Sushi has a very interesting origin,that has lasted for conturies and continues to be a very popular food today.original ingredients inside with vegetables,meat or raw fish be wrapped in seaweed The raw fish in sushi is safe to eat Salmon Sashimi(三文鱼刺身) Salmons beautiful veins(美丽的纹理) full of alimentation(富有营养) Nigiri Sushi(生鱼片寿司)types Inari Sushi(稻荷寿司) Maki Sushi(寿司卷) Chirashi Sushi(散寿司饭) An amazing sushi birthday cake! materials Basic materials: sushi shutters( 板 ) , nori(紫菜) and rice Food materials: carrot, cucumber(黄瓜), eggs and crab stick(蟹条). ( According to your own taste ) Condiment: soy, mustard(芥末), white sugar and vinegar(醋) Boiled rice mix with white vinegar and wait it cool downPractice Cook the eggs with pan to make egg cookies and chop(切) in strip(条) Open up the sushi shutters and put the nori ,rice and foods above on it Roll up the sushi shutters Chop the sushi volume in piece My Work I hope my speech has given your some idea of sushi.
