专业好文档机考子系统考点管理员操作指南第一部分 编写目的考点管理员为计算机管理人员。考点管理员负责安装、配置考点服务程序，设置考点考场，考试客户端资源属性，下载相关考试计划数据，分配考试资源，对考试计划的执行进行管理，针对考试系统的数据进行管理。本操作指南指导用户如何应用机考系统，任何部门和个人在使用考点管理器进行操作时，均需参照本手册执行。第二部分 考点服务程序安装指南一、环境安装指南1、硬件环境要求：配置CPU硬盘内存注释少于100个终端单处理器，2.2GHz80G2GWeb服务和数据库共享100到250个终端双处理器，2.2GHz80G2GWeb服务和数据库分开250到500个终端四处理器，2.2GHz150G4GWeb服务和数据库分开2、软件环境要求：软件名称版本操作系统(32位)Windows Server2003 Server、Windows Server2003 Enterprise Edition、数据库SQL 2005Express、SQL 2005标准版、企业版； IISIIS6.0IE浏览器IE6.0版或以上运行环境.Net Framework 3.0及以上分辨率800*600及以上3、软件环境安装指南3.1 Framework 3.0安装微软官方Framework 3.0的下载地址为：下载以后运行安装文件，进入安装向导：安装开始界面勾选并点击开始安装。安装界面安装完成界面点击完成Framework 3.0安装。安装完以后，需要重启电脑。3.2 SQL Server 2005 安装 考点服务的数据库支持SQL Server 2005企业版、标准版、Express版，针对不同的SQL Server版本，安装过程有所不同，请根据实际情况参考以下安装指南：3.2.1 SQL Server 2005 Express安装 微软官方Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition 版本下载地址为： 安装SQL Server 2005 Express Edition需要系统安装Windows Installer 3.1，其微软官方的下载地址为：Windows Installer 3.1的安装指南请参考后面3.3节内容。下面是SQL Server 2005 Express Edition的安装指南：勾选并单击进入必备组件安装界面：必备组件安装页面点击开始安装必备组件。安装完成以后，点击进入SQL Server安装向导。点击进入系统配置检查界面。点击开始进行SQL Server安装。设置好姓名和公司信息以后，将勾掉，点击进入功能选择页面。默认情况下，点击即可。若电脑上没有其他数据库，建议保留安装步骤默认的实例名称，直接点击进入下一步骤。此时，需要勾选再点击进入下一步骤。选择并设定sa用户的登陆密码，如下图所示：点击进入下一步骤。此界面，请务必确认排序规则选项处选择的是：点击进入下一步骤。点击进入下一步骤。点击进入下一步骤。点击开始安装。安装完毕以后，点击。点击完成安装过程。SQL Server 2005 Express Edition安装完毕以后，由于SQL Server 2005 Express Edition默认是禁用远程连接的，所以需要运行SQL Server外围应用配置器进行配置。运行 SQL Server 外围应用配置器，进入配置页面。选择，进入配置页面。选择，并勾选，点击，并。完成数据库配置，并重启数据库实例。点击即可。3.2.2 SQL Server 2005 标准版、企业版安装运行SQL Server 2005 企业版或标准版选择。勾选并单击。点击，开始安装必备组件。单击进入SQL Server 2005安装向导。点击进入系统配置检查界面。点击开始进行SQL Server安装。点击进入组件选择页面。勾选和并单击。点击选择并勾选。点击。选择混合模式，并为sa用户设置登陆密码，如下图：点击。此界面，请务必确认排序规则选项处选择的是：点击进入下一步骤。点击开始安装SQL Server。3.3 Windows Installer 3.1安装(.net framework 3.0安装不成功的情况下，先装windows installer 3.1，再装.net framework 3.0)下载完Windows Installer 3.1以后，运行下载的安装文件，进入安装向导：安装向导页面点击进入许可协议页面。许可协议页面勾选并点击，系统有可能会提示安装程序。服务重启提示页面点击继续安装windows Installer 3.1安装界面安装完成界面安装完成以后，点击重启电脑完成安装。3.4 IIS6.0 安装在考点服务端操作系统安装以后，没有安装IIS(Microsoft Internet Information Services )的情况下，需要手工安装IIS，请首先将操作系统安装光盘放入光驱(或者从虚拟光驱打开操作系统镜像文件)，打开控制面板中的“添加删除程序”，如下图：控制面板添加删除程序界面选择，出现如图界面：Windows组件安装向导Windows组件安装向导选择，点击，进入下面的界面：应用程序服务器组件安装界面请确保 Internet信息服务勾选上。单击确定进行IIS的安装。二、考点服务安装指南1、 考点服务安装每个考点都需要有一个考点服务程序来支持考点的机考工作，考点管理器通过连接考点服务程序的数据库来进行考点管理操作。点击考点服务程序安装程序，进入欢迎界面，点击进入如图所示选择安装的网站目录。选择安装路径界面选择网站目录后点击进行数据库连接配置，数据库连接配置如果需要创建数据库，先点击，进入如图所示创建数据库界面：创建数据库界面设置考点服务器名称、数据库名称、用户名、密码等信息后点击即完成系统的安装和配置。尤其需要注意的是如果数据库安装的是SQL Server 2005 Express Edition版本，服务器名称处不能填写数据库服务器的IP地址，只能填写数据库服务器的机器名。配置完数据库连接以后，出现如图安装完成界面：安装完成界面点击完成考点服务程序的安装。2、 考点服务配置第一步：考点服务安装完毕以后，检查考点服务配置。请确保考点服务安装的网站属性中的ASP.NET配置为2.0以上。考点服务网站属性页面配置完成以后，请浏览考点服务网站，确保网站能正常打开。考点服务网站浏览页面第二步：打开IIS管理器，右键单击“默认网站”，如图：选择“权限”，进入下图的界面：将IIS-WPG用户的权限，勾选上“允许完全控制”，点击确定，保存退出。第三步：检查IIS管理器Web扩展中是否已经启用ASP.NET2.0。第三部分 考点管理器安装指南一、 环境安装指南1、 硬件环境要求CPU: P3 667以上内存：256M硬盘：10G网卡：10M/100M2、 软件环境要求软件名称版本操作系统win2000、win xp运行环境.Net Framework 2.0.Net Framework 2.0 SP2IE浏览器IE6.0版或以上分辨率800*600或以上3、 软件环境安装指南3.1 Framework 2.0 安装Framework2.0请自行从网上下载。安装Framework2.0步骤如下：开始安装页面点击进入 .net Framework 2.0 安装向导。最终用户许可协议页面勾选并点击开始安装。安装界面安装完成页面安装完成以后，点击结束安装。3.2 Framework 2.0 SP2安装Framework2.0 SP2 官方下载地址为：安装Framework2.0 SP2需要安装Windows Installer 3.0，微软官方推荐使用Windows Installer 3.1以上版本，Windows Install 3.1的官方下载地址为：3.2.1Windows Installer 3.1 安装参考前面的安装说明。3.2.2 Framework 2.0 SP2 安装运行Framework 2.0 SP2安装文件，进入用户许可协议页面：用户许可协议界面勾选并点击开始安装。安装界面安装完成界面点击完成Framework 2.0 SP2安装。二、 考点管理器安装指南考点管理器是为考点管理员提供了对本考点的考场、考试客户端、考试计划、考试资源、文件传输等业务信息的管理，同时也提供了系统基础功能的管理。用户双击考点管理器安装程序，点击进入如图所示同意许可协议。同意许可协议界面点击进入如图所示：选择安装路径界面选择路径后点击进行安装，即可完成考点管理器的安装。第四部分 监考控制台安装指南一、 环境安装指南1、 硬件环境要求：CPU: P3 667以上内存：256M硬盘：10G网卡：10M/100M2、 软件环境要求：软件名称版本操作系统win2000、win xp运行环境.Net Framework 2.0.Net Framework 2.0 SP2IE浏览器IE6.0版或以上分辨率800*600或以上3、 软件环境安装指南同考点管理器。二、 监考控制台安装指南考点管理员需要为各考场安装监考控制台，打开监考控制台的安装包，若未安装framework，则需要先安装dotnetfx.exe文件，如图所示：安装framework界面点击下一步，选择接受协议，点击，如图所示：接受协议条款界面安装完成后，则可以点击监考控制台的安装文件，如图所示：监考控制台安装界面点击，进入同意协议的界面，如图所示：同意许可协议界面选择同意，点击，选择安装路径界面选择路径后点击开始安装，完成后点击。第五部分 考试客户端安装指南一、 环境安装指南1、 硬件环境要求：CPU: P3 667以上内存：256M硬盘：10G网卡：10M/100M2、 软件环境要求：软件名称版本操作系统Windows xp运行环境.Net Framework 2.0 .Net Framework 2.0 SP2IE浏览器IE8.0分辨率1024*768或以上输入法搜狗输入法5.0或以上3、 软件环境安装指南同考点管理器。二、 考试客户端安装指南1、 考试客户端安装考点管理员需要为各考场安装考试客户端，打开考试客户端的安装包，若未安装framework，则需要先安装dotnetfx.exe文件。完成后，则可以进入考试客户端的安装，如图所示：考试客户端安装界面点击，进入同意协议的界面，如图所示：同意许可协议界面选择同意，点击，选择安装路径界面选择路径后点击开始安装，完成后点击。"If we don't do that it will go on and go on.
