华中科技大学本科专业人才培养计划预防医学专业（妇幼卫生专业方向）（五年制）本科人才培养计划Undergraduate Program for Preventive Medicine Specialty and special field of study in Maternal and Child Health(5-years schooling)一、培养目标.Educational Objectives培养适应我国现代化建设和现代医学发展需要的具有良好的人文素质、较扎实的基础医学和预防保健理论知识、较强的妇幼保健专业实践技能和一定的临床实践能力，能获得妇幼保健通科医师资格的高级妇幼卫生专业人才。学生毕业后能从事临床（特别是妇产科和儿科）、妇幼保健服务，计划生育技术服务、妇幼卫生管理、健康促进和社区卫生服务、医学科研和教学等方面工作。并为毕业后进一步深造打下良好的基础。This program aims at cultivating the high-ranking maternal and child health(MCH) professionals who will be adapt to the needs of modernization construction and development of modern medicine with good human qualities, solid theoretical knowledge foundation of basic medical science and preventive care, strong clinical practice ability and MCH professional practice skills. The students which graduated from our department will be obtained qualification of MCH General public health physicians and they can undertake the work of clinical (especially maternity and pediatric), maternal and child health, family planning services, MCH management, health promotion and community health services, medical research and teaching, etc, and also lay a good foundation for advanced study after their graduation.二、基本规格要求II. Have a strong sense of law ,establish the concept of law practice to protect the legitimate rights and interests and physical health of women and children crowd. 知 识 要 求1.掌握基础医学、临床医学和预防医学的基本理论知识及其研究方法。2.掌握妇产科学和儿科学的基本理论。3.掌握妇幼保健医学的基本理论知识。4.掌握环境、生物、心理和社会等因素对妇幼人群健康影响的基本理论知识、调查研究、临床试验及科学评价。5.掌握妇幼卫生管理和改善妇幼卫生服务的初步知识。6.掌握健康教育、健康促进的知识和方法，提高妇幼人群的自我保健意识和健康水平。Knowledge requirements1.Master the basic theoretical knowledge and research methods of basic medical science, clinical medicine and preventive medicine.2.Master the basic theory of Obstetrics and gynecology and Pediatrics.3.Master the basic theoretical knowledge of MCH medicine.4. Master the basic theoretical knowledge, research, clinical trials and scientific evaluation of impacts of environmental factors, biological factors, psychological factors and social factors on the health of women and children.5.Master the preliminary knowledge of MCH management and how to improve MCH services.6. Master the knowledge and methods of health education and health promotion to raise the self-health awareness and health standards of women and children.技 能 要 求1.具有全面、系统、正确地采集病史和规范书写病历的能力。2.具有系统、规范地进行体格检查及精神行为检查的能力。3.具有对妇产科和儿科各种常见病、多发病的诊断、处理及康复的能力和开展社区卫生保健服务的能力。掌握基本医疗服务，包括妇女和儿童常见疾病诊治、计划生育技术服务、产前筛查和诊断、新生儿疾病筛查、助产技术服务等，熟悉产前诊断、产科并发症处理、新生儿危重症抢救和治疗等。4.具有针对妇女各生命阶段生理、心理及社会特点开展妇女保健服务的能力，包括青春期保健、孕产期保健、更年期保健、老年期保健。重点是遗传咨询、产前诊断、出生缺陷监测、心理卫生咨询、营养指导、计划生育技术服务、生殖道感染/性传播疾病等常见妇科病的诊断、处理能力。 5. 具有针对儿童不同时期生理和心理特点，开展儿童保健服务的能力，包括胎儿期、新生儿期、婴幼儿期、学龄前期及学龄期保健。能够正确掌握07岁儿童生长发育常用指标的测量及生长发育监测方法，进行儿童营养与喂养指导；熟悉高危儿的识别、护理方法和体弱儿（如早产儿、低体重儿等）的综合管理；掌握儿童心理卫生的保健知识，开展心理行为咨询、弱智及智力低下儿童的早期筛查等儿童保健服务。 6.能够将现代信息技术用于妇幼卫生信息管理中，具有资料处理和数据分析的能力。7.初步具备开展妇幼保健科学研究工作的实践经验和能力，具有分析影响儿童生长发育、影响妇女和儿童身体与心理健康的主要生物、社会、环境与心理因素和开展科学研究基本能力。8.具备对妇幼人群进行健康促进/健康教育的技巧和能力，具有一定的社会工作能力、组织协调能力和人际交往的能力。9. 初步具有外语阅读和交流能力。10.具有利用各种信息资源和信息技术进行自主学习、文献收集与研究的能力。Skills requirements 1.To possess comprehensive, systematic and correct skills of history collecting and abilities to writing medical record standard.2.To possess systematic and canonical skills of medical body examination and spirit acts inspection.3.To possess diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation abilities of common and patchy diseases in gynecology and pediatric, and to master basic medical services, including diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in women and children, family planning services, prenatal screening and neonatal disease screening, and midwifery technical services and so on. Familiar with the prenatal diagnosis and treatment of obstetric complications, neonatal critical rescue and treatment of disease and so on.4.To possess the ability of women at all life stages of physical, psychological and social characteristics of womens health-care services, including adolescent health, maternal health, menopause health and aged care. The point is genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis, monitoring of birth defects, mental health counseling, nutritional guidance, technical services for family planning, reproductive tract infection / sexually transmitted diseases.5.To possess the ability of children in different periods physiological and psychological characteristics of childrens health care services, including the period of fetal and neonatal period, infants, preschool and school-age health. Master 0 7-year-old children commonly used indicators of the growth and development of measurement and monitoring methodology Growth and Child nutrition and feeding guidance. Familiar with the identification of high-risk infants, nursing infants and frail integrated management. Master of childrens mental health care knowledge, providing psychological counseling, mentally handicapped children and mental retardation in the early screening and other health services for children.6.To use modern information technology for the Maternal and Child Health Information Management, to possess data processing and data analysis capabilities.7.To possess preliminary research and practical experience and ability of MCH. To possess the abilities of Analysis of affected children with growth, affecting women and childrens physical and mental health of the major biological, social, environmental and psychological factors and the ability to conduct basic scientific research.8.Have the right crowd for maternal and child health promotion / health education skills and abilities, with a certain degree of social work, organizing and coordinating ability and interpersonal abilities. 9.To possess preliminary reading foreign language and communication skills.10.To possess the abilities of use of various information resources and information technology for self-study, the literature collection and research capacity.三、培养特色.
