The government takes some measures to promote the people to study English. Because the contact between our country and the international is closer, the request to improve English teaching reform is also more and more urgent. How to improve students English quality comprehensively, breakthrough the form of the mute English in China, it is an important topic in front of all English teachers in the middle school. We believe that, it is the time we had to carry on the radical reform to the middle school English teaching.
