长春东南热电厂DK0+719.17 2-16.0m框构桥满堂红脚手架专项施工方案一、工程概况 长春东南热电厂框构桥,中心里程为专用线DK0+719.17,为立交兼排洪而设。其中奢岭侧桥孔为立交道,既有道路为混凝土路面,道路宽度为4.25m。桥下立交道设计净高不小于4.5m,本桥电厂侧桥孔为排洪而设,设计流量:Q1%=62m3/s,该桥为排洪兼立交而设。新建桥与线路交叉角度为85。主体采用C35钢筋混凝土。顶板厚0.9m,边墙厚0.9m,中墙厚0.9m,底板厚1.1m,顶板梗肋长均为1.5m,高0.5m,底板梗肋长高均为0.3m。基底浇筑200mm厚的C20混凝土垫层。框构桥边墙两端连接引道衡重式挡土墙阻挡路基土。二、编制依据 1、长春东南热电厂DK0+719.17 2-16.0m框构桥工程设计图2、建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59-99)3、建筑施工碗扣式脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130-2001)4、特种作业人员安全技术考试管理规定(GB5036)5、建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范(JGJ80-91)6、建筑结构荷载规范(GB5009-2001)及钢结构设计规范三、总体施工方案长春东南热电厂DK0+719.17 2-16.0m框构桥的顶板施工均采用满堂红脚手架施工,脚手架采用碗扣式脚手架,脚手架钢管根据JGJ59-99标准要求,钢管尺寸采用483.5mm,并使用钢扣件。根据现场实际情况,立杆采用3m、2.4m、1.8m、1.2m、0.9m、0.6m、0.3m七种型号的立杆进行组拼,并且分别设上、下脱进行杆件的高度调节,按设计要求距离设置5cm的钢管剪刀撑。满堂红脚手架在顶托上顺桥向铺设150mm*150mm、100mm*100mm的木方,上面铺设定型制作的木制多层板板作为顶板的底模板,模板之间要求采用钢钉及扎丝进行连接。 四、施工方法(一)施工准备1、脚手架施工前必须制定施工设计或专项方案,保证其技术可靠和使用安全。经技术审查批准后方可实施。2、脚手架搭设前工程技术负责人应按脚手架施工设计或专项方案的要求对搭设和使用人员进行技术交底。3、对进入现场的脚手架构配件,使用前应对其质量进行复检。4、构配件应按品种、规格分类放置在堆料区内或码放在专用架上,清点好数量备用。脚手架堆放场地排水应畅通,不得有积水。5、脚手架搭设场地必须平整、坚实、排水措施得当。6、钢管表面应平直光滑,不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、错位、硬弯、毛刺、压痕和深的划道;打孔的钢管严禁施工。7、旧钢管还得对其表面锈蚀深度及钢管弯曲变形进行检查。钢管弯曲变形量大的不得自行调直后继续施工。8、扣件使用前应进行质量检查,有裂缝、变形的严禁使用,出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换。扣件使用前应采用柴油浸泡等方法进行防锈处理。(二)脚手架搭设1、垫块脚手架基础经验收合格后,采用全站仪和钢卷尺按施工组织设计的要求放线定位。垫板均应准确地放在定位线上,铺设平整,不得倾斜、悬空、摇晃。2、立杆立杆应立于垫块中央,严禁悬空。立杆接长采用对接扣件连接,钢管端头两端面应平齐,其切斜偏差不能大于1.7mm,对接扣件开口应朝架子内侧,螺栓向上,避免开口朝上,以防止雨水进入。立杆上的对接扣件应交错布置:两根相邻立杆的接头不应设置在同步内,同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距离不宜小于500mm;各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大于步距的1/3。立杆施工时要严格控制其垂直度,每搭完一步脚手架后,用铅锤校正立杆的垂直度,搭设完毕后使其全高偏斜不大于10cm。3、纵、横向扫地杆 脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮不大于200mm处的立杆上。横向扫地杆亦应采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。当杆基础不在同一高度上时,必须将高处的纵向扫地杆向低处延长两跨与立杆固定,高低差不应大于1m。靠边坡上方的立杆轴线到边坡的距离不应小于500mm。布置纵、横向扫地杆时,用钢卷尺按规范要求校正立杆的横距、纵距。4、纵、横向水平杆 纵、横向水平杆接长可采用对接扣件连接,对接扣件应交错布置。水平杆与立杆必须用直角扣件扣紧,不得隔步设置或遗漏。水平杆对立杆起约束作用,其影响着立杆的长细比,对确保立杆承载力关系很大,每层水平杆间的步距要严格控制。当搭设至立杆顶部时,立杆顶距顶层水平杆距离不足步距但又大于40cm时,宜增设一层水平杆。相邻步距的纵、横水平杆应错开布置在立杆的两侧,以减少立杆偏心受载情况。5、剪力撑剪刀撑斜杆的接长应采用搭接,剪力撑斜杆应用旋转扣件固定在与之相交的横向水平杆的伸出端或立杆上,可将一根斜杆扣在立杆上,另一根斜杆扣在水平杆的伸出部分上,这样可以避免两根斜杆相交时把钢管别弯,旋转扣件中心线至主节点的距离不宜大于150mm,最下面的斜杆与立杆的连接点离地面不宜大于50cm,以保证架子的稳定性。剪刀撑斜杆与地面的倾角宜在4560之间,同一节间,由底至顶层呈之字型连续布置。剪力撑宜与立杆同步搭设,以保证立杆的垂直度。6、扣件剪脚手架各杆件相交伸出的端头,均应大于10cm,以防止杆件滑脱。扣件螺栓拧紧扭力矩值不应小于40Nm,且不应大于65Nm。安装后的扣件螺栓拧紧扭力矩应采用扭力板手检查,抽样方法应按随机分布原则进行。不合格的必须重新拧紧,直至合格为止。7、其他(1)按施工方案弹线定位,放置可调底座后分别按先立杆后横杆再斜杆的搭设顺序进行底座的轴心线应与地面垂直,不平处采用钢垫板或木偰进行找平。(2)模板支撑架搭设应与模板施工相配合,利用可调底座或可调托撑调整底模标高。(3)脚手架搭设应按立杆、横杆、斜杆的顺序逐层搭设,每次上升高度不大于3m。底层水平框架的纵向直线度应L/200;横杆间水平度应L/400。(4)脚手架的搭设应分阶段进行,根据现场实际情况,一次性搭接完成,搭设后必须经检查验收后方可正式投入使用。(5)脚手架全高的垂直度应小于L/500;最大允许偏差应小于100mm。(6)脚手架内外侧加挑梁时,挑梁范围内只允许承受人行荷载,严禁堆放物料。(7)作业层设置应符合下列要求:1)必须满铺脚手板,外侧应设挡脚板及护身栏杆;2)护身栏杆可用横杆在立杆的0.6m和1.2m的碗扣接头处搭设两道;3)作业层下的水平安全网应按安全技术规范规定设置。(8)采用钢管扣件作加固件、斜撑时应符合建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130-2002)的有关规定。(9) 脚手架搭设到顶时,应组织技术、安全、施工人员对整个架体结构进行全面的检查和验收,及时解决存在的结构缺陷。(三)脚手架拆除1、模板支撑架拆除应符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB50204-2002)中混凝土强度的有关规定。2、应全面检查脚手架的连接、支撑体系等是否符合构造要求,经按技术管理程序批准后方可实施拆除作业。3、脚手架拆除前现场工程技术人员应对在岗操作工人进行有针对性的安全技术交底。4、脚手架拆除时必须划出安全区,设置警戒标志,派专人看管。5、拆除前应清理脚手架上的器具及多余的材料和杂物。6、拆除的构配件应成捆用起重设备吊运或人工传递到地面,严禁抛掷。7、脚手架采取分段、分立面拆除时,必须事先确定分界处的技术处理方案。8、拆除的构配件应分类堆放,以便于运输、维护和保管。五、检查与验收1、进入现场的碗扣架构配件应具备以下证明资料:(1) 主要构配件应有产品标识及产品质量合格证(2)供应商应配套提供管材、零件、铸件、冲压件等材质、产品性能检验报告。2、构配件进场质量检查的重点:钢管管壁厚度;焊接质量;外观质量;可调底座和可调托撑丝杆直径、与螺母配合间隙及材质。3、脚手架搭设质量应按阶段进行检验:(1)首段以高度为6m进行第一阶段(撂底阶段)的检查与验收;(2)架体应随施工进度定期进行检查;达到设计高度后进行全面的检查与验收;(3)遇6级以上大风、大雨、大雪后特殊情况的检查;(4)停工超过一个月恢复使用前。4、对整体脚手架应重点检查以下内容:(1)保证架体几何不变性的斜杆、十字撑等设置是否完善;(2)基础是否有不均匀沉降,立杆底座与基础面的接触有无松动或悬空情况;(3)立杆上碗扣是否可靠锁紧;(4)立杆连接销是否安装、斜杆扣接点是否符合要求、扣件拧紧程度;5、搭设完毕后,应由项目负责人组织技术、安全及监理人员进行验收; 6、脚手架验收时,应具备下列技术文件(1)高度超过20m的脚手架的专项施工设计方案;(2)周转使用的脚手架构配件使用前的复验合格记录;(3)搭设的施工记录和质量检查记录;六、安全措施作业人员必须按设计交底要求进行施工,并在施工前对所有作业人员进行安全教育培训工作。(一)外脚手架搭设的安全技术措施1、外脚手架立杆基础外侧应挖排水沟,以防雨水浸泡地基。2、外脚手架不得搭设在距离架空线路的安全距离内,并做好可靠的防雷接地处理。3、外脚手架必须及时维修加固,以达到坚固稳定,确保施工安全。4、外脚手架严禁钢竹、钢木混搭,禁止扣件、绳索、铁丝、竹蔑混用。5、外脚手架搭设人员必须持证上岗,并正确使用安全帽、安全网、穿防滑鞋。6、严格控制施工荷载,脚手板上不得集中堆料,施工荷载不得大于2KN/M2。7、控制扣件螺栓拧紧力矩,采用扭力扳手,扭力矩控制在40-50N.M范围内。8、严禁脚手板存在探头板,铺设脚手板以及多层作业时,应尽量使施工荷载内、外传递平衡。9、保证脚手架的整体性,不得与井架、塔吊一并拉结,不得截断架体。(二)外脚手架拆除的安全技术措施1、拆架前,全面检查拟拆脚手架,根据检查结果,拟定出作业计划,报请批准,进行安全技术交底后才准工作。作业计划一般包括:拆架的步骤和方法、安全措施、堆料堆放地点、劳动组织安排等。2、拆架时应划分作业区,周围设防护围栏,竖立警戒标志,地面应设专人指挥,禁止非工作人员进入。3、拆架的高处作业人员应戴好安全帽,系好安全带,扎裹腿,穿软底防滑鞋。4、拆架程序遵守由上而下,先搭后拆的原则,即先拆拉杆、脚手板、剪刀撑、斜撑,而后拆小横杆、大横杆、立杆等,并按一步一清的原则依次进行,严禁上下同时进行拆架作业。5、拆立杆时,要先抱住立杆在拆最后两个扣,拆除大横杆、斜撑、剪刀撑时,应先拆中间扣件,然后托住中间,再解端头扣。6、连墙杆(拉结点)应随拆除进度逐层拆除,拆抛撑时,应用临时撑支住,然后才能拆除。7、拆除时,要同一指挥,上下呼应,动作协调,当解开与另一人有关的结扣时,应先通知对方,以防坠落。8、拆架时严禁触及脚手架附近电源线,以防触电事故。9、在拆架时,不得中途换人,如必须换人时,应将拆除情况交代清楚后方可离开。10、拆下的材料要及时下运,严禁抛掷,运至地面的材料应按指定地点随拆随运,分类堆放,当天拆当天清,拆下的扣件要集中回收处理。七、结构设计计算1、碗扣为483.5 mm钢管;立杆、横杆承载性能立 杆横 杆步距(m)允许载荷(KN)横杆长度(m)允许集中荷载(KN)允许均布荷载(KN)0.6400.94.5121.2301.23.571.8251.52.54.52.4201.82.03.02、支架计算(1)单肢立杆轴向力计算 =(1.2x0.5+1.4x(2+2)x0.6x0.9+1.2x25x0.432 =16.31 kNN=30 kN 满足要求式中:Lx、Ly单肢立杆纵向及横向间距(m);VLx、Ly段的混凝土体积(m3)。(2) 支架立杆强度、稳定性计算立杆承受由纵梁传递来的荷载N=16.31 kN。钢管截面最小回转半径i=15.78mm,支撑立柱步距为1.2m,长细比=l/i=120015.78=76,查表得=0.744。 强度验算:a=N/Aji=16310/489=33.4MPaa=215 MPa ;稳定验算:a=N/A0=16310/(0.744*489)=44.83MPaa=215 MPa ,满足要求。(3)碗扣节点承载力按下式验算Pc=1/2(0.5x0.6x0.6+25x0.432)=5.49 kN , party implementing the guiding ideology of opinions to determine the objectives and requirements, step method, in accordance with the look in the mirror, dress up, wash bath, cure treatment, the general requirements of for the people pragmatic honest people as the theme, in carrying forward the spirit of Zhuanglang Zhuang, improve their work style, service to the masses of the people, the foundation of consolidating grassroots, promote transformation across efforts, to further implement the central eight regulations and The opposition party and government austerity waste regulations , double section provincial regulations, municipal provisions of the twelve plan and the implementation measures for on improving the work style of close ties with the masses law, highlight style building, carry out the whole wind spirit, resolutely oppose formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and wasteful extravagance to solve the problems, Party members and cadres of the style and the masses of people strong, the Ministry of Party members and cadres to further improve their thinking and understanding, to further change the style of the wind, the masses to close, honest and pragmatic people honest image to further establish the foundation to further reinforce the basic level.
