Open your books. 二、Teaching aims: es name. 一、 Hard and key points: 1.Sing and chant. es name. 四、Teaching tools: Really objects, tape, pictures Period 1 一、Organization: 1 Sing a song. 2 Greetings. 二、Revision: Show the pictures to review the words. 三、Presentation and practice. Step 1 Introduce new characters. 1.Hold up the mask for Lulu. Say, “This is Lulu.” Have the children say Lulu. Repeat this for Danny. 2.Repeat several times, and have the Ss say the names. Step 2 Model the dialog. Hold up my mask for Mocky and say, “This is Mocky.” Have the Ss repeat the sentences me. Then, repeat te procedure for all the other masks. 2.Hold up each of the mask in turn , and say, “This is (Lulu)”.Hold up the Mocky mask. Say, “This isnt Ken. This is Mocky.” Say the sentences again, and have the Ss repeat them. 3.Repeat the same procedure, using the other mask. Then hold up a mask hut say nothing. Have the Ss make a sentence of their own. 1.T: Stand up.(Do the action.) Have the Ss stand up.(Repeat it for sit down.) 2.Repeat it for Open your book. ,and Show me your book. 3.Play a game. Simo say. Step 4 Talk about the story. 1.T:Open your books. Show them what to do. Picture 1: Who can you see in the picture? Picture 3: What are Ann, Ken, and Mocky doing ? Picture 4/5: Who do they meet? Picture 6/7: Do they like him? Picture 8: What does Mocky see? Picture 9 : How does Mocky feel? Picture 10: Has Mocky made a mistake ? Picture 11: What is happening to Mocky ? 2.T:Now we are going to hear what the characters said. Play the tape. Have the Ss look at the pictures as the tape is play. 3.Explain that people often say “Oh , no! 1. Have the Ss roleplay the dialog using the masks. 四、Homework. Tell your family about the new characters. 教学后记:以游戏,活动形式复习,能激发学生兴趣,学生在活动过程中复习、巩固旧知识,效果好。通过练习使学生对故事部分的内容掌握较好,基本都能互相开展对话询问,并能做出相应的回答。但学生对于重点句型不太熟练,有待加强练习。 Period 2 一、Organization: 1 Sing a song. 2 Greetings. 二、Revision: Ask and answer the English name. 三、Presentation and practice. Step 1 Talk together 1.T: Open your books. Display the copy of the page. Point to the picture of Danny Deer. T: This is Danny Deer. Have the Ss repeat the words as they point to the picture in the books. 2.Repeat the procedure for the other pictures. 3.Listen to the tape, T: Touch the picture as you hear the words. 4.Play the tape again , write the number of the sentences in the box beside each picture as they listen to the tape. Step 2 Introduce the letter Ee. 1. Ask the Ss recall the letters they have learnt. 2. T: Look at Uncle Books ABC and find the letters you know. Now look, this is letter E. 3. Write it on the Bb. T: This is the letter E. C an you find the word that begins with E in Uncle Books ABC? Check that the Ss have find it. 4.T :Eggs. Have the Ss repeat it. Point to the word, encourage the Ss to say the word aloud as they touch it in their books. 5.Play the tape, point to the matching picture of the word. 6. Replay the tape and have the Ss say the word aloud. Step 3 Introduce the letters Ff , Gg , Hh, and Ii. Repeat the procedure that was used to introduce the letter Ee and the word egg. 四、Homework. 1.Review Ee ,Ff,Gg ,Hh,Ii. 2. Color the letters in different colors. 教学后记:字母部分的单词个别学生掌握不理想,有待加强。在教学过程中,如果先把发音先归类,学生会易于掌握一系列有联系的单词发音。重难点都能得到较好的解决,达到了教学目的。 Period 3 一、Organization: 1 Sing a song. 2 Greetings. 二、Revision: Ask and answer the English name. 三、Presentation and practice. Step 1 1.Hold up the mask, say “This is Lulu.” Have the Ss repeat. Repeat the activity using all the character masks. 2.Touch a book in the classroom. Make sure that all the Ss can see it Say , This is a book. Repeat it for a pen. 1. Play the tape the Ss touch the matching picture. 2. Hold up one of the cards and say:“ Whats this ?”Have the Ss read after me.“This is a book.” 3. Have a student touch or hold up a book or a pen ,etc. And say , What is this ?Have another student give the answer. Do it several times. Step 2 Play a game. 1.T: Open the book. Point to each of the objects in turn, naming them in English as I do so 2.Have the Ss work in pairs to check their answers. 3.Ask each pair in turn to give the English word for a missing object. Step 3 Talk together. T: Open your book. Draw the Ss attention to the top of the page. Read the words slowly, pointing to each word as I say it . Substitute two of the Ss English names for underlined names in the text. Step 4 Listen and number. 1.Have the Ss open the book. Point to the picture, have the Ss repeat the words as they point to the picture in their books. .2.Play the tape. Touch the correct picture as they hear the pictures. Step 4 Let s chant 1. Use pictures to review the words: Elephant, egg, flower, fire 2. Read the rhyme to the Ss, point to each word. Tell the Ss that they are going to learn a rhyme about a naughty elephant. 3. Play the tape for the whole rhyme and have Ss listen and point to the words and the matching pictures on the page. 4. Play the tape again and have the Ss join in . 5. T :Point to the pictures as you listen to the tape. They can add some actions and act it out in group. 四、Homework. Review part A b C. 教学后记:学生学习积极性较高,大部分学生都能积极参与课堂,课堂气氛活跃,。通过设计各种类型的练习活动巩固旧知识,效果较好。但中下生还需加强辅导。 Period 4 一、Organization: 1 Sing a song. 2 Greetings. 二、Revision: . Review Ee ,Ff,Gg ,Hh,Ii. 三、Presentation and practice. Step 1 Write the letters Ee , Ff, Gg, Hh and Ii 1.T :Watch me write the letter E. Stand with my back to the class. Write capital letter E in the air , using large arm movements. Ask the Ss write it with me. 2.Repeat for the small letter e. 3.Have the Ss open the books at page 20.Draw their attention to the Trace and copy activity. 4. Have the Ss trace over half of the capital Es.On the next line, they should write some capital Es by themselves. 5. Follow the same procedure for Ee, Ff, Gg,and Ii. Step 2 Listen E, F, G, H, I. 1.Point to each picture in turn and say the matching word. 2.Play the tape, as the Ss hear each word they should point to its beginning letter. 3.Without the tape , have the Ss point to each picture in turn and say the beginning sound. 4.Have the Ss trace the letters beside the pictures. Step 3 Uncle Books Bb. 1.Hold up the“ This is ”card and read it to the Ss, point to the words as you read them. 2.Repeat the procedure with the Danny. 3.Read the sentences aloud, touching the words as I say them. 4.Repeat the procedure using others cards. Step 4 Touch and say. 1.Have the Ss practice saying the sentences from the previous activity. ,“Open your books.” 3.Display my copy of page, and model the first statement. Then let the Ss use different names for the second part of each statement. 四、Homework Tracing and writing the letters. 教学后记:让学生通过动作教学来学习,效果较好,学习兴趣也较大,能积极主动参与课堂活动。在字母的练习中,部分学生容易与拼音混淆。 Period 5 一、Organization: 1 Sing a song. 2 Greetings. 二、Revision: Chant it together. 三、Presentation and practice Step 1 1.Tell the Ss that they going to listen to a story. 2.Play the tape , ask the Ss to listen to the story . 3.Have the Ss open the books , and look at the pictures, ask them to look for the familiar words in the book. 4.Have the Ss read the story silently, encourage them to try to guess the meaning of unfamiliar words. Step 2 Play Bingo game. 1.Call out the different words and the Ss find the correct picture . 2.The Ss circle the word when they hear the teacher call it out .Then call out “Bingo each time they have circled a full column down their Bingo boards. 3.At the end of the game, review all the words. Step 3 Play a game. 4.Put the Ss in pairs. Have each pair mix cards together and then spread them face down on the table. 2. The first child who call out “snap”, and the correct word or letter, keeps the two matching cards. The Ss continue playing until there are no cards left on the table. The winner is the child with the most cards at the end of the game. 3. If the child calls “Snap” by mistake ,other player takes the pair of cards. Step 4 Self-assessment 1.Have the Ss do this part in pairs or in groups by themselves. Ss should assess themselves according to their own situation. 2.Check the answer. 四.Homework. Read Part A B , and the letters. 教学后记:学生在活动过程中用游戏来复习、巩固旧知识,对于单词、字母都有了一定的识记。10 / 10
