关于地方资源向旅游产品转化之策略中英文翻译On the local resources to the English strategy transformation of tourism product in Translation摘要旅游产品是支撑旅游业发展的基础,而地方资源在开发旅游产品中有重要的作用。本文从根据市场需求,把地方资源转化为观光旅游产品、开发城市文化旅游产品、发挥政府的开发资源之主导作用这三个方面来论述地方资源向旅游产品转化的策略。Abstract tourism products is the foundation of tourism development, and the local resources have an important role in the development of tourism products. This paper according to the market demand, the local resources into three aspects of the leading role of tourism products, the development of city cultural tourism products, the development of resources on Transformation of local resources to the tourism product strategy.关键词 旅游产品 地方资源 观光旅游产品 keyword tourism product resources of tourism products旅游产品是旅游业者开发和利用旅游资源,向旅游者提供旅游吸引物与旅游服务的总和;也就是旅游者向游客提供所有旅游服务的总和。旅游产品的开发,就是对旅游资源、旅游人力资源、旅游设施等进行规划、设计、开发成旅游产品过程。在开发旅游产品上,地方资源是一个重要的途径。地方的风土人情、历史文化、人文景观等等这些资源,都可以向旅游产品转化,变成丰富的旅游资源,为当地旅游业发展所服务。本文将从以下三个方面来论述地方资源向旅游产品转化的策略。The tourism products of tourism development and utilization of tourism resources, provide the sum of tourism attraction and tourism service to tourists; the sum is tourists with all travel services to tourists. This paper from the following three aspects to discuss the transformation of local resources to the tourism product strategy.一、根据市场需求,把地方资源转化为观光旅游产品One, according to the market demand, the local resources into tourism products游客来到旅行地,主要是观赏和游览异国他乡的自然风光以及文物古迹。根据游客的这个需求,可以把地方资源灵活转化为观光旅游产品。在此,可以充分利用地方的自然景观和人文景观,对景点进行科学合理的规划,把旅游景点和服务组合成综合性的旅游产品。在把地方资源转化为观光旅游产品上,应该发展适应人们旅游需求的旅游产品。现在是我国旅游高速发展的时期,旅游观光产品应该把握市场的需要,对观光旅游产品进行改造升级,发展适合未来市场发展的旅游产品。现在游客喜欢在旅游观光的时候,能够有一些参与性的娱乐休闲活动。所以,在开发城市观光旅游产品上,应该结合自身旅游资源特色的基础上,注重对市场需要的把握,做好观光产品和其他旅游产品的组合,令游客在观光景点的同时,享受到其他的休闲娱乐性活动。此外,还可以利用多种资源,对观光旅游产品不断深化。观光型旅游产品一般以迷人的自然景色和城市面貌来吸引游客,但是如果游客的猎奇心理满足之后,就会有喜新厌旧的情绪,目光就会转向其它地方的景点。所以城市观光型旅游产品往往有重游率低、游客停留时间短等缺陷。为了克服这些缺陷,在设计观光型的旅游产品上,可以加大智力、技术和文化上的投入,实现旅游的种类更新;同时健全和完善旅游目的地基础配套设施,增加旅游项目的娱乐性,这样能满足游客的新鲜感和刺激感。除了丰富游览的内容之外,还可以将教育贯穿在游客的观光活动中。景点的名胜古迹在为旅游者提供审美的同时,应该进行文化和历史内涵的深挖掘,给旅游者提供教育的目的,这样能增加观光旅游产品的附加值。Tourists to travel, is mainly ornamental and exotic scenery and cultural relics. It is the rapid development of Chinas tourism, tourism products should grasp the needs of the market, the upgrading of tourism products, suitable for the development of the future market development of tourism products. Now visitors like in tourism, can have some participatory recreational activities. So, in the tourism product development should be based on City, with its own tourism resources characteristics, focusing on the market need to grasp well, combination of tourism products and other tourism products, tourists in the tourist attractions at the same time, enjoy the recreational activities of other. In addition, also can use a variety of resources, deepening of tourism products. Tourism products with charming natural scenery and the appearance of the city to attract tourists, but if curiosity satisfy tourists, there will be new emotion, turns to other local attractions. Scenic places of historic interest and scenic beauty in aesthetic as well as tourists, should dig deep for cultural and historical connotation, for tourists to provide education objective, so it can increase the added value of tourism products.二、开发城市文化旅游产品Two, the development of city cultural tourism products随着社会经济的不断发展,人们在解决了温饱问题以后,越来越关注精神满足。人们在旅游过程中,不再仅仅满足一般的观光活动,而更多希望欣赏和了解景点的历史文化以及风土人情;还有一些旅游者,更希望在旅游中能融入到当地的民俗中,了解当地的民俗文化。因此,一些以休闲、度假行驶的文化旅游产品,也成为旅游市场的热点。为此,地方在开发旅游资源上,应该注重文化旅游类资源产品的研发,这样才能拓展市场,满足旅游者的需要。为了更好把地方资源转化为文化旅游产品,当地旅游部门应该针对旅游市场的特点,整合当地资源来设计文化旅游产品。因为游客的需求是各有千秋的,有的是观赏性的,有的是娱乐性的,有的是学习性的等等。面对市场上的这些需要,旅游部门应该整合城市的多文化资源,设计能够满足旅游需求的文化旅游产品。在旅游产品的设计上,应该深挖掘产品的文化内涵。因为文化具有地域性的特点,所以旅游产品应该强化和突出地区文化的特点。同时,在地域文化资源开发上,应该注重求同存异,突出本地优势和特色,切忌模仿照办。事实证明,一些令游客在大同小异景点之间奔波的旅游项目,已被人们厌烦和抛弃。因此,文化旅游产品应该具备有鲜明的主题。为了达到这个目标,旅游项目上从景点开发到设施建设,以及景点服务人员的穿着和素质,都应该表现城市文化的主题。为了开发有形的物质文化资源,应该不断丰富和发展旅游资源的文化内涵,这样才能不断为旅游活动增加活力,不断吸引游客的前来。面对一些无形的旅游文化资源,可以深挖掘文化的内涵,营造旅游活动氛围,使文化的内涵通过旅游设施和旅游活动体现出来,让游客真切感受到其中的文化品位。在本地资源开发为文化旅游产品上,应该遵循文化保护原则,这样才能保证文化旅游产品的可持续发展。因为对本地资源的开发,必然会对当地居民或者文化资源赖以生存的条件和环境造成影响,使原来文化赖以生存的基础丧失,从而失去了文化的真实性。所以,在开发本地资源,转化为文化旅游产品上,不能破坏文化赖以生存的环境和文化本身;应该加大对非物质文化遗产的保护,采取手段保护原先文化的形态,不能使本地文化被外来文化所异化。文化旅游资源的开发,涉及到当地居民和许多人士的切身利益。为了更好发展文化旅游产品,应该开展文化旅游的认知教育。为此,应该取得当地居民和广大群众的理解;而且需要动员社会各界各层的人士,大力宣传和积极参与文化旅游产品的宣传,把文化旅游认知教育融入到旅游知识普及和宣传活动中。这样才能塑造优秀的旅游文化氛围,促进文化资源的保护和开发。With the development of society and economy, people in the future to solve the problem of food and clothing, more and more attention to spiritual satisfaction. Therefore, some leisure, vacation travel cultural tourism products, has become a hotspot of tourism market. Therefore, place in the development of tourism resources, cultural tourism resources should focus on R & D products, so as to expand the market, meet the needs of tourists. In order to better local resources into cultural tourism products, the local tourism sector should according to the characteristics of the tourism market, the integration of local resources to design the cultural tourism product. Because of the needs of tourists is each has its own merits., some ornamental, some entertainment, some learning etc. Facing the market of these needs, cultural tourism resources departments should integrate the city, designed to meet the travel needs of the cultural tourism product. Tourism products in the design, should dig deep cultural content products. Because culture is regional, so tourism products should be strengthen and highlight the regional cultural characteristics. At the same time, in the development of regional cultural resources, should pay attention to seek common ground while reserving differences, prominent local advantages and characteristics, should not imitate. In fact, some tourists travel in the same spots between tourism projects, has been sick and abandoned. Therefore, cultural tourism products should have a distinct theme. In order to achieve this goal, tourism projects from attractions development to construction of facilities and attractions, service personnel wearing and quality, should show the city cultural theme. In order to develop the tangible cultural resources, should continue to enrich and develop the connotation of tourism resources, so that we can continue to increase activity of tourism activities, to continue to attract tourists. In order to better product development of cultural tourism, cultural tourism should develop cognitive education. Therefore, should be made of local residents and the masses understand; but who need to mobilize all social from all walks of life, to vigorously promote and actively participate in the cultural tourism product promotion, cultural tourism cognitive education into tourism knowledge popularization and publicity activities. So as to create a good atmosphere of tourism culture, to promote the protection and development of cultural resources.三、发挥政府的开发资源之主导作用Three, the leading role of government in the development of resources事实证明,政府在旅游资源的开发上起着主导作用。为此,在旅游产品开发上,政府应该发挥好服务的角色,引导本地旅游资源的开发。政府主导作用的发挥,首先体现在为游客们创造良好的旅游环境上。为此,政府的公安部门应该严厉打击各种犯罪分子的活动,为游客的娱乐活动消费创造安全的环境。同时工商部门、技术监督部门要规范旅游市场的管理活动,为游客营造舒心的消费环境。交通部门应该调整和规划好公交路线,为游客营造方便的出行环境。In fact, the government plays the leading role in the development of tourism resources.
