My parents want me to be a doctor,but Im not sure about that.我父母想让我当医生,可是我没有把握。剖析 sure 是形容词,意为“确信的”。其主要用法如下:(1)be sure+about/of+名词、代词或动词-ing形式,意为“确信,对有把握”。如:Are you sure of your facts?你能肯定你的资料属实吗?温馨提示 若be sure后面跟反身代词,则只能用be sure of。如:Im sure of myself.我很有自信。(2)be sure+不定式,意为“一定会做某事”。如:He is sure to come back soon.他一定会很快回来的。(3)be sure+that引导的宾语从句,意为“确信,一定会”。如:We are sure that you can make great progress this term.我们确信你这个学期一定会取得巨大进步。(4)make sure意为“确保,查明”,常用于短语make sure of/make sure about/make sure that+从句/make sure to do。如:Make sure that you can find out the truth soon.确保你们能尽快查明真相。Make sure to turn off the light before you leave the room.离开房间之前你一定要关灯。
