Greeting 2. Free talkT: How many people are there in your family? What does your mother/father do at weekends ?S: .T:Do you . with them? So I think you often help your parents.T:How can we help our parents?S1: We can help them do housework.T :what housework can you do?S1: I can. 3. Play a game【设计意图:利用free talk打开学生的思维,帮助他们复习已有的知识。通过游戏边学边玩,一方面调动学生的学习激情,另一方面帮助他们更快的学习新知,为接来下的新授做铺垫。】Step 2 Leading1. T: Mike is cleaning the car. He is helping his father. What about Mikes other family members? Lets have a look.【设计意图:通过上图Mike帮助爸爸洗车的环节,那么其余的家庭成员又在干什么呢?利用这个问题逐步呈现出本单元Story time的第一幅课文插图,巧妙导入到Story time的学习之中。】Step 3 Story time1. Look and sayT: Who are in Mikes family? (Mike, Mikes father, Mikes mother, Helen , Tim and Ben) T: Where are they?Ss:Picture 1 (kitchen); Picture2 (living room); Picture 3 (bedroom) Picture 4)T: Is it a room? No, it isnt. Its a garden. They are out of the house. 【设计意图:通过观察课文插图,找出主要人物和所处的位置,帮助学生理清故事中的人物关系。同时特别指出小狗也是他们中的家庭成员之一,提升情感。】2. Watch and chooseT: What day is it today? And what are they doing? S: Its Saturday morning. They are doing housework.【设计意图:通过看动画整体感知语篇,为接下来的精读做准备。】2. Read and judge.What are they doing in the morning?( ) 1. Mikes father is cleaning the car.( ) 2. Mike is helping his father.( ) 3.
