Computers,1,城市建设情况专题研究报告,今年6月9日至7月4日,区政协常委会组织开展了关于我区城市建设情况专题调研。调研组成员深入区建委、房管局、交通局等部门及*镇、街道办事处,通过听取介绍、实地察看、召开座谈会、问卷调查等形式,在充分获取来自各个层面第一手资料的基础上,结合实际,就我区城市的规划、建设和管理方面提出了一些具有前瞻性、可操作性的意见和建议,现具体报告如下:一、我区城市建设取得的主要成绩城市建设是经济发展的重要带动力和加速器。几年来,区委、区政府坚持旧城改造与新区开发并举,统筹城乡经济协调发展,把城镇化作为“五化”战略的重要内容来抓,城市建设取得了令人瞩目的成绩。经过全区上下的共同努力,城区已从原来一个农村小集镇,初步建成了基础设施比较齐备、城市功能日臻完善、环境容貌明显改观、徽派特色较为鲜明的新城区。,(一)城市规划逐步完善,“龙头”作用开始显现在城市建设,我区始终坚持“要建设先规划、无规划不建设”的原则,以规划为先导,对城区所有建设项目都按总体规划进行审批,认真实行“一书两证”制度,增强了项目审批的科学性。在建设,坚持徽派建筑风格不动摇,除工业园项目外,黄山路、龙井水街、文峰路、,Do
