Please carry it out from the stage of bids invitation (required by the bid invitation document) according to the work scope of the real construction team.,水土流失控制 Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control,目的:控制水土流失,减少对水和空气质量的负面影响。 Intent:Control soil erosion, reduce water and air pollution 要求 Requirements: 施工过程中防止雨水径流和/或风蚀流失泥土,包括储存表土用于再利用 Prevent loss of soil during construction by stormwater runoff and and/or wind erosion, including protecting topsoil by stockpiling for reuse; 防止下水道或接受水沉积现象 Prevent sedimentation of storm sewer or receiving streams ; 防止空气受灰尘或微粒污染 Prevent pollution the air with dust or particles. 施工人责任人收集相关证明照片定期提交给绿色顾问 Constructor and the responsible person collect and deliver relative picture evidence to Green Building consultants 参考 Reference: 施工要求指南第4页 LEED Construction Guideline Page 4,水土流失控制 Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control,推荐策略(不限于以下内容)Recommended Strategies ( not limited to the following) 渗水池 ,沉淀池,洗车台,临时绿化,临时覆盖,沉积围墙,扬尘控制 ,路面稳定。 Retention pond ,sediment basin,temporary seeding and mulching,silt fencing,dust control ,Road surface stabilization. 详细参考模板文件 Detailed reference template 水土流失和沉积控制计划 “Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan” 绿色负责人任务 Duty for Green Building Responsible Person : 根据模板文件和本项目实际情况,完成更新版的水土流失和沉积控制计划,并每月收集相片提供相应证据。 Finish updating Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan according to the real implement of the project and collect the picture evidence monthly.,水土流失控制 Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control,喷水控制扬尘 Spray to control airborne dust,临时绿化 Temporary seeding,清洗台 Washing Platform,Photos_SSp1.doc,水土流失控制喷水控制扬尘,水土流失控制临时绿化,水土流失控制车辆清洗台,水土流失控制泥沙防护栏,水土流失控制泥沙防护栏,水土流失控制泥沙沉淀池,可回收物品的储存和收集 Storage & Collection of Recyclables,目的 Intent:帮助减少运往填埋地处理的废弃物 Reduce the waste required to be hauled to and disposed of in landfills 要求 Requirements: 提供方便的地点,设立分类回收装置,用于回收包括(至少)纸、硬纸板、玻璃、塑料和金属。 Provide an easily accessible area that is dedicated to the classified garbage collection, including (at a minimum) paper, corrugated cardboard, glass, plastics and metals. 施工责任人负责收集材料,定期交给绿色顾问。 The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants. 参考 Reference: 施工要求指南 第5页 Construction Requirement Guideline P5,施工废弃物管理 Construction Waste Management,目的:从填埋处理中转移出施工、拆除和清理场地的碎片。将回收材料重新投入生产过程。将可再利用的材料投入合适的场地。 Intent:Divert construction and demolition debris from disposal in landfills. Redirect recyclable recovered resources back to the manufacturing process. Redirect reusable materials to appropriate sites. 要求 Requirements : 制定并实施废弃物管理计划,量化材料转移量的目标。回收和或利用至少50%(1分)或75(2分)的施工、拆除和场地清理废弃物。可根据重量或体积进行计算,但前后必须保持一致。 Develop and implement a construction waste management plan that establishes the goal for the quantity of materials to be diverted from disposal. Recycle and/or at least 50% (1 credit) or 75% (2 credits) of demolition from construction, disposing and land-clearing debris. Calculation can be done by weight or volume, but must be consistent throughout. 施工责任人负责收集材料,定期交给绿色顾问。 The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants 参考 Reference: 施工要求指南第6、7页 Construction Requirement Guideline P6,7,施工废弃物管理 Construction Waste Management,推荐策略 Recommended Strategies 回厂重新处理,加工生产其它新产品。 Hauled to factory to manufacture new product. 现场再利用 On-site reuse 出售或赠送第三方 Sell or donate to the third party 具体参见施工废弃物管理计划For detailed information, refer to Construction Waste Management Plan 绿色负责人任务 Duty for Green Building Responsible Person 每月统计填写施工废弃物的处理情况。统计表格见施工废弃物管理计划附件 Monthly compile the statistics for construction waste management table (see the attachment),施工废弃物管理分类收集,施工废弃物管理现场称量,施工废弃物管理提供收据,循环利用成分,目的:增加含回收成分建筑产品的用量,从而减少由于使用和处理新材料所造成的影响。 要求: 使用含回收成分的材料,其中用户使用后的回收成分与二分之一工业使用后回收成分相加占项目总材料价值的至少10%(1分)或20%(2分)。 施工责任人负责收集材料,定期交给绿色顾问。 参考: 施工要求指南 第9、10页,Recycled Content,Intent:Increase demand for building products that incorporated recycled content materials, thereby reducing impacts resulting from extraction and processing of virgin materials. Requirements: Use materials with recycled content such that the sum of post-consumer recycled content plus of the pre-consumer content constitutes at least 10% (1 credit) or 20% (2 credits) The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants. Reference: Guideline for Construction Requirement P9,10,循环利用成分,绿色负责人任务 每月填写表格,统计使用的建材中含有可回收成分的重量、及价格。 并区分回收成分的来源 从民用回收 (指从废弃的民用产品回炼重新生产) 从工业回收 (指在工业生产时多余的材料重新利用) 表格见施工要求指南 第11页,Recycled Content,Duty for Green Building Responsible Person Monthly fulfill the table to document the weight and value of recycled content used for building Distinguish the resources of recycled content Post-consumer materials i.e. reproduce the waste materials from household从民用回收 (指从废弃的民用产品回炼重新生产) Pre-consumer materials i.e. the reuse the surplus of manufacturing. Requirements: Use building materials that have been extracted, processed or manufactured within 800km of the project site for a minimum of 10% (1credit) or 20% (2 credits) The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants. Reference: Guideline for Construction Requirement P12,13,地方/地区物资,绿色负责人任务 每月填写表格,统计使用的建材中含有本地生产成分的使用量的价格。 并区分本地材料的产品生产,原材料提取的不同。 表格见施工要求指南 第14页,Regional Materials,Duty for Green Building Responsible Person Monthly fulfill the table, documenting of the values of the regional materials used on the project. Distinguish the differences of the regional manufactured and extracted materials The table is on P 14 of Guideline for Construction Requirement,施工室内空气质量管理 (施工期间),目的:防止由建造/改造工程造成的室内空气质量问题,长期保证施工人员和住户的健康和居住舒适。 要求:制定并实施施工阶段和入住前阶段室内空气质量(IAQ)管理计划: 保护现场存贮或安装的吸收性材料不受潮湿环境破坏 施工期间保护空气调节器不受环境污染。如果需要施工期间空调,每个回风端都必须使用最低有效值(MERV)为8的过滤媒介。在入住前置换所有的过滤媒介,新的过滤介质的最小效率报告值MERV至少应为13 。 施工责任人负责收集材料,定期交给绿色顾问。包括提供18幅照片施工期间3个不同时期的6幅照片说明每幅照片中所使用方法; 参考: 施工期间IAQ管理计划,Construction IAQ Management Plan (During Construction),Intent:Prevent indoor air quality problems resulting from the construction/renovation process to help sustain the comfort and well-being of construction workers and building occupants Requirements:Develop and implement an IAQ Management Plan for the construction pre-occupancy phases of the building as follows: Protect stored on-site or installed absorptive materials from moisture damage. Protect the air handlers from the pollution during the construction. If permanently installed air handlers are used during construction, filtration media with a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) of 8 shall be used at each return air grille. Replace all filtration media immediately with new MERV 13 one prior to occupancy. The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants according to the schedule, including 18 pictures :6 pictures for each phase (3 phase in all) and illustrating the method used in each picture. Reference: Construction IAQ Management Plan,施工室内空气质量管理(施工期间),推荐策略 风管安装完毕及时包扎,防止受施工作业污染 挥发性材料,比如油漆、涂料、溶剂等产品进场,应单独保存,与其它产品分开。 可吸附性材料(比如过滤器,多孔介质)进场,注意覆盖保存,不要被施工扬尘污染。特别注意不能与挥发性材料一起保存。 施工过程不要使用空调设备,风机盘管安装后密封包扎送回风口,防止灰尘进入。 绿色负责人任务 按照绿色顾问的模板制定管理计划 监督落实以上要求,收集3个阶段18张相片 (设备进场,设备安装,安装完毕),Construction IAQ Management Plan (During Construction),Recommended Strategies Seal the opening of windpipe immediately after installation to protect from the construction contamination. Separately store the on-site emitting materials such as paint, carpeting, solvent, etc and apart them from other products. Absorptive materials (filtration media, porous medium) should be covered to protect from the air borne dust. Special attention should be paid not to store absorptive materials with emitting materials. Do not use air conditioning system during construction. Seal the opening of FCU after installation to protect them from dust. Duty for Green Building Responsible Person Develop plan according to the template of green building consultant Supervise the above requirements and collect 18 pictures for 3 different phases ( arrival of the facilities, process of installation, and complete installing),施工室内空气质量管理(施工期间),风口保护,场地清洁,设备保护,材料覆盖,photos_IEQc3.1.doc,Construction IAQ Management Plan (During Construction),Open Protection,House Keeping,Facility Protection,Material Covering,photos_IEQc3.1.doc,入住前室内空气质量管理,目的:防止由建造/改造工程造成的室内空气质量问题,长期保证施工人 员和住户的健康和居住舒适。 要求:制定并实施施工阶段和入住前阶段室内空气质量(IAQ)管理计划: 建筑彻底通风(推荐) 在施工结束后,用户入住前且所有内装均已完成时,用100%室外新风进行通风,总送风量不得小于每平方米建筑面积室外新风量4267m3, 并维持室内至少15oC和相对湿度不超过60%。 如果大楼用户需要在全楼通风结束前就入住使用,空间的通风量不得小于每平方米建筑面积室外新风量1067m3 , 并在入住后制定继续通风的计划。 或者 空气质量测试 在施工结束后,用户使用前,进行符合美国环境保护署规定的室内空气品质测试要求的基本室内空气质量测试。 参考: 入住前全新风管理计划 ,Construction IAQ Management Plan (Before Occupancy),Intent:Prevent indoor air quality problems resulting from the construction/renovation process to help sustain the comfort and well-being of construction workers and building occupants Requirements: Develop and implement an IAQ Management Plan for the construction pre-occupancy phases of the building as follows: FLUSH-OUT(Recommended) After construction ends, prior to occupancy and with all interior finishes installed, perform a 100% building flush out by supporting a total air volume of 4267m3 of outdoor air per m2 while maintaining an internal temperature of at least 15 and relative humidity on higher than 60%. If occupancy is desired prior to completion of the flush-out, the space may be occupied following delivery of a minimum of 1067m3 of outdoor air per m2 and the ventilation condition should be maintained after occupancy. Or AIR QUALITY TESTING After construction ends and prior to occupancy, using testing protocols consistent with the United States Environmental Protection Agency Compendium of Methods for the Determination of Air Pollutants in Indoor air. Duty for Green Building Responsible Person Develop plan according to the template of green building consultant Supervise the implementation of the above requirements,低挥发性材料,目的:减少有气味、有潜在刺激性和/或有害的室内空气污染物的量,保证安装人员和住户健康和居住舒适。 要求: 业主/雇主提供标准指导材料采购; 在材料采购期间, 根据条件对材料进行审核; 参考: 施工要求指南 第19-23页,Low Emitting Materials,Intend:Reduce the quantity of indoor air contaminants that are odorous , irritation and/or harmful to the comfort and well-being of installers and occupants.
