播应用的全新平台，DICOM使改变临床医学面貌的高级医学图像应用成为 可能。比如在急诊科中，心脏负荷测试，乳腺癌的检查，DICOM为大夫和病人 服务，是医学成像有效工作的标准。3ICD-10（国际疾病分类标准）全称 I nternational Classification of DiseasesWHO制定的国际统一的疾病分类方法，它依照疾病的病因、病理、临床表现和 解剖位置等特性，将疾病分门别类，使其成为一个有序的组合，并用编码的方法 来表示的系统。全世界通用的是第10次修订本疾病和有关健康问题的国际统 计分类，仍保留了 ICD的简称，并被统称为ICD-10。4IHE（医疗信息集成标准）全称 Integrating the Healthcare EnterpriseIHE是由医疗工作者和企业共同发起的、旨在提高医疗运算机系统之间更好的共
