工程概况2.1、设计概况横山路站为地下两层岛式于滨河路与横山路交叉口路面下。周边现状以拆迁房屋和厂房为主,规划以居住用地为主。北侧为厂房,东侧为拆迁区,南侧为固光油漆城,安康门诊楼,美田山水商务楼,西侧为规划新狮商务广场以及万豪名家。 沿滨河路南北向布置。全长458.7米,标准段宽19.7米。车站南北端设盾构始发与接收井。其主体与附属开挖深度施工方法如下表2.1-1所示。横山路站车站主体基坑安全等级为一级;主体基坑西侧变形控制保护等级为一级,主体结构基坑东侧变形控制保护等级为二级。表2.1-2 220KV高压线(保护)2.4.2、管线分布情况滨河路和横山路敷设有大量市政管线,沿横山路两侧敷设的管线主要有:污水管(DN500、DN800)、雨水管(DN400、DN800)、天然气管(DN300)、给水管(DN600),强电和弱电电缆等;沿横山路方向,强电、弱电电缆和DN200天然气管、DN600给水管、DN400蒸汽管敷设于路口临时路面盖板上方,施工期间有一根220kV高压架空线跨越车站,离地高度为19.5m,施工时需进行防护,防护方案必须满足施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ46-2005)的要求,并征得相关主管部门的同意。保护方案详见横山路站220KV高压线专项保护方案。车站范围内的地下管线,在围护结构地下连续墙施工完成前均已完成改迁,改迁过后基坑周边管线和未改迁管线不影响基坑开挖。周边管线分布情况如下:周边管线布置图见附图3。2.4.3、交通组织及疏解横山路站深基坑施工期间交通疏解共分成二个阶段(如附图4所示):阶段交通疏解第一阶段围挡滨河路、横山路路口东北侧及南端车站主体范围,施工横山路路口东北侧及南端主体围护结构、立柱桩及临时路面盖板;滨河路交通在横山路以北向围挡西侧导改,在横山路以南向围挡东侧导改;横山路交通向围挡南侧导改;围挡面积约10250m2,工期3个月。第二阶段围挡滨河路、横山路路口南北两侧车站主体范围,施工车站主体结构。滨河路交通向围挡东侧导改,横山路交通导改至临时路面盖板上方;围挡面积约14780
