Party A:甲方：Party B:乙方：Based on the operation needs, with the recommendation from the department. Staff should sign a certain duration service agreement with hotel when accepted to attend the training. The service duration would be calculated based on the training cost.员工参加外送培训需与饭店签订一定年限的服务协议，其具体年限以培训费用为依据。2. The training cost below 10000rmb, the service agreement duration is as bellow:培训费用总计在 2 万元人民币以内的，乙方与甲方签订的培训协议期限如下所示：学费Course fee受制期限Bellow 2000元以下Bellow20006 个月2000元- 5000元望 000 to500012 个月5001元 - 10000元25001 to 1000018 个月10001元 -20000元510001 to 2000024 个月Bond periodHalf yearOne yearOne and a half yearTwo year3. When the training cost exceeded 10000rmb, the service agreement duration would be decided by hotel EXCO according to the case to case situation.培训费用总计在 2 万元人民币以上的，乙方与甲方签订培训协议的具体年限由饭店行政委员会商议后确定。4.The trainingcost includingtuition,materials,transportation,meal, accommodation as wellas some otherfees caused by the training.培训费用包括：培训课时费、培训资料费、交通费、食宿费及其它因培训而产生的费用。The total training cost for this training is_ rmb, the duration of this agreement is_mon ths From _ date _ month _ year to _date _ month _ year.乙方此次的培训费用总，本协议期限月 自 _年 _ 月 _日至_ 年 _月_日。Training Certificate and Training Materials培训证书及资料The originalcopy of trainingcertificateand trainingmaterialsthatstaffreceivedfrom thistrainingshouldbe kept in his/her personal file by Administration department. Staff can keep one copy and till staff finished all the departure process could be returned the original copy.乙方通过培训获得的证书及培训资料原件将作为饭店资料由行政部保留存档。员工可拥有复印件至乙方正常离职后证书原件可退还。Salary and Ben efits duri ng the training培训期工资待遇1. No salary and benefits change when Party B is undergoing the training.乙方在接受培训期间的工资待遇不受影响。2.Afterfinishedthe training,PartyB has the priorityto be consideredunder the same qualificationwhenthe promotion action taken.培训结束后，有晋升机会时，同等条件下乙方享有被优先考虑待遇。Termin ati on协议解除1.Party B should compensate Party A the trainingcost in pro rata base forthe unimplemented servicedurationin case Party B resigned for personal reason before the validity of this agreement.协议期未满，乙方因个人原因提出辞职，须赔偿未服务满期限的培训费用。2.Party B should compensate Party A the trainingcost in pro rata base forthe unimplemented servicedurationin case Party B is dismissed due to violate the hotel or government rules and regulations before thevalidity of this agreement.协议期间，乙方因违反甲方劳动纪律或由于违反国家法律法规被甲方解雇，须赔偿未服务满期限的培训费用。3.If the sponsored employee tenders his resignation,abandons the course or terminatedby the hotelbecauseof inefficiency or misconduct while pursuing the course or the agreement period, he will be requiredto indemnify the hotel for the total training expenses.如果受资助的员工在学习期间或协议期间提出辞职或放弃学业，或由于不称职或行为不端而被酒店辞退，必须赔偿在学习期间酒店为其支付的全部费用。4. Party A terminate the contract with Party B due to the operation needs, Party B could be ignored to compensate the training cost.因甲方原因解除与乙方劳动关系，乙方不赔偿任何培训费用。5.The uncompleted servicedurationcompensation cost is calculatedas: (totaltrainingcost totalneededservice days)x(total needed service daysfinished service days).未服务满期限的培训费用计算方式为：( 总培训费用?协议规定的服务月天数)x(协议规定的服务月数一已服务月数)Overlap培训累加In case staff has been nominated to attend the second training before the validity of the first agreement, another training agreement should be signed. The last date among the all agreements is being treated the validity date that staff should service to.当一位员工在前一个协议期未结束时参加第二个培训，需签订新的培训协议。 协议期限有重叠的， 按协议 中所列的最后日期为准。Others其它1.This agreement will be kept in staff personal file as the attachment of the staff labor contract.本协议作为员工劳动合同附件进入员工个人档案。2.
