cable、 HDMI assembly、HDMI adaptor等产品。3.0名词解释HDMI:High-definition Digital Multimedia Interface 高清晰数字多媒体视频/音频接口, HDMI是一个由高清晰度显示工作组(HDWG)制定接口标准。HDMI传输原理方框图 HDMI各个版本性能与功能对照表4.0 应用说明(1)用于DVD,Set-top boxes等视听设备与television sets, projectors and other video displays之间的数字音视频信号的传输,用在高清晰度视频领域。HDMI的讯号传输信号格式为TMDS,(Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) TMSD通道至少包括4对数据线:分别传输数字R、G、B及音频数据包信号和时钟信号。在HDMI1.4带网络功能版又增加1对,来实现网络功能。(2)HDMI最高支持的传输带宽, 由HDMI1.0的4.95GBPS,到HDMI1.4的10.2GBPS,再到HDMI2.0的18.0GBPS。 (3)HDMI支持的数字视频格式: SXGA:1280x102485Hz UXGA:1600x120060Hz SDTV:480i、480p、576i、576p HDTV:720p、1080i、1080P 、4K*2K:38402160 24Hz/50Hz/60Hz、 40962160 50Hz5.0产品设计要求:5.1线材结构要求及接线方法5.1.1 HDMI(A )-HDMI(A ) 线材示意图 (HDMI1.3示范规格) HDMI1.3 接线方法5.1.2 HDMI(A )-DVI(single 绝缘:传输数字视频的使用的发泡PE其它控制信号线使用PE;绝缘直径选取应与导体配合,需保证传输数字视频的四对线的特性阻抗为10010。5.5 芯线对绞:要求以较小的节距(25mm左右)绞合,同时使用带张力控制和退扭的放线架,使两芯线的长度一致和使芯不变形,达到测试中的Skew项目的测试合格。5.6 屏蔽:对绞线需加镀锡线或裸铜作为地线,包铝箔,再采用热融Mylar,铝箔重叠率需达25%-33%。5.7成缆:在线材成缆的时候,应使绞向同对绞的绞向,绞距也不要太大80120mm即可。5.8插头加工:5.8.1端子选用:HDMI端子分为A型、B型、C型、D型。A型端子19pin,只能传输单路信号(single link),图像解析度HDMI 1.4最高到340Mpixels/sec,即每秒最高传输3.4亿个像素。在HDMI1.3超过HDMI A型解析度的信号,需要采用双路(dual link)连接,即采用B型端子,B型端子共29 pin,因为是为未来的高清晰度显示设备预留的,而在HDMI1.4之后已提升至340Mpixels/sec,故已基本不采用。C型与D型图像解析度同A型。5.8.2 HDMI2.0 A型端子的图像解析度最高达600Mpixels/sec,即每秒最高传输6.0亿个像素,C型与D型图像解析度同A型。5.9端子的外露尺寸:其尺寸要求,请参考本厂HDMI Connector设计规范。6.0成品的性能要求:6.1 HDMI Connector部分的测试如:插拔力,接触电阻,绝缘,耐压等方面的性能要求请参阅本厂HDMI Connector设计规范。6.2
