentofanydamagedpropertybytheinsured.4.intheeventoflossofordamagetoanyequipmentiteminsuredformingpartofapairorset,thecompanyshallnotbeliableinrespectofeachofsuchitemlostordamagedformorethanitsproportionatepartofthesuminsuredonthecompletepairorset.5.intheeventofanylossoccurrence,thecompanyshallalsopaytheinsuredfortheexpensesreasonablyincurredfortakingnecessarymeasurestominimizelossordamagetotheleastextent,butinnocaseshallsuchexpensesreferredheretoexceedthesuminsuredoftheinsuredproperty.6.uponsettlementofaclaim,anendorsementshallbeissuedbythecompanytoreducet hesuminsuredcorrespondingtothepropertylostordamagedbytheamountsosettledfromthedateofloss,andnopremiumshallberefundedfortheamountsoreduced.ifreinstatementofthesuminsuredisrequiredbytheinsureduponsettlementoftheclaim,anadditionalpremiumforthereinstatedamountshallbechargedatanagreedrate,andbecalculatedonproratadailybasisfromthedateoflosstotheexpiryoftheinsurance.7.thetimeofvalidityofaclaimunderthisinsuranceshallnotexceedaperiodoftoyearcountingfromthedateofloss.v.insuredsobligationsthefolloingobligationsshallbestrictlyfulfilledbytheinsuredandhisrepresentative:1.theinsuredandhisrepresentative,henapplyingforinsuranceshallmaketrueansersordescriptionstothequestionsintheproposalandquestion naireortoanyotherquestionsraisedbythecompany.2.theinsuredandhisrepresentativeshallpaytothecompanyinduecoursetheagreedpremiuminthemannerasprovidedinthescheduleandendorsements.3.duringtheperiodofthisinsurance,theinsuredshallathisonexpensetakeallreasonableprecautions,includingpayingsufficientattentiontoandputtingintopracticethereasonablerecommendationsofthecompany,prudentlyselectingtheorkmenandemployeesandcomplyingithallstatutoryregulationsandsafetyoperationprocedures.4.intheeventofanyoccurrencehichgivesormightgiverisetoaclaimunderthispolicy,theinsuredorhisrepresentativeshall:4.1notifythecompanyimmediatelyandithinseven(7)daysoranyfurtherperiodasmaybeagreedbythecompanyinriting,furnisharittenreporttoindicatethecourse,probablereasonandextentoflossordamage 4.2takeallnecessarymeasurestoavoidaggravationofthelossordamageandminimizeittotheleastextent4.3preservethespotaffectedanddefectivepartsbeforeaninspectioniscarriedoutbyarepresentativeorsurveyorfromthecompany4.4furnishallsuchinformationanddocumentaryevidenceasthecompanymayrequireforsupportingtheclaim.vi.generalconditions1.policyeffectthedueobservanceandfulfilmentofthetermsandconditionsofthispolicyinsofarastheyrelatetoanythingtobedoneorcompliedithbytheinsuredshallbeaconditionprecedenttoanyliabilityofthecompanyunderthispolicy.2.policyvoidancethispolicyshallbevoidableintheeventofmisrepresentation,m sdescriptionornon-disclosuremadebytheinsuredorhisrepresentativeinanymaterialparticularinrespectofthisinsurance.3.policyterminationunlessitscontinuancebeadmittedbythecompanyinriting,thispolicyshallbeautomaticallyterminatedif:3.1theinsurableinterestoftheinsuredislost3.2theriskoflossordamageisincreased.afterterminationofthepolicy,thepremiumshallberefundedtotheinsuredcalculatedonproratadailybasisfortheperiodfromthedateofterminationtothedateofexpiry.4.policycancellationthispolicymaybecanceledatanytimeattherequestoftheinsuredinritingorattheoptionofthecompanybygivingafifteen(2019)dayspriornoticetotheinsured.intheformercasethecompanyshallretainapremiumcalculatedonshorttermratebasisforthetimethepolicyhasbeeninforcehileinthelattercasesuchpremiumshallbecalculatedonproratadailybasis.5.forf eitofbenefitiftheclaimisinanyrespectfraudulent,orifanyfraudulentmeansordevicesareusedbytheinsuredorhisrepresentativetoobtainanybenefitunderthispolicyorifanylossordamageisoccasionedbytheintentionalactorintheconnivanceoftheinsuredorhisrepresentative,theninanyofthesecases,alltherightsandbenefitsoftheinsuredunderthispolicyshallbeforfeited,andallconsequentlossesarisingtherefromincludingtheamountofclaimpaidbythecompanyshallbeindemnifiedbytheinsured.6.reasonableinspectiontherepresentativeofthecompanyshallatanysuitabletimebeentitledtoattendthesiteandinspectorexaminetheriskexplosureofthepropertyinsured.forthispurpose,theinsuredshallprovidefullassistanceandalldetailsandinformationrequiredbythecompanyasmaybenecessaryfor theassessmentoftherisk.theabovementionedinspectionorexaminationshallinnocircumstancesbeheldasanyadmissiontotheinsuredbythecompany.7.doubleinsuranceshouldanyloss,damage,expensesorliabilityrecoverableunderthepolicybealsocoveredbyanyotherinsurance,thecompanyshallonlybeliabletopayorcontributehisproportionoftheclaimirrespectiveastohethertheotherinsuranceisarrangedbytheinsuredorothersonhisbehalf,orhetheranyindemnificationisobtainableundersuchotherinsurance.8.subrogationhereathirdpartyshallbeheldresponsibleforthelossordamagecoveredunderthispolicy,theinsuredshall,hetherbeingindemnifiedbythecompanyornot,takeallnecessarymeasurestoenforceorreservetherightofrecoveryagainstsuchthirdparty,anduponbeingindemnifiedbythecompany,subrogatetot hecompanyalltherightofrecovery,transferallnecessarydocumentstoandassistthecompanyinpursuingrecoveryfromtheresponsibleparty.9.disputealldisputesunderthisinsurancearisingbeteentheinsuredandthecompanyshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiations.herethetopartiesfailtoreachanagreementafternegotiations,suchdisputeshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationortocourtforlegalactions.unlessotheriseagreed,sucharbitrationorlegalactionshallbecarriedoutintheplaceherethedefendantisdomiciled.vii.specialprovisionsthefolloingprovisionsshallbeappliedtoallpartsofthispolicyandshalloverridetheothertermsandconditionsofthispolicyifanyconflictarises.propertyinsurancepolicyp olicyno.:hereastheinsurednamedinthescheduleheretohasmadetothe_insurancecompany(hereinaftercalledthecompany)arittenproposalhichtogetherithanyotherstatementsmadebytheinsuredforthepurposeofthispolicyisdeemedtobeincorporatedhereinandhaspaidtothecompanythepremiumstatedintheschedule.nothispolicyofinsuranceitnessesthatsubjecttothetermsandconditionscontainedhereinorendorsedhereonthecompanyshallindemnifytheinsuredforthelossordamagesustainedduringtheperiodofinsurancestatedinthescheduleinthemannerandtotheextenthereinafterprovided.bythe_&nb spinsurancecompany_authorisedsignaturedateofissue:placeofissue:schedulepolicyno.:1.nameandaddressoftheinsured1.1theinsured:1.2address:2.locationofthepropertyinsured:3.natureoftrade:4.insureditemsandsumsinsured:insureditemssumsinsured4.1propertyinsured4.1.1building(s)(includingdecoration):4.1.2machineryandequipment:4.1.3furnitureandfixture:(includingofficeequipmentandsupplies)4.1.4stock:4.1.5others:4.2additionalexpenses:4.2.1removalofdebrisfees:4.2.2fireextinguishingexpenses:4.2.3professionalfees:
