Module 2 No Drugs 引言:英语学科属于基础学科,主要是让学生通过听、说、读、写等方面的语言实践活动去发展英语语言水平,培养良好的心理素质。英语教学应强调使学生形成以交际水平为核心的英语语言使用素质。教师要注意为学生营造一个能实行交际实践的学习环境,并充分利用信息技术,努力扩大学生的知识面,协助学生构建自己的自主学习模式。本课以素质教育为目的,结合教材重点,难点及英语学科特点,利用多媒体辅助教学,从视、听、说等方面使学生得到锻炼。在愉快、轻松的氛围中达到使用英语交际的水平。通过话题启发引导学生用英语去积极思考体会问题,用调查、采访、讨论等活动形式完成教学任务,进一步培养学生合作学习的水平,取长补短,增强团体协作意识,充分调动学生的学习兴趣。 指导学生用批判的思维去接受新的事物,增强他们的辨别意识与水平。所以,即使本模块的话题No Drugs对学生来说有着一定的难度,但却体现出了以学生为主体,老师为主导的特点。同时在阅读、思考与讨论的基础上,从多方面理解吸毒的危害这个严重问题。写下一篇阐明自己观点、立场与看法的短文。学习者通过表达、沟通、解释、询问等各种语言形式来学习和掌握语言,实现目标。教材分析:本模块以No Drugs为话题,通过阅读材料使学生对smoking 和 drugs有所了解,并且通过对这两个话题使学生更深刻地理解到 smoking 和 drugs 对人体造成的危害以及对社会造成的危害,以及可能引起的一些社会性问题,如:burglary, shoplifting等。 从而鼓励学生远离烟和毒品,养成良好的生活习惯,关爱社会关爱他人,并通过所学知识使用恰当方式规劝他人也远离毒品。 教学任务: 1 Introduction: 通过对抽烟数据的检测,让学生了解吸烟的危害,并通过英英释义的方式进一步熟悉词汇,最后利用对三个问题的讨论来引出另一个话题:2 Reading and Vocabulary: 阅读部分是打乱顺序的两篇不同类型的文章, 通过给两篇文章选标题的方式培养学生的逻辑思维水平,然后通过练习使学生掌握相关的词汇,并培养学生获取准确信息的水平。3 Grammar 1: 是学习不定式作目的状语的用法,在练习前先列出的几种不同用法来引出可作目的状语。接着又引出了其它可作目的状语的短语。4 Function: 这个部分先体现例句引出要学的短语,然后通过练习来巩固所学内容。5 Listening and Vocabulary: 是关于smoking 和 drugs的一些信息,在听之前通过问答的方式先巩固词汇,然后采用完成句子的形式对所学内容实行检测, 培养学生获取信息并再现的水平。6 Grammar2: 通过不同类型的例句引出引导结果状语从句的词,然后通过练习来巩固用法。7Pronunciation: 学会在日常交际中表达语气和情感。8 Speaking: 通过回答问题的方式,继续展开话题的讨论。9 Writing: 根据电子邮件的内容选择合适的题目,并对其内容做出讨论,根据讨论后的结果写一份回信。10 Everyday English: 学习同意或不同意的表达方式,并通过真实语境来练习使用。11 Cultural Corner: 通过介绍多种戒烟的方法给烟民提供一个适合自己的戒烟方式,并通过对问题的讨论,理解吸烟的害处,使自己成为一个有意志并且健康的人。12 Task: 让学生收集相关抽烟危害的资料,然后通过讨论,并提交一个调查报告。教材整合:Period 1: Introduction+ Reading and Vocabulary 精读课Period 2: The language points 语言应用课Period 3: Grammar 1 + Grammar 2 语法课 Period 4: Function+ Listening and Vocabulary + Pronunciation 口语听力课Period 5: Everyday English +Speaking+ Writing 写作课Period 6: Cultural Corner+ Task+ Module File 泛读课教学原则:任务型教学(Task-based Language Teaching)是实施课堂教学的主要理念。教学方法:交际教学法(Communicative Approach);情景教学法(Situational Approach);整体语言教学法(Whole Language Teaching).The First Period: Introduction+ Reading and Vocabulary 1. Once you take them, its hard to give it up, and its harmful for peoples health. Whats more, its expensive to buy drugs.
