自从来到吉林省龙井市老头沟镇林业工作站实习以来，我认识到认真学习才能够在工作中做到得心应手，才能在工作中发挥自己的作用。在实习期间我做到自觉遵守工作制度以及工作内容，认真履行自己的工作职责。 2作风方面 在这期间我利用学校所学的知识，联系工作实际开展工作，虚心听从林业局领导和职工的细心教导，在林业局领导的细心教导下，勤恳工作，不怕苦不怕累，听从指挥，确保工作的顺利完成。 3劳动纪律方面 初入工作的环节必定和那些有这几十年经验的林业局技术人员比起来是有很大差别的，在工作的职业技能上我们的差距就是怎么把自己在学校中的学到的理论知识科学合理的应用于实践中去，做到理论联系实际。同时即可以发挥理论中应该有的科学性，又能够发挥实践中的科学调查有效的方法。这样不仅可以保证工作中的有效进行，还可以节省时间为局里及时完成任务。他们作为林业工作者默默的为祖国生态工程建设，服务地方，推动地方经济的增长见证了祖国林业事业的发展历程。如今辉煌的林业事业是他们辛辛苦苦的用自己的双手打造出来的，舍小家顾大家。技术水平上我们更是有些不足了，刚来到工作岗位接触的还比较少对于新岗位、新环境适应起来一定得需要时间，林业局技术人员在业务水平上可以做到认知和做法统筹兼备，做到事情在自己手中就要追求完美。我们在业务方面对于一些事情还是有些比较生疏，这就需要时间让我们自己去努力的学习。 2工作中的改进 有了工作差距我们就知道了自己的目标，所以我们就要为了这个目标更加努力的去奋斗。在工作的职业技能上我们就要时时刻刻的去向师傅们学习，遇到解决不了的问题不要留着要和局里的技术人员学会多探讨。同时在工作的闲暇时间可以充实一下自己，参加一些工作方面的培训多学习多了解。而且在工作中要做到多发现问题、会发现问题，这样可以在问题中可以锻炼自己的思维和处理问题的能力。思想上我们要做到不断学习体会甘肃事业单位趋向企业发展文化，这样才能够成为一名合格的林业调查技术员工。还要多积极参加各项政治活动和项目部团委组织的其他活动和主题教育和企业文化学习，增加自己在思想上的高度认识。为了这个家去努力地奋斗和拼搏。在业务水平上我们更要和师傅们多学习多交流，因为在和他们的交流下我们可以了解和认识更多的事情和为人处事的方法，以及在工作中的具体业务水平的实施步骤和技巧性的科学合理的统筹理论。更要自己多多的体会在业务中的理念和方法，多接触一些事情，多了解一些关于自己的施工业务能力。这样才能够在不断地学习中不断地成长，为以后的更好的工作和更快的熟悉工作做好前提的准备。 （二）建议及改进方法： 对实习单位的合理化建议 在实习单位接近四个月的时间里使我学到了很多，现在对自己的单位的工作具体也熟悉了很多。实习中看到了很多、认识了很多、体会了很多、发现了很多。 1调整管理职能 乡镇林业站的职能和任务是随着林业改革建设的发展形势而不断变化和完善的。乡镇林业站的工作将由过去的单纯组织、管理为主，走向管理与服务并重，以指导、服务为主之路。乡镇林业站必须要转变观念，面向广大林农，延伸、前移职能，细化、量化责任，使林业站的管理与服务，紧紧围绕集体林家庭承包经营这个核心，围绕林改"四权一责"这个主线，遵从市场规律，依照法律政策，体现以人为本。建立新的管林、护林、营林和发展林业产业新机制。 2提高队伍素质 林业站职工队伍的素质直接影响乡镇林业发展建设水平和林农耕山务林成效。首要的是要提高林业站长的政治理论素质，法规政策水平，业务管理和协调工作能力。还要通过培训，提高林业站工作人员的政治理论、林业法规政策、专业知识、指导管理能力、新技术、新知识等政治业务素质，不断改进工作作风和工作方法。林业主管部门要切实加强对林业站工作的指导，将林业站管理工作纳入重要工作日程，尽快充实人员，建立和加强林业站的管理机构。指导协调各乡镇制定林业站工作人员(也包括护林员)的录用、考核和辞退标准，严格执行竞聘录用考核的公正透明制度。尽量选择录用林业专业学校毕业的大中专毕业生(我们系的园林或者植保、生物专业就可以)，优化林业站队伍结构，强化队伍素质。要定性定量建立实用可行的林业站工作人员工作规范和岗位责任制，建立农民群众参与、社会化监督的林业站考评新机制。 3增强服务能力 林业站在做好对森林资源的有效监管的同时，当前重要的是服务林农、指导林农依法科学有序地经营利用山林。努力提高六个方面的服务能力，一是政策法规宣传服务能力。要将林改和林业建设的法律法规、方针政策、技术规程，宣传到户、普及到人，引导林农依法耕山，按规务林;二是技术指导服务能力。要发挥林业站的了解民-意、熟悉林情的实践优势，对林农的营造林、发展林地经济的林业生产全过程，包村、包组、包重点户进行指导和技术培训。要深入到农户，听取林农的想法、要求，入山头到地块调查研究、登记造册，编制森林经营方案和林地经济发展规划;三是林权管理服务能力。为林农承包的山林确权发证，化解林权纠纷是林业站义不容辞的责任，要主动上手，不推不靠，力求和-谐推进林改;四是市场咨询服务能力。林业站要研究和适应林业市场经济发展规律，指导林农科学利用林地资源，生产市场适销对路产品，提高林地产出效益;五是林地融资服务能力。要积极帮助林农开展林权抵押贷款，合理进行林地、林木流转，盘活林地、林木资源，进行林业招商引资，争取产业发展项目和资金;六是合作经营服务能力。林业站要围绕林改后林业规模化经营，林农集约化生产的新课题，引导林农，通过市场手段，在农民群众自愿前提下，组建林农家庭合作林场，设立专业合作社，发展林业产业协会，使林业逐步走上社会化联合发展之路。 #林业站建站于1982年，目前人、财、物隶属于腾冲县林业局，属全民所有制事业单位，经费来源为县级财政全额拨款，林业站占地面积2395.68平方米。 （二）职工情况 #林业工作站人员编制10人，目前在编8人，在岗6人，县局抽调2人。设有站长1人，副站长1人，职工6人。文化程度：大学本科2人，大专6人。技术职称：工程师2人，助理工程师1人，技术员2人，中级工2人，试用期1人。年龄结构：35岁以下8人。 （三）辖区情况 #镇地处腾冲北部，国土面积108600.0公顷，集体所辖面积61885.6公顷，林业用地面积49749.3公顷，有林地面积32478.3公顷，集体林活立木蓄积450.7311万立方米，优势树种年生长量239689立方米，森林覆盖率78%。全镇有9个行政村，110个村民小组，38156人。 二、2010年完成的主要工作 （一）造林绿化工作 1、配合林业局完成2003年度退耕还林阶段性检查验收工作。 2、完成中幼林抚育项目6000亩，涉及2个村4个造林地块。 3、实施封山育林项目3000亩，低产油茶改造1000亩。 （二）特色经济林产业工作 1、泡核桃种植方面：一是完成#镇2009年度55478亩泡核桃种植产业的移栽和验收工作；二是完成了2008年、2009年度共66620亩泡核桃的中耕抚育管理和秋冬季防霜冻工作。 2、红花油茶种植方面：全年种植红花油茶共28170亩。其中省列项目13170亩，地方项目15000亩。 （三）资源林政管理 1、认真执行限额采伐。执行限额采伐管理是为确保森林资源生长大于消耗，维持消长平衡关系。在采伐过程中认真按照“三到现场”制度，合理安排伐区，严格控制采伐强度。一年来共完成#镇2010年森林采伐限额总蓄积123282立方米，其中：商品性消耗蓄积量93331立方米，非商品性消耗蓄积量27000立方米，其他消耗蓄积量2951立方米。 2、强化林政管理，维护林区社会秩序。为确保我镇森林资源的安全，维护林区正常的社会秩序，我站坚持以法治林，依法林业行政，林区治安秩序稳定，全年辖区内没有发生重特大林业案件。 3、加强林地管理工作。坚持林地征占用审批补偿制度和信息通报制度，确保林地不流失。对于工程建设、林区道路建设须占用林地的，严格执行占用林地审批补偿制度，坚持按法定程序办理相关手续。 （四）森林防火工作 在县森林防火指挥部及镇党委、政府的正确领导下，我站认真履行镇森林防火指挥所的职责，组织协调全镇的森林防火工作。通过全镇广大干部群众的共同努力，全年#镇无森林火警火灾。我站主要做了以下方面工作： 1、认真宣传、贯彻县委、政府关于森林防火的各项措施，深入宣传森林防火相关法律、法规等知识。2010年全镇召开各种会议232次，禁火令500份，共发放森林防火户主通知书6254份，签定联防协议3份，签定防火承诺书167份，出动宣传车辆136次，培训次数27次，涉及培训人员1500人，张贴临时性标语668条，半永久性标语95条，给学生上防火课30次，开展防火宣誓及“五个一”等宣传教育活动。 2、实行24小时值班制度和分片负责制。认真做好森林防火期间值班人员交接班制度，实行火情日报制度和火灾归口报告制度。 3、认真开展“两监三管”工作，加强对森林防火各项工作的检查、监督和火情监测。 4、积极开展计划烧除，有效消除火灾隐患。共规划并向县护林办审核报批计划烧除8个，烧除面积1292亩。 5、做好森林防火工作的统计、分类、归档和总结。 （五）农村能源建设 4月份我站完成了2009年度21口沼气池的建池补助款的发放。 （六）森林病虫害防治工作 森林病虫害防治，必须坚持“预防为主，科学防控，依法治理，促进健康”的新方针，一年来，根据森林病虫害防治条例、植物检疫条例、国务院办公厅关于进一步加强松材线虫病预防和防治工作的通知，的要求，认真宣传，落实各级监测责任制，规范完善护林员管理体系；认真开展松材线虫病的普查和薇甘菊的监测工作；加强对森林病虫害发生区的监测及预防预报工作。 （七）集体林权制度改革 #镇是腾冲县率先开展集体林改制度改革工作的试点乡镇之一，无经验借鉴，作为集体林权制度改革的具体组织主体和业务主体，我站全面参与集体林权制度改革工作，协调指挥林改工作的开展，认真履行乡镇林改办和业务组的职责，协助县、镇纠纷调处组，处理林权纠纷。 三、廉洁自律责任制执行情况 一年来，社会治安综合治理及安全生产、消防安全工作，在上级林业行政主管部门及#镇党委、政府的正确领导下，认真落实各级文件及腾冲县林业局每年的社会治安综合治理责任书、腾冲县林业局安全生产、消防安全责任书的要求，综治及安全工作取得明显成绩。 全年，我站综治及安全工作，机构健全，领导重视，积极预防；加强对职工及林农的普法教育和安全意识教育，切实控制各种违法犯罪，维护社会稳定；积极预防和控制突发事件，化解矛盾纠纷。一年来，站内部无一起治安案件和刑事案件发生，无贩毒、吸毒、种毒人员，无卖淫、嫖娼、赌博行为，无酗酒闹事和打架斗殴事件；辖区无森林火警火灾；全年无交通事故发生；单位人员无违纪受处分事件；林区生产无伤亡事故发生。 三、存在的问题 1、多年来形成的林种结构比较单一，用材林比重大，经济林收益小，林下经济发展缓慢，短期效益得不到体现； 2、树种比例单纯，低值林分面积大； 3、人工中幼林面积大，欠抚育，生长缓慢； 4、林政管理点多面广，压力大； 5、林业站工作人员少，工作量较大，任务繁重，难以应付。四、2011年工作计划 1、加强泡核桃种植的中后期管理及红花油茶的宣传、发动、落实工作。 2、进一步规范林木采伐和审批制度，规范镇内木材运输管理制度；加强资源林政管理，下大力气整治偷砍滥伐，无证运输木材和超限额采伐行为，加强野生、陆生动植物保护工作。 3、预防和防治林业有害生物侵害，建立完善林业有害生物防治“三级”防护体系； 4、加强职工法律、道德素质建设，加强职工政治思想教育。完善站内规章制度，强化制度管人，推进依法治林进程。
