1双方约定在施工过程中对工程所用材料进场进行验，并在单项工程完工 进行单项验收。 2工程竣工后，乙方应通知甲方验收，甲方应自接到验收通知后两天内提 供书面工程验收单。出具工程验收单后，三日内结清工程尾款。在工程 款结清后，办理移交手续（见附表：工程结算单）； 3本工程自验收合格双方签字之日起保修期为壹年。如甲方未按规定结清 尾款，则视为自动放弃保修。 十一 工程款支付方式2.工程过半是指：框架工程完成，除定制项目外均以完成。 十二违约责任 1合同双方当事人中的任一方因未履行合同的约定或违反国家法律、法规及有关政策规定，受到罚款给对方造成经济损失均由责任方承担责任，并赔偿给对方造成的经济损失； 2未办理验收手续，甲方提前使用或擅自动用工程成品而造成损失的，由甲方 负责； 3因一方原因，造成合同无法继续发生履行时，该方应及时通知另一方，办理
