I will ask students some questions to practice this sentence pattern. For example: “Is it necessary to learn English?” Help students answer: “Its necessary for us to learn English.” Write down the sentence pattern on the blackboard. (Practice more sentences)Step 2 PresentingI will say, “If Sandy helps you with your homework, what do you think of Sandy?” (He is kind.) So you can say, “Its kind of Sandy to help me with my homework.” Then I will ask students to read the two sample sentences on page 13 and write down the sentence pattern “Its + adj. + of sb. + to do sth.” Then I will ask students to say the difference between for and of in these two sentence patterns.Step 3 Practicing1.
