Theso-calledconveniencefoodTheso-calledconveniencefood,isprocessedinadvanceofagoodfoodorsemi-finishedproducts.Thisstuffiseasytostore,easytocarry,easytocook,eatfast.Modernconveniencefood,ofcourse,therearemany,likebread,frieddoughtwist,deepfrieddoughsticks,cannedfood,lotusrootstarch,instantnoodlesandquick-frozendumplingsdumplings,instantmilkpowder.Infact,thereareconvenientfoodinancienttimes,thefollowingforyoutoshareasummaryof.AncientearlierconveniencefoodispopularinthesouthernandNorthernDynastiesperiodBuTou.Practiceisabigbowlofnoodles,pileplankrub,ruboutahugering,thenunderthepanfried,frieduntilbothsidesaregoldenbrown,fishoil,hangingonthewall,farlookedlikeacartwheel.TotheSongDynasty,thereisakindofconvenientfoodcalledGuDuo.Thisisafoodwithstuffing,practicesthandumplingandravioliarecomplex:cutoutboxydough,holdinginhishand,putintothemeat,diagonalfoldededgekneadsatight,arightangledisoscelestriangle,thenthetrianglewithtwoacuteangleclosuretogether,laminatedpinch,finishedproductslikebud,bud;andthenrepanfriedyellow,withthinbamboostickstostringtogether,whichbecamethe.TotheMingDynastyhasaveryinterestingconveniencefoods,calledShouLiangShan,processingitisquiteeasytorise:bigradishwashandchopofftheroots,scrapingtopeel,putthepotforsteaming,cooling,invertedbowl,Daochengmud,diggingintothemould,offintoadobe,pileup,naturalairdry,ranaftertowalls.Lookattherawmaterialsandpractices,thisfoodshouldbecalledconvenienceRadishorradishbrick.ButtheQingDynastyfamousdoctorWangShixiongsaidthefoodthereasonwasnamedShouLiangShan,mainlyuseittopreventantisoldierbandit,whichdaythewartogether,martiallawthroughoutthecity,citizenscannotgoshoppinguntilcylindersurfacebottomedout,ricehoardingofshortpositions,fromWallchippedoffapieceofbrick,throwthepotcongeetodrink.TomodernoftheQingDynasty,thereisakindofconvenientfoodcalledhungerpill,saidtheQingDynastyLiHuanan.Thishungerpillmosttohunger,eatapill,halfadayisnothungry.HeinYuyao,Zhejiangwhenthecountymagistrate,hascalledthebroadmassesofthepeoplewhiletheharvestofsomehungerpillreservesup,metfaminewithoutfood,canberemovedtofaminerelief.Hungerpillapproachisasfollows:thewholehalfpotofrice,friedyellow,pourindrymortar.Thenthewholehalfpotofreddates,cooked,peeledtothecore,alsopouredintothedrymortar.Thenwithapestlehardpounding,themortarofglutinousriceandreddatesmashstirevenly,Mashable,dugoutagain,intotheeggballs,shopinreedleavestodry.所谓方便食品,就是事先加工好的食物成品或者半成品。这种东西容易存放,携带方便,烹制简单,吃起来快捷。现代的方便食品当然有很多了,像面包、麻花、油条、罐头、藕粉、方便面、速冻汤圆水饺、速溶奶粉等。其实古代也有方便食品的,下面为大家分享汇总一下。古代较早的方便食品是流行于南北朝时期的餢鍮,做法是发一大盆面,堆案板上搓,搓出来一个庞大的圆环,然后下油锅炸,炸到两面焦黄,捞出来控油,挂到墙上,远远望去跟大车轮子似的。到了宋朝,有一种方便食品叫“馉饳”,这是一种带馅儿食品,做法比水饺和馄饨都要复杂一些:切出来四四方方的面皮,托在手里,搁进去肉馅,对角折起,边缘捏紧,出来一个等腰直角三角形,然后再把三角形的两个锐角合拢到一块儿,叠压,捏紧,成品像花骨朵一样含苞待放;然后再入油锅炸黄,用竹签子串起来,这就成了。到了明朝有一种很有趣的方便食品,叫“守山粮”,加工起来挺容易:大萝卜洗净,剁掉根须,刮去青皮,摆锅里蒸熟,冷却后,倒盆里,捣成泥,挖进模子,脱成砖坯,摞起来,自然风干,然后用来筑墙。单看原料和做法,这种食品该叫“方便萝卜”或者“萝卜砖”才对。但是清代名医王士雄说,该食品之所以起名叫“守山粮”,主要是用它来防兵防匪,哪天战火一起,全城戒严,市民们不能出去采购,等到面缸见底、米囤空仓的时候,可以从墙上凿下一块砖来,扔锅里熬粥喝。到了近代的清朝后,有一种方便食品叫“耐饥丸”,清朝人李化楠说,这种耐饥丸最能耐饥,吃一丸,保半天不饿。他在浙江余姚当县令的时候,曾经号召广大群众趁丰年多制些耐饥丸储备起来,遇上灾年无粮,可以取出救荒。“耐饥丸”做法如下:整半锅糯米,炒到发黄,倒石臼里晾着。再整半锅红枣,蒸熟后,去皮去核,也倒到石臼里晾着。然后用大杵使劲捣,把石臼里的糯米和红枣捣烂捣匀,捣成糊状,再挖出来,团成鸡蛋大的丸子,铺在苇叶上晒干。
