立敦电子彩钢瓦屋面 防水维修（XQY聚丙烯卷材）施工方案 成都宇华建筑工程有限公司22011年8月19日企业简介成都宇华建筑工程有限公司成立于2002年，公司经多年奋斗，在实践和创造中逐步发展壮大，属一家专业从事建筑工程防水、维修、补漏的施工团队。公司常年以来，以低价、高效、保安全、免搭架方式施工，为诸多客户降低了工程预算成本，赢得广大用工单位好评。我公司拥有优秀管理人员5名，专业技术员工22人，普通员工36人，公司下设工程部、物业维修组、防水施工队等主要部门。公司业绩：（以下工程只包括本公司所做防水维修工程）工程部承接范围：主要承接新旧楼宇防水补漏工程、外墙涂料翻新维修、工程甲醛施工、建筑工程幕墙维修防水、下水道、地下室、隧道、室内外顶、防水补漏、维修。业绩有：天府中心大厦幕墙维修防水 王府井地下停车场一年制防水承包维修 中石油昆仑润滑油厂彩钢瓦防水维修 高新区管委会幕墙维修防水 华润置地凤凰城外墙防水 温江国防印务外墙石材防水维修 彭州市大康酒楼外墙及屋面防水维修 泸州二炮营区外墙及车库地下室防水 天府软件园C、D区屋面防水工程物业维修承接范围：主要承接外墙防水、乳胶翻新、外墙装饰材料修复、管道更换改建等。实施工程有：温江大庆蜀苑共135幢住宅外墙涂料翻新、防水、总工程量叁佰叁拾万平方米、博瑞优品道、都市花园优品上东震后变形维修、防水；武海美丽南庭外墙乳胶漆修补、西部鞋都外墙乳胶漆翻新、博雅新城一期震后防水、兴元绿洲外墙防水维修等。一、 现场施工人员安排及职责现场总负责人 施工安全负责人工程技术管理现场协调人员安 全 员普通工 技术工质 检 员材 料 管 理 员项目负责4名1名1名2名1名1名8名二、 施工管理及职责a) 项目经理职责：全权负责项目的组织指挥工作。b) 总工程师职责：负责工程技术质量及其检查督促工作，确保工程质量。c) 施工安全负责人职责：负责工程现场技术人员及其它人员的过往安全，指挥督促工作，确保安全施工、文明施工、按计划施工。d) 材料员职责：负责材料的收货发料和保管，严把材料的质量与数量关，防止材料超耗、损坏和遗失。e) 质量、安全员职责：负责工程质量与现场安全检查，杜绝安全事故，做好防火、防盗工作，确保施工安全和质量。f) 计划及材料管理员职责：负责工程进度计划，工程日志和工程相关文件资料的编制，整理归档，以及在工程在施工中增加的项目，上报公司。三、施工材料组织安排根据本次防水工程施工的要求，我公司对本工程的施工作如下组织安排：此项工程所需主要原料：l 采用道康灵中性防水密封胶。l 基层防水材料采用GDR防水涂料。l 主防水层采用XQY聚丙烯卷材。l 面层采用聚氨酯高分子防水树脂。购料渠道及原材料的专项功能： 为了确保材料按时、按质、按量供应、必须与施工进度紧密配合，我公司和中澳防水生产厂家长年合作，所有原材料属直接配送。四、 施工方案及主要技术措施经现场勘察，贵公司彩钢瓦屋面漏水属于原有防水密封胶老化起裂、脱缝。以及年久未进行维修养护，屋顶排水天沟腐蚀锈穿，因此出现众多漏水部位。综合上诉原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先将彩钢屋面渣物进行全面清理转运。2、屋顶排水天沟渣物及淤泥全面清理转运。3、对清理后的排水天沟涂刷环氧富锌防锈漆进行防锈处理。4、对所有的彩钢瓦接缝老化的防水胶使用专用工具进行全面割除。5、清理后的彩钢瓦及排水天沟接缝处使用“美国道康灵”中性防水密封胶全面密封。6、然后在整个彩钢瓦屋面满铺XQY聚丙烯卷材卷材施工程序及方法： 6.1平屋面檐口、檐沟、天沟等找平层坡度必须符合设计要求。 6.2找平层与立面结构的结合处（女儿墙、烟囱、通气孔、变形缝、天窗壁等）均应做成圆角。 6.3天沟的纵向坡度不宜小于5%，内排水的水落口周围应做成略底的凹坑。 6.4胶粘剂选用XQY胶与水泥混合的水泥胶浆注意已制胶容器及工具必须干净，制成胶内不允许有硬性颗粒和杂质。XQY胶、水、水泥体积比是2：4：10，先把XQY胶放入准备好的容器内，用搅拌器边搅拌边加水（水温5-50），水加完后搅拌至XQY胶全部溶解，再边搅拌边加水泥，加完水泥搅拌至均匀无凝块、无沉淀即可使用。制成的胶粘剂应在四小时内用完。6.5卷材施工应注意事项： （1）水泥胶涂刷后应随即铺贴卷材，防止时间过长胶中的水分散失，影响粘结质量。 （2）涂水泥胶时，要在卷材的搭接处涂满，保证接缝粘接质量。 （3）敷设卷材时，必须保证搭接宽度，长边为100mm，短边为150mm，相邻短边接缝应错开排列。附加层接缝必须与防水层接缝错开0.3m以上的距离。 （4）刮板排气粘实的同时应注意检查卷材下有无硬性颗粒及其它物质将卷材垫起，如有应取出重新粘贴。 （5）卷材应平整粘贴于找平层上，不得有打皱现象。如打皱无法纠正，应断开按接缝处理。 （6）用XQY胶与水泥混合接缝胶时，将粘的接上层卷材向上弯曲，用毛刷向上、下两个面涂接缝胶并满涂。涂胶厚度为0.5-.0.8mm，边刷边压合，也可接缝与卷材粘贴同时进行，压合后再涂刷一层胶粘剂封好接缝边缘，封边胶涂刷厚度0.8-1.00mm，涂刷宽度从卷材边缘向两边各延伸30mm（注意：接缝的两个面涂胶厚度要均匀一致，不能有露底现象，粘合后应详细检查有无打皱、翘边、空鼓现象，不合格处应及时处理）。 7、防护层的施工与操作： 7.1防护层施工四级防水层面要用XQY胶与水泥混合的胶粘剂作防护层，防护层分两次刷成，涂刷厚度为1mm，两次刷向应垂直。三级防水层面要用1：2.5-1：3水泥砂浆作防护层，二级防水层面可在水泥砂浆内加入10%的UEA膨胀剂，防护层施工时可留分格缝，分格缝为半缝，分格面积为1，分格缝可用聚氨酯、乳化沥青等补强。防护层分两次抹成，抹完第一层直接抹第二层，第一层与第二层接装必须错开，相错距离200mm. 7.2防护层抹完后表面应平整、光滑、洁净、不应有脱皮、起皱或严重裂缝现象，防护层要求抹平压光并进行养护，以达到设计强度。 - 7.3防护层养护结束，竣工前应将层面上所有剩余材料及建筑垃圾清理干净。 7.4补强层施工时排水集中部位、复杂部位按图纸做好补强。补强材料可用聚氨酯、玛蹄脂、改性沥青等，补强施工应在防护层养护期后进行，防护层含水量低于9%时方可补强施工。补强面积从补强部位边缘自外延伸200mm，补强厚度为3-7mm，可根据材料确定。 五、 工期保证措施l 编制好施工组织、人事计划，待合同签订施工人员能快速、准时进场。l 预先编制好材料进场计划，保障材料按时、保质、保量供应。l 实行奖罚分明的问责制度。l 各施工班组密切配合做好交叉施工工作。l 本项工程按 15天工期安排，预留 3 天提前量。六、 质量保证措施l 甲、乙双方成立质检小组，根据国家建筑工程验收的标准对工程进行分期分批中间抽查、验收，做到无返工，确保高质量、高安全。l 决不偷工减料，工艺施工到位，严格按“操作规程”施工。七、质量承诺“聚氨酯”防水涂料创研于澳大利亚巴斯夫技术，技术配方均由德高公司提供，产品质量完全符合中国国家无毒害产品标准。具有优越的耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐酸碱性、耐高温、防低寒、防腐、防老化力强，使用寿命可保持十年。“道康宁”995硅酮结构密封胶以592毫升肠状铝箔保证道康宁995硅酮结构密封胶实际上并不受阳光、雨水风雪和极度高低温的影响。它独一无二的耐候性使它即使暴露在恶劣天气条件下，若完全固化后，依然保持本质不变。接口的原始设计性能不会因老化和暴露在大气中而产生显著的变化，密封胶仍维持耐水和耐候特性。固化后的密封胶在-40的低温和+150的高温范围内，仍保持弹性，而不会脆化、龟裂或被撕裂。“XQY聚丙烯卷材” 拉伸强度高，拉伸强度一般都在3MPa以上，最高的拉伸强度可达10Mpa左右，可以满足卷材在搬运、施工和应用的实际需要。断裂伸长率大断裂伸长率一般都在200以上，最高可达500左右，可以适应结构伸缩或开裂变形的需要。 抗撕裂强度高，抗撕裂强度一般在20KN/m以上，抗裂性能优异。耐热性好，在100以上温度条件下，不会流淌和产生集中性气泡。匀质性好，采用工厂机械化生产，能较好地控制产品质量。低温柔性好，在低温20以下还具有柔性，有的可高达45，适宜于寒冷地区使用。耐腐蚀性能良好 耐酸、碱、盐等化学化学物质的侵蚀作用，具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。耐老化性能优异 XQY聚丙烯防水卷材具有优异的耐臭氧、耐紫外线、耐气候老化等性能，耐久性能好。可冷粘贴施工，污染小，防水效果极佳。 八、安全文明施工1) 坚持安全施工，全体员工必须树立安全第一思想，严格遵守安全施工操作规程，杜绝一切安全事故的发生。2) 坚持严格按安全施工操作规程施工。3) 做好现场安全防护，做好施工手脚架，安全网等设施的检查，发现损坏及时交换。进入施工现场必须头戴安全帽，胸佩工作牌，着统一制式工装上班。4) 不得私拉乱接电线，用电设备必须安装触电保护器，防止触电事故。5) 做好防火、防盗工作，安检员应严格按安检员管理手册的规定，认真做好巡查工作。6) 施工人员必须严格遵守施工现场管理手册的制度，坚持文明施工。 成都宇华建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you.
