Topic 1 Plants and animals are important to us. 课 型新 授 课Section A(第一课时)教 材仁爱英语 八年级（上册）教 材分 析Section A 中，1a通过让学生谈论农村引出本话题的目标语 compare things。1b是对目标语言的阅读和写作训练，在加深对1a目标语言的认识的基础上学习如何用目标语言比较事物。1c则是对该功能句式的应用练习，形式为两人会话。通过谈论居住地不仅练习了选择疑问句，而且呈现了比较级的目标语言。2a是输出性练习，让学生在图片对话训练中巩固新的语言句式。2b是对目标语言的听力训练。设 计理 念1创设轻松、活泼的英语学习氛围,让学生有充分发挥主动性和创造性的空间.2以学生为活动的主体,教师为教学活动的组织者和引导者.本课的活动通过多种形式展开的,其目的就是为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣.3利用各种有效手段创设相应的英语情境，让学生更好地完成学习任务。4设计任务，运用新知,发挥学生的想象力和创造力，更好的巩固本课内容.教 学 内 容本节课的重点活动是1a和2教学目标1、语法：掌握形容词比较级和最高级的变化规则及用法。2、功能与话题：谈论大自然的风光：In the countryside, the sky is bluer, and there are greener trees and clearer rivers. 3、语言技能：能听懂谈论自然的对话或短文。能用一些简单的英语语句描述和谈论自然。能读懂自然方面的课外阅读材料。能将所学语言组织起来，写出简短的文章。4、情感态度：增加学生热爱自然，保护自然环境的意识。5、学习策略：善于归纳，总结所学语言知识。教学过程Step I Review1. Review some common adjectives, such as: big, small, long, short, blue, etc.2. Look at the pictures and then compare them: The dog is bigger than the mouse. The mouse is smaller than the dog.Yao Ming is taller than Ye Li.Ye Li is shorter than Yao Ming. 3、Use the real objects of some rulers to compare. Then lead in the comparative and superlative degree. The yellow ruler is longer than the green ruler. The green ruler is longer than the red ruler. The red ruler is the shortest of all.(本环节设计由浅入深，渐入任务，通过基础词汇的输入，复习旧单词，引出本节课形容词的比较级和最高级句型结构)Step II. Lead in and practice.1.show some pictures of animals , then learn some new words by using the pictures: cow goose pl. geese rabbit sheep pl. sheep 2. Talk about the animals in the picture on Page 78 and then describe them. Discuss in groups. Then use the comparative and superlative degree to compare the animals. e.g.: Look! The hens are much smaller than the cows. Learn and master the new words: sky、 clear、 nature .2. Compare the two pictures，practice the comparative degree of adjectives. Lead the students to say the following sentences : Picture 1 Picture 2 Picture3In Picture 1, the air is _fresher_, the river is _clearer_, the sky is _bluer_, and the trees are _greener_. Listen to 1a, and then read after it.2. Let students read 1a, and then finish 1b according to 1a.3. Work in pairs and act out the dialogue in 1a.4、Have a free talk in groups about ones own favorite place to live in. .-Where do you live, the countryside or the city? -Do you like it? Why? -Yes, I do. / No, I dont. Because it is quieter than the city/ noisier than the countryside.Then, give a report like this:I like to live in a city. Because the buildings are taller. Lead student to sum up the comparative and superlative degrees of adjectives form in the box.3. And better is best.2 Sum up.根据课件所呈现的本课重点内容进行小结。Step : Homework.观察身边的人或事物，运用所学的（比较级和最高级）知识进行比较和描述。写出5-6句。要求：语言准确，连贯，符合英语语言的使用习惯。E.g.:Yang Yan is taller than Wu Qing.Liu Xiang is one of the greatest runners in the world. etc.（本环节的设计通过完成英语语言的运用任务，达到英语语言的in-put到out-put过程）教后反思本节课的设计遵循了以学生为主的原则,体现新课程改革的新理念。教学环节较为紧凑，由浅入深，从感知到认知，层层深入，采用了多种教学形式引导学生进行比较、表达和总结。较好地发挥了教师的引导作用。特别是能够熟练地运用多媒体课件展示，给学生营造了一种直观形象的感知过程，并能为准确地使用英语语言打下良好的基础。注重从农村学校学生的实际情况出发，在使用英语语言之前，利用多媒体课件展示形式给学生设置具体直观的情境，并且进行良好的示范，有效地引导学生进行英语语言交际，但还有一些不足之处。比如，导入比较级和最高级句型部分的时候节奏过快，让学生有些难以接受。还有在学生自由操练口语的时间还不足够也不够充分。今后应该多学习有关的专业理论知识，提高较好驾驭课堂教学能力。在课堂教学中，教师应随时关注那些待进生，把更多的机会让给他们，如果他们在课堂上遇到问题，教师应立即想办法帮助他们。备课之前应多关注学生学情方面的具体分析以及时做出相应的调整，以较好地突破重点难点。这在以后的教学中都是需要不断改进及提高。
