了解恒温槽在稳定状态下,内部各位置之间的温差(温场性能)随时间变化状况,以确定科学、合理的温场测试方法。2 试验设备四线制A级铠装铂电阻温度计9支;电测设备(温度巡检仪,型号:暂缺 ,编号:暂缺),分辨力0.001;恒温槽三台,编号和温度范围见表1。表1 恒温槽温场性能恒温槽型号恒温槽编号温度暂缺暂缺-80 暂缺暂缺100 暂缺暂缺300 3 试验方法3.1将4支温度计(编号1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支温度计(编号5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支温度计(编号6-9)的底端放置在距液面45cm处的水平面上。待温度稳定后,测试各温度计数值,每30秒间隔测试一遍。持续测试4次。 观察各位置点的温度变化幅度。3.2 将4支温度计(编号1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支温度计(编号5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支温度计(编号6-9)的底端放置在距液面30cm处的水平面上,待温度稳定后,测试各温度计数值,每30秒间隔测试一遍。持续测试4次。首先计算各位置点的温度变化,最后计算所有温度变化的最大幅度。4 试验人员 李颖、 ,大连市计量检测研究院有限公司,2019年3月-4月5 6 试验结论恒温槽正常运行状态下,主要测试位置的温度的变化之差远小于恒温槽水平温差、垂直温差。即恒温槽温场可以保持较长时间的稳定性。恒温槽温场测试即可以采用多点同步测温,也可以采用“双探针”法,通过多次测试,最终获得恒温槽所有位置的温度测试。二、铂热电阻稳定性测试1 试验目的 考察铂热电阻短期稳定性指标,为标准铂电阻温度计漏热试验提供不确定度分析的数据支持2
