城市中水回用于电厂循环冷却水的处理技术探讨 1概述 水是国民经济发展中的不可替代的重要资源，也是人类赖以生存和发展的重要资源。电厂又是耗水大户，特别是在我国北方，以水限电、以水定电的情况相当严重，水资源的紧张已逐渐成为电力发展的瓶径，如何节约用水,提高水的利用率是电厂急需解决的问题。开展中水回用是解决这问题的重要途径，也是大势所趋。在电力生产过程中，冷却水的消耗占电厂总耗水量的680，因此,城市污水处理厂二级处理出水（中水）深度处理后作为电厂冷却水补充水，如能成功实施,将起到良好的示范效应,适应可持续发展需要，并为电力发展拓展空间,具有巨大的经济、社会、环境效益。城市污水具有水量大、来源可靠、水量稳定的特点，但水质复杂，其中有机物、微生物和化学溶剂较多。因此,城市污水二级生化出水要作为电厂循环冷却水，必须先进行深度处理。使用城市污水做为冷却水的电厂,其中多数采用石灰处理工艺，一部分采用单纯过滤法，一部分采用超滤技术，本文主要介绍石灰处理工艺。 石灰处理系统作为电厂循环冷却水的补充水处理早在0年代就有应用的实例。尽管石灰处理系统具有运行费用低,不污染自然水体等优点,但由于劳动强度大、劳动环境差、污染、堵塞等原因影响了石灰处理技术的发展。随着科技的发展,人们环保意识的不断增强，通过科技人员的不断努力，石灰处理系统得到了许多改进,越来越多的电厂采用了石灰处理系统，积累了许多宝贵的经验。我公司从早期循环水试验做起,参与了沧州发电厂的循环水试验，负责涞源电厂中水回用的石灰处理调试,05年我公司做了国内第一例利用城市污水经深度处理后回用于电厂循环冷却水的总承包工程，目前该项目已投产，运行良好。近年来国内,尤其北方地区，越来越多的电厂采用石灰处理工艺对中水进行处理，处理出水用作电厂循环冷却水。 2中水回用于电厂循环冷水的方法 2。1中水深度处理的任务为使城市中水回用于电厂循环冷却水，根椐中水水质特点和电厂循环水水质要求,目前我国执行的污水综合排放标准(GB878196)第二类污染物最高排放标准见表，再生用作电厂冷却水的标准见表2，表2为中水浓度处理用于循环补充水的参考标准。表1污水综合排放第二类污染物排放标准序号污染物一级标准二级标准1p692色度(稀释倍数） 8032030B5365COr6120氨氮1525磷酸盐0.5。0表再生水用作电厂冷却用水的水质标准 项目序号 污染物直流冷却水循环冷却水补充水1 6.09。6。5。52 （mg/）3013BD（g/）3010 CDr(mg/L）505总硬度（以a3计g/L）450456总碱度(以CaCO3计 m/L）500357 氨氮（以N计 m/L)-08 总磷(以P计gL)9 溶解性总固体（mg/L）10100010 糞大肠菌群(个L)2002000 必须作好以下几方面的工作： 进一步去除残余的悬浮物及胶体； 进一步去除二级生化处理后残留的溶解性有机物； 去除无机盐类（例如氮、磷、重金属等)及微生物难以降解的有机物；去除色素； 杀灭细菌及病毒等.2。2中水深度处理的方法 城市污水二级处理水回用循环冷却水面临水质差，暂硬较高，含有氨氮、磷酸盐及微生物污泥等污染物质，容易导致冷却水系统化学与生物结垢,以及造成设备腐蚀等问题。目前国内外常用的中水回用处理技术有单纯过滤处理、石灰混凝澄清过滤处理、吸附氧化处理及膜处理等工艺。污水深度处理的方法根据二级处理后的水质来选择.2.1单纯过滤处理利用二级处理后的城市污水回用到对水质要求不太高的企业，一般电厂不会采用此项工艺,一般经过机械过滤及消毒,去除残余的悬浮物就可以了。通过过滤,将悬浮物降至1mg/L以下；消毒的目的是防止回用水系统中滋生微生物粘膜或藻类。 。2.2石灰混凝澄清过滤处理一般的生物处理或二级处理,对氮、磷的去除效果差。含氮、磷量高的废水回用,则导致水体的富营养化,使水体中藻类大量繁殖，使水体受到二次污染。用石灰深度处理城市污水，不仅去除氮、磷,还有杀菌作用，可将大肠杆菌去除.同时也可除去污水中部分钙、镁、硅、氟、有机物和重金属。 。2。3吸附氧化处理采用活性炭吸附或臭氧氧化,一般是去除残余溶解有机物及色素. 22.除盐处理 采用离子交换或膜法脱盐去除无机盐类等,提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率。但需根据采用的系统增加相应的预处理。以上四种深度处理方法的选用是根据二级处理后的污水水质和经深度处理后的污水用途来决定的。其中吸附氧化处理和除盐处理是用于较高级的用户，如锅炉的补充水等，其处理系统比较复杂、投资很高.而随着水处理技术的发展特别是膜处理技术的应用，使得中水进行脱盐深度处理并用于循环水成为经济可行的方法之一. 为达到中水深度处理后可成功用于循环冷却水，考虑到城市污水的水质波动对出水水质的影响，在保证水处理效果安全、经济、有效的前提下，可采用的深度处理方案基本为石灰混凝澄清法。石灰凝聚澄清过滤处理相比单纯过滤处理具有出水水质好且稳定的优点，而吸附氧化与膜处理工艺虽出水水质好，但投资与运行费用高，在国内，随着石灰凝聚澄清处理作为电厂循环冷却水补充水处理技术的应用越来越多,此项技术在不久的将来必能得到大量的推广应用. 石灰处理系统技术3。1石灰处理原理 石灰处理是通过投加石灰乳控制出水PH为10.10.5，进行下面三个反应,产生大量各种形态的CO3结晶，降低水中暂硬的，同时生成结晶核心还可以对其它杂质起凝聚、吸附作用;而且石灰乳引起的PH值的升高也为氨氮和磷酸盐的去除创造了条件。为了提高工艺的沉淀效果，一般在处理过程中投加适量的凝聚剂与助凝剂，通过压缩双电层作用使分散的悬浮物、CaCO3结晶、有机物、有机粘泥、胶体物等带电体失稳，在机械混合搅拌和高分子助凝剂架桥与网捕作用下，颗粒物质碰撞结合长大,使污染物变的容易沉降。我公司在山西侯马电厂已有成功的运行经验。 石灰参与的软化反应有： CO + Ca（O) CaCO3+ H2C (HCO3 )2 + Ca （OH) 2 2CaCO3 + 2Og（CO）2 + Ca (OH）2 Ca3 g(OH)2 +22O 理论上经石灰软化后,水中的硬度能降低到aCO3 和M（OH） 2 溶解度值,但实际上钙、镁离子的残留量常高于理论值,这是因为反应所生成的沉淀中会有少量呈胶体状悬浮于水中不能沉淀下来. 所以为了尽量减少残留的碳酸盐硬度，同时加入了聚合硫酸铁作为絮凝剂，这样在去处碳酸盐硬度的同时也去除了一部分悬浮物石灰及聚合硫酸铁后加入硫酸的作用为: (）调节石灰加入造成的pH值的升高。 （） 把石灰没有去除的碳酸盐硬度转化为溶解度较大的非碳酸盐硬度。深度处理可以去除9 以上的碱度、磷酸盐、浊度、铜、铝和亚硝酸盐，去除硅酸盐、铁、氨、CC和BO5 的能力在30 %以上。 .石灰处理系统技术特点 该处理方式水质适用范围广,基本上适用于各种城市污水，深度处理方案在技术上有许多优越性。此外,通过近几年个别工程几年来的运行经验看，石灰凝聚澄清过滤处理是城市污水深度处理比较成熟的技术方案。 3.2处理系统的特征 )使用凝聚剂、助凝剂与反应产物CaCO3、（O）2及源水中污染物形成共沉淀缩短了沉淀时间,减小了澄清池体积，减少了占地面积;）澄清池合理的结构和水力流动性能，充分发挥活性泥渣的絮凝作用，通过网捕作用提高了沉淀效率，出水浊度一般小于20NTU; 3）不同粒径滤料的采用，提高了滤池滤速，使滤池的处理能力大幅度增加； )不同粒径滤料的采用使滤池变得不易堵塞,延长了过滤周期，减少了反洗水量的消耗； 5）气水反冲洗使滤池反洗彻底，且反洗时间大大缩短。 3。2.工艺优点1)水质适用范围广，运行费用低,对环境污染小； 2）可以除氮、磷； 3)可以去除钙、镁、硅、氟的一部分，对水质可进一步软化；4）可以去除重金属及其离子；5）可以降低细菌及病毒含量； 6）可以降低悬浮态无机物和有机物; 7)可以大大降低出水碱度。 各种污染物的去除使循环冷却水系统结垢和腐蚀减弱,对循环水的使用提供了更安全的保证，提高了循环水浓缩倍率，节水效益明显。 3.3石灰处理系统流程及主要构成 .。石灰处理系统基本流程3。3.2石灰处理系统主要单元设计 (1）机械加速澄清池单元 该机械加速澄清池是一种引进型机械加速澄清池，澄清池是利用池中积聚的泥渣与原水中的杂质颗粒相互接触、吸附,以达到清水较快分离的构筑物.原水沿切线方向进入第一反应室搅拌叶轮上方，搅拌叶轮旋转时，将池底泥浆提升到第一反应室，并与原水、石灰乳、絮凝剂、助凝剂迅速均匀混合,发生絮凝。水和初步形成的絮凝物进入第二反应室后,强力旋转的水流在此处被整流，形成轻度的湍流,从而有利于微小絮凝胶粒的长大和悬浮的回流泥渣颗粒粘附。在分离区，水和泥渣颗粒分离,清水经集水槽送至下一处理工艺，泥渣除定期排出外，大部分参加回流。 澄清池内部设置第一反应室，第二反应室，同时设置了机械搅拌提升装置,这创造了快速混合、速度剃度递减和调节泥渣适宜循环量的良好絮凝条件。池中设置底部刮泥机，底部坡度很小，相当于全池刮泥,这样即保证了较重的石灰处理沉渣良好的排放，又提高了池容积的利用率。同时,搅拌浆和刮泥机采用同轴驱动，减速传动机构设计巧妙,驱动功率很小，动作比较灵活。（2)变孔隙滤池单元 变孔隙滤池是一种以“同向凝聚”理论设计的正流深床滤池，它采用一种比通常使用的滤料粒径更大的滤料和另一种细粒滤料按一定比例混合而成的滤床，变孔隙深层滤池采用的滤料粒径及所占的比例相差较大。变孔隙滤池主要使用的是粗滤料,它依靠整个滤层进行过滤，这样避免了普通滤池形成滤层的表面过滤，降低了滤层阻力，也避免了悬浮物颗粒的过早穿透,还可以提高滤速;细滤料的加入并在滤层中混匀极大地降低了粗滤料的局部孔隙率,提高了污水中细小颗粒的絮凝作用,更有利于对细小颗粒的去除，也极大地提高了滤池的截污能力. 滤池主要由滤料和承托层、进气装置、配水装置、进出水堰室和阀门等组成，滤池设计配水均匀(保证滤料上面有一定的液位高度）,有良好的反洗效果，反洗水耗低，运行平稳,采用深层过滤。(3)石灰加药单元 石灰粉输送、计量、配置系统,石灰筒仓下部设置振动料斗,在通过容积式给料机精确定量后输送至石灰乳搅拌箱，石灰乳搅拌箱同时配置一个石灰乳辅助箱，石灰乳辅助箱上设置浮球开关控制阀可保持恒定的进水量，通过系统的连续搅拌后用离心式渣浆泵打入到机械加速澄清池中.石灰乳的加药量可根据澄清池第二反应室的P值或进水量来调节. 本石灰加药系统采用了美国公司生产的粉料输送、溶解和计量设备和德国公司生产的干粉投加装置这一成熟技术，使得本系统的可靠性有了很好的保障。除此之外,我公司还对各设备接口问题进行了研究,解决了石灰系统存在的石灰溶解过程时大量产生热蒸汽使得投粉系统结块,堵塞石灰通道，使石灰投粉系统无法正常运行的问题；以及石灰溶解残渣不易排出，堵塞排液通道的问题。 4石灰处理系统工程应用 4。1某发电厂污水回用工程 41。1项目概况:工程规模：0m3/d 项目建设地点:取水泵房位于某电厂附近污水处理厂，污水处理站与电厂化学车间相邻. 项目建设性质:新建;交钥匙工程。 处理用途：电厂循环冷却水 深度处理系统主要设备和参数见表3表3 深度处理系统主要设备和参数项目序号设备名称型号和参数数量备注1机械加速澄清池。4m2座2变孔隙滤池10m3h，3.6mX2m5。4m5座3石灰加药系统套国产设备4回收水池812m4m1座5反洗水池6m2mm1座6清水池10mmm1座7污泥浓缩池2m25m1座 .1.2主要工艺流程：。1.3项目意义： 本项目属废水的资源化回收利用项目。通过优化设计，努力控制工程造价和运行成本，提高污水处理系统的出水水质、以及对污水水质水量波动的适应能力，保证污水处理站能够保质保量地向电厂供水.为了保护环境，在电厂工程项目初步设计时考虑将城市污水进行生物处理和深度处理,处理后的水回收用作电厂的循环水系统补充水。此项目是国内第一个利用城市污水处理经生物和深度处理后回用于电厂循环冷却水的工程。 。4项目运行情况 目前此项目自205年投产以来,运行情况一直良好。出水水质情况见表4表4出水水质情况项目出水指标COCr20BO51浊度2残余碱度0。0.7PH8。2河北某发电厂中水回用工程2。1项目概况： 工程规模：3000m/d项目建设地点：某某发电厂 项目建设性质:新建；交钥匙工程。 处理用途：电厂循环冷却水深度处理系统主要是由两台26的机械加速澄清池,8台5.4mX4.0m545m的变孔隙滤池及附属系统所组成。 主要设备和参数见表3表3 深度处理系统主要设备和参数序号设备名称型号和参数数量备注1机械加速澄清池m座变孔隙滤池5.4X4.0mX。45m8座3石灰加药系统1套进口设备4回收水池20m7m5座5清水池20m20m5m2座6软水池85m座7污泥储池12m6m5m1座 。22工艺流程:。项目意义：此项目是国内第一个使用该种结构形式机械加速澄清池直径(2m)超过23m的工程，这表明了我公司在澄清池的设计上有了一整套计算方法和设计经验。5结论 城市中水采用石灰处理工艺用于循环补充水，配合加酸加阻垢剂可以达到系统防垢要求,技术可行、可靠，投资、运行成本相对低，石灰处理技术是一种成熟稳定的中水深度处理方法.通过石灰软化对城市污水进行深度处理，并加入适当的水质稳定剂和杀菌剂,城市污水完全可以安全地回用于火力发电厂的循环冷却水系统。在百度搜索:城市中水回用于电厂循环冷却水的处理技术探讨 相关文 章 紫外（U）消毒技术的过去、现状及未来 电子厂房的喷淋设计 奥贝尔(Or）氧化沟充氧量的计算 造纸黑液的资源化治理 室外景观泳池水循环净化系统设计说明 ESB PRB 图论法用于供水管网水力计算的研究 城市雨水的收集和利用 游泳池循环水臭氧消毒的应用系统设为首页 加入收藏 网站地图 |友情链接 | 版权申明版权所有 Copygh 20062008 建筑工程网核心：rEas V2005;
