促进交流的年会游戏 (2)、教导员喊“松鼠”,大树不动,饰演“松鼠”的人就必需离开原来的大树,重新选择其它的大树;教导员或暂时人员就暂时饰演松鼠并插到大树当中,落单的人应演出节目。人物速写目标:促进交流时间:3040分钟材料:纸、笔家长在前面牵引发响的拖拉小鸡或小鸭边走边说:“快来追小鸡(小鸭)!”让宝宝在后面追着玩具走。家长可有意停下脚步,让宝宝捉到玩具。内容:1. 组员轮番分享。2. 用隐喻表绘团体中的每一个人,比如以某种动物、家俱、汽车、植物等,比如:“我以为你好象一部摩托车”。然后说明为何会有这种印象。3. 组员分享被描绘的感受。好礼相送的:关心他人的需要I believe successful salespeople put forth that extra effort that turns potential clients into first-time customers. With good reason, salespeople should not consider success an attainable ending point but an objective that will always linger slightly beyond their reach.每人从袋中抽出一在张纸,临时不能够看上面的字。大家全部拿到后,率领这喊“开始”,大家赶快找“爱的伙伴”,找到后就相互具体介绍认识,以后率领者可考问其中各人名字。时间:3040分钟材料:“送礼品单”、“受礼品单”、笔内容:继续加大难度能够再加一个球,一共4个球,同时,在4个球中,能够将一个球根据和其它3个球相反的次序逆抛。记下时间;1. 每人一份“送礼品单”。2. 各人写下每位组员的姓名(自己除外),在每个名字后面,写下你想送给她的礼品。3. 再发给每人一份“受礼品单”,再写一遍全体组员的姓名(自己除外)。4. 请一位想得到礼品的组员站出来,大家开始送礼品给她,她可把礼品一一统计在“受礼品单”里。请幼儿三个三个组成一组,扮成蚂蚁。(第一个幼儿站立,两手作触角;第第三个幼儿分别弯腰,双手抱住前面一个孩子的腰)5. 每人可轮番接收礼品,并分享对礼品的见解和所送礼品的原因,也可表示对那些礼品的喜好程度。
