录一、工程概况3二、编制依据3三、脚手架的作用与布置3四、脚手架结构4五、脚手架的安全技术9六、脚手架立面图17一、工程概况1、建筑物概况本工程为航天信息园1#建筑物工程：中庭建筑面积486，檐高12.8m，建筑层数：三层（首层4m、二层4.3m、三层4m）。结构形式：钢筋混凝土框架结构，满堂红落地脚手架。2、脚手架工程概况航天信息园1#建筑中庭工程：施工所使用脚手架主要为扣件式钢管脚手架，其概况如下表所列脚手架概况表类型作用使用部位备注满堂红脚手架结构、装修、防护中庭落地式本施工方案主要叙述满堂红脚手架：二、编制依据本施工方案编制依据主要有：本工程施工组织设计建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范（JGJ130-2001）建筑施工脚手架实用手册中国建筑工业出版社简明施工计算手册中国建筑工业出版社三、满堂红脚手架作用与布置1、满堂红脚手架作用航天信息园1#建筑中庭工程外墙装饰等施工和安全防护。2、满堂红脚手架全部布置（1）一般部位外脚手架平面布置本工程满堂红脚手架沿中庭全部布置，直接落地。落地处在地下一层顶板中庭部位。当结构施工完成，随装修施工从上往下逐步拆除。本工程满堂红脚手架平面布置见平面示意图满堂红脚手架平面图（2）满堂红脚手架立面布置根据工程建筑外形特点，并结合现场实际情况，本工程落地扣件式满堂红脚手架直抵顶部，中庭满堂红脚手架高12.8m。四、满堂红脚手架结构1、材料扣件式钢管外脚手架由钢管和扣件组成，因其易于装拆、搭设灵活、坚固耐用而被本工程所采用。钢管刚度好、强度高，一般情况下，单管立杆的承载力可达15kN35kN。（1）钢管脚手架钢管应为力学性能适中的Q235钢，其力学性能应符合国家现行标准碳素结构钢（GB700-89）中Q235A钢的规定。脚手架主要杆件即立杆、大横杆（纵向水平长杆）等均采用外径48mm、壁厚3.5mm的D483.5焊接钢管。用于立杆、大横杆的钢管长度为6m，重250N，适于运输、安装的操作。钢管质量检验钢管外观质量检验应符合下表要求。钢管质量检验标准项次检查项目验收要求新管1产品质量合格证必须具备2钢管材质证明书3表面质量表面应平直、光滑，不应有裂纹、分层、压痕、划道和硬弯4外径；壁厚0.50mm；0.35mm5端面应平整，端面切斜的偏差1.70mm6防锈处理必须进行防锈处理旧管7钢管锈蚀程度应每年检查一次管壁上锈蚀的深度不得超过0.50mm8其它项目同新管3、4、5项要求钢管应无裂纹，两端面应平整，严禁打孔。（2）扣件扣件主要形式有3种：a.直角扣件（十字扣），用于垂直交叉的钢管连接；b.对接扣件（一字扣），用于对接钢管。采用可锻铸造扣件，应使用配合钢管管径、符合现行国家标准的可锻铸铁扣件。扣件技术要求1）扣件应采用机械性能不低于KT33-8的可锻铸铁制作。2）铸铁不得有裂纹、气孔；不宜有疏松、砂眼或其它影响使用的铸铁缺陷；并应将影响外观质量的粘砂、披缝、毛刺、氧化皮等清除干净。3）扣件与钢管的贴合面必须严格整形，应保证与钢管扣紧时接触良好。4）扣件活动部位应能灵活转动，旋转扣件的两旋转面间隙应不小于1mm。5）当扣件紧夹钢管时，开口处的最小距离应不小于5mm。6）扣件表面应进行防锈处理。扣件质量检验扣件质量检验应符合下表要求。扣件质量检验标准项次检查项目要求新扣件1产品质量合格证，生产许可证，专业检测单位测试报告必须具备2表面质量及性能应符合技术要求（2）（6）的规定3螺栓不得滑丝旧扣件4同新扣件的2、3项要求2、脚手板本工程采用木脚手板应使用厚度不小于50mm和材质不低于国家二等材质标准的杉木或松木板，板宽200300mm，两端用4（8#）镀锌铁丝各扎2道箍。禁止使用有扭纹、劈裂和横透节的木板。3、作业层（1）作业层横向尺寸作业层横向尺寸要满足工人操作、临时堆料和材料运输的施工要求。双排满堂红脚手架的里立杆与墙体距离a取300mm，以保证工人操作活动空间。当墙体有局部突出部位时采取可靠加固措施局部处理。（2）脚手板铺设作业层和防护层同时铺设脚手板。脚手板取厚50m木板，两端用8镀锌铁丝各扎箍。脚手板沿纵向满铺，作到严密、牢固、平稳，不得有超过50mm的间隙。每层铺板不得少于3块，距离墙面取100150mm。4、杆件构造要求（1）立杆构造要求本工程立杆采用单根钢管。立杆接头除在顶层可采用搭接外，其余各接头必须采用对接扣件对接。立杆的对接要求对接扣件应交错布置，相邻2个立杆接头不应设在同步同跨内，相邻2个立杆接头在高度方向错开的距离不应小于500mm。各接头中心距主节点的距离不应大于600mm。立杆顶端应高出建筑物檐口上皮高度1500mm。每根立杆均应设置50mm厚的垫板作为基础。满堂红脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距底座下皮100mm高的立杆上。横向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。（2）横向承力结构1）步高h底层步高h为通行步高，其它层步高h为操作步高。根据本工程建筑物具体情况，设扫地杆距自然地面100mm，第一步大横杆1500mm。操作步高亦取为h=1500mm。2）搭设高度Hmax由满堂红脚手架立面布置要求，脚手架搭设高度计Hmax15.6m。3）作业层和防护层数量本工程作业层取1层，防护层取1层，即铺板层为2层。（2）纵向传力结构各种横向承力结构由大横杆相互连接组成整体，沿纵向形成传力构架结构。1）纵向间距l2种横向承力结构之间的距离即立杆纵向间距l1500mm。2）立杆垂直度控制为防止立倾斜而承受过大的偏心荷载，对立杆垂直度进行双控。立杆垂直度必须同时满足： 满堂红脚手架搭设高度当H30m时，立杆垂直偏差累积绝对值100mm。 满堂红脚手架高度H25m时，立杆垂直偏差相对值H200。（3）满堂红脚手架基底满堂红脚手架搭设时，在立杆底部垫上顺铺的厚50mm通长木板。为进一步约束立杆底端位移，即立杆距地基面120mm处牢固绑扎纵向和横向的水平杆，在扫地杆下部用木板垫塞牢固。（4）密目网封闭满堂红脚手架外侧采用密目网封闭，以防止作业时物体打击、减少灰尘污染。密目网封闭即在满堂红脚手架外排立杆里侧挂网。必须采用符合规定的系绳，环扣间距450mm，将网边系牢在脚手架钢管上,形成全侧边封闭网。作业层尚需在架体下部至结构面间兜挂平网,防止落人坠物.五、满堂红脚手架施工技术1、施工准备由施工管理科组织对参与施工的人员，进行1次现场施工和高空作业安全技术培训，配置必要的劳动保护用品。由技术科做好本满堂红脚手架施工方案的技术交底工作。对满堂红脚手架搭设所用材料进行检查，新购进场的钢管与扣件要有产品合格证，外观符合有关要求。重复使用的钢管与扣件按规定一一予以检查，禁止使用规格和质量不合格的杆件、配件。2、施工工期（1）满堂红脚手架搭设当首层顶板浇筑完模板拆除后，开始搭设满堂红脚手架。（2）满堂红脚手架拆除当建筑物外墙结构、砌筑、装饰等施工作业完成后拆除外脚手架。3、满堂红脚手架搭设、拆卸与使用（1）外脚手架搭设满堂红脚手架搭设工艺流程如下。搭设施工准备工作平面放线铺设厚50厚木板垫层放置纵向扫地杆竖立立杆与纵向扫地杆扣牢安装横向扫地杆，与立杆或纵向扫地杆扣牢安装第1步大横杆，与各立杆扣牢安装第二步大横杆扣牢依序安装第3、4步大横杆接长立杆加设纵向支撑（剪力撑）铺作业层和防护层脚手板做护身栏杆和挡脚板挂设安全立网封顶满堂红脚手架搭设必须在统一的指挥，由下至上有序进行。满堂红脚手架搭设1)按施工设计放线、平整基底，铺放垫板，标定立杆位置。2)满堂红脚手架应从一个角部开始搭设；局部“一”字形脚手架应从一端开始并向另一端延伸搭设。3)按标定立杆位置依次竖起立杆，将立杆与纵、横向扫地杆连接固定，然后安装第 100200mm之间。3)脚手板采用搭设铺放时，其搭接长度不得小于200mm，且在搭接段的中部应设有支承横杆。铺板严禁出现端头超出支承横杆150mm以上未作固定的探头板。（2）满堂红脚手架拆卸满堂红脚手架的拆卸应按确定的拆卸流程进行。满堂红脚手架拆卸顺序与搭设顺序相反，即先搭者后拆，后搭者先拆,由上而下分层拆除，严禁上下同时作业。满堂红脚手架拆卸工艺流程如下。安全网护身栏杆挡脚板脚手板大横杆立杆清理现场在拆除过程中，凡已松脱连接的杆件、配件应及时拆除运走，避免造成误扶或误靠已松脱连接的杆件导致事故。拆卸的杆件、配件应以安全的方式运出和吊下，严禁向下抛掷。连墙件应在位于其上的全部可拆杆件均拆除之后才能拆除。在拆除过程中，应作好配合、协调动作。禁止单人进行拆除较重杆件等危险性的作业。（3）施工与使用注意事项施工与使用中严格执行本满堂红脚手架施工方案。施工与使用中严格执行高空作业安全规程。工人在架上进行搭设作业时，作业面上宜铺设必要数量的脚手板并予临时固定。工人必须戴安全帽和佩挂安全带。不得单人进行装设较重杆配件和其它易发生失衡、脱手、碰撞、滑跌等不安全的作业。满堂红脚手架搭设施工完工后，要有项目负责人、技术负责人、安全负责人、专业工长等共同验收、签认之后方可设入使用。满堂红脚手架所用材料中有严重锈蚀、弯曲、压扁、开裂的钢管严禁使用，有脆裂、变形、滑丝的扣件严禁使用。扣件螺栓拧紧程度要适宜，扭力控制取4050Nm左右。对接扣件应避免开口向上设置，以防雨水侵入。在搭设中不得随意改变构架设计、减少杆件配件设置、对立杆纵距作100mm的构架尺寸放大。确有实际情况，需要对构架作调整和改变时，应提交技术主管人员解决。风力大于6级不得施工与使用。大风雨或停工期之后，必须对满堂红脚手架进行全面检查，尤其注意结构的变形，必要时予以加固维修并经检定之后方可再行使用。严格控制使用与施工荷载q2.0kN/m2。4、满堂红脚手架安装质量标准（1）满堂红脚手架的验收和日常检查按以下规定进行。1)搭设完毕后；2)连续使用达到6个月；3)施工中途停止使用超过15天，再重新使用之前；4)在遭受暴风、大雨、大雪、地震等强力因素作用之后；5)使用过程中发现有显著的变形、拆除杆件和拉结以及安全隐患存在的情况时。（2）满堂红脚手架安装质量保证项目满堂红脚手架立杆要垂直，大横杆要平正。各种扣件扣接要牢固，防止杆件打滑。各杆件相交伸出的端头部分均应大于100，以防杆件滑脱。相邻2立杆接头必须错开，不得位于同一步距h之内。相同2大横杆接头必须错开，不得位于同一步距h之内。（3）满堂红脚手架安装质量允许偏差本工程中扣件式钢管满堂红脚手架安装施工允徐偏差：立杆垂直度
