摘 要
本次毕业设计是设计一个螺旋千斤顶,该千斤顶主要有底座螺母,螺杆,手柄,托杯等零部件构成。设计过程中主要进行以下几个方面的工作:查阅相关机械设计资料,初步确定螺旋千斤顶的整体设计方案;确定螺旋千斤顶的整体结构;对螺旋传动部分进行设计计算并进行强度校核;利用proe进行装配,对整体结构进行修改完善;绘制螺旋千斤顶的装配图及各零部件图;设计原始参数:螺旋千斤顶的最大起重重量,最大起升高度H=190mm。在这次毕业设计中,了解了千斤顶的结构原理,在设计过程中认识到三维建模的作用,还学会了简单的绘图技巧。

Abstract
The graduation project is to design a screw jack, the jack mainly has base nut, screw, handle, support cup and other parts and components. The main work in the following aspects: the design process related mechanical design data, preliminary determine the overall design scheme of screw jack; determine the overall structure of screw jack; the screw transmission part design calculation and strength check; were assembled by PROE, the overall structure of the revised and improved; the assembly drawing and the screw Jack the parts diagram; the original design parameters of screw jack: maximum lifting weight, maximum lifting height of H=190mm. In this graduation project, the structure and the principle of the jack are understood. In the process of design, the function of 3D modeling is recognized, and the simple drawing skills are also learned.
