The est. MDL is spike into extraction solution without go through sample preparation. (According to CPSD-AN-TSOP Method Validation Procedure-Ver3) 根据CPSD-AN-TSOP Method Validation Procedure-Ver3,萃取测试的方法检出限相当于仪器检出限的5倍。通过在已经过处理的空白样品溶液中加标准溶液制备。2.2 Verify the MDL until the signal to noise is greater than three.
