2013年县区教育工会工作要点2013年,是xx区教育的“队伍建设年”。今年教育系统工会工作的总体要求是:认真贯彻、落实党的十七大和十七届五中、六中全会和中国工会十五大精神,认真学习、宣传党的十八大精神,深入实践科学发展观。按照上级工会的要求,坚持“推动科学发展、促进学校和谐、服务中心工作、加强工会组织”的工作理念,以开展党群共创“创先争优”和“三争一创”活动为契机,以提高教职工的师德水平和业务能力为切入点,全面提高教职工整体素质,以抓好学校教代会制度为重点,促进校园民主管理,以基层工会活动为凝聚力,抓好工会的自身建设,团结、动员教职工为构建和谐校园做出新的贡献。一、重点工作1、进一步加强教代会制度建设。不断完善教职工参与民主管理的形式,精心组织开好教代会与教职工大会。规范实施教代会工作细则,充分发挥教代会在学校民主管理、民主监督、民主评议中的作用。学校出台的重大决策,规章制度等方案要通过职工代表大会表决通过。推行以无记名投票表决方式履行教代会的审议通过权。实施教代会重要议案“票决制”。保障教职工在学校管理中的知情权、参与权、表达权和监督权。2、进一步提高教职工的思想素质。大力开展师德师风建设,有效提升广大教职工的职业道德水平。巩固“爱与责任”主题教育活动成果,以“爱生、爱岗、爱学校,守法、守纪、守规范”为主要内容,进一步提升教职工的社会责任感和奉献意识。以创“师德先进个人”和“师德先进群体”为载体,紧密联系教职工队伍的思想实际,开展丰富多彩、生动活泼、行之有效的思想道德教育活动,使广大教职工认清形势、明确使命,增强责任,当好主人,为xx教育事业建功立业。3、进一步提高教职工的业务技能。各基层工会工作要围绕“队伍建设年”活动,积极配合党政开展提高教职工业务技能的基本功、精品课、创新成果等学习与竞赛活动。丰富“青蓝工程”的内涵,突出师德建设,重视老教育工作者的崇高师德、严谨作风在青年教师身上发扬光大。老教师要向青年教师学习现代教学技术和开拓创新的精神。突破地域、单位限制,走出去拜专家、名师为师,形成不断进取,终身学习的良好氛围。4、深化新时期“建家”活动。要加强工会组织自身建设,把基层工会“建家”工作目标纳入学校总体布局之中。健全会员评家和考核奖评机制,创新建家形式,深化建家内涵,努力把基层工会建设成组织健全、维护到位、工作活跃、作用明显、职工信赖的“职工之家”。继续开展创评先进“职工之家”和“职工小家”活动,全面提高基层工会规范化建设工作水平。要结合新形势,不断创新建家活动的理论和形式,不断赋予建家活动新的内涵。要围绕推进教育教学改革和教学质量的提升抓建家;要以会员为本,突出维护抓建家;要整体联动,党政工共建一个家。5、继续实施“送温暖”工程。开展“情系教职工、服务会员”活动,建立健全工会干部与困难职工家庭联系制度。关心困难教职工,切实解决教职工工作生活中的实际困难,努力做到教职工重病必访、生孩子必访、家庭生活困难必访、家中发生突发事件必访。重视调查了解特困教职工、在校孤儿等方面存在的实际困难,及时向党政及有关部门反映,提出建议,协助党政解决相关问题。高度关心教职工的身心健康,组织好教职工定期健康检查,尽一切可能建立“大病互助”等互助协作制度,让特困教职工和社会弱势群体充分感受到社会主义大家庭的温暖。6、切实做好女职工工作。依法维护好女教职工合法权益和特殊利益。积极开展“巾帼建功”活动,努力为女职工岗位成才创造良好环境。关注女教职工身心健康和家庭生活情况。鼓励女教职工在社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德方面为社会作表率,争做事业家庭双兼顾的新女性。加强女职工业务和健康培训,在政策许可情况下,多为女职工提供更多的便利。7、加强工会信息宣传工作。各基层工会都要在学校校园网上开设工会专栏,并重视借助网络、报纸和板报橱窗等立体和平面媒体等宣传平台,开辟专版、专栏宣传党的工运理论,宣传工会法规、宣传工会重点活动,宣传教职工在师德、业务上的先进典型。扩大工会的社会影响力。区教育工会加强与江苏教工的联系,大力宣传我区教职工的先进典型,用良好的形象来激励xx教育系统工会工作。年终将对工会的宣传与信息工作进行评比。8、开展丰富多彩的文体活动。积极开展工会文体活动,活跃职工生活,凝聚职工活力,为教职工搭建文明健康、丰富多彩的活动平台。要根据不同类型教职工的兴趣爱好,积极组织成立多种形式的教职工文化体育协会或兴趣小组,定期组织开展丰富多彩的文化体育和疗休养活动,满足不同类型教职工的精神文化需求。让教职工在工会组织开展的各类文体活动中,增强愉悦感,提升幸福指数。教育工会将组织乒乓球比赛等文体活动。9、加强工会干部业务培训。工会干部要加强业务学习,特别要加强对相关法律、法规和政策的学习。要熟练掌握工会工作的操作流程,提高工会工作能力。教育工会要加大工会干部培训力度,举办培训班,组织工会干部参加上级工会培训。要走出去参观学习考察先进单位工作经验,全面提高工会干部服务大局、服务群众和依法维权的能力和水平。10、完善年度考评工作。年度考评工作是检查学校基层工会工作的一个手段。本年度要继续开展学校基层工会的工作考评,以此推动工会工作的进一步规范。要完善考核内容,不断改进评比方式,把考评工作提到学校基层工会工作的重要日程上,使全区教育工会工作更上新的台阶。二、主要工作时间安排一月份1、基层工会2011年工作总结,年度考评;2、送温暖活动;3、春节走访、慰问。二月份1、教育工会2011年工作总结;2、制定2013年工会工作计划;3、签订2013年工会工作目标责任书。三月份1、小学“奉献杯”教学技能比赛;2、在职教职工体检;3、“三八”活动。四月份1、在职教职工体检;2、教职工乒乓球比赛。五月份1、师德评比活动;2、争当优秀教师活动。六月份1、工会工作半年总结;2、召开教代会(会员大会);3、工会工作调研活动。七八月份1、组织工会会员撰写有关工会调研论文;2、组织工会主席工会理论培训;3、教职工疗休养。九月份1、教师回报社会活动;2、配合做好教师节庆祝活动。十月份1、组织退休教职工体检;2、组织评审、推荐论文参加市教育工会比赛。十一月份1、做好困难职工材料的上报工作;2、组织退休教职工体检;3、工会宣传与信息工作评比。十二月份1、基层工会2013年工作总结;完成台帐、文档;2、工会工作年度考核;3、做好教育工会的各项总结工作;4、2014年工会工作计划。QcWA3PtGZ7R4I30kA1DkaGhn3XtKknBYCUDxqA7FHYi2CHhI92tgKQcWA3PtGshLs50cLmTWN60eo8Wgqv7XAv2OHUm32WGeaUwYDIAWGMeR4I30kA1DkaGhn3XtKknBYCUDxqA7FHYi2CHhI92tgKQcWA3PtGZ7R4I30kA1DkaGtgKQcWA3P
