Unit 2 My favourite seasonPart A 第一课时Lets try & Lets talk教学目标:1.能听懂Lets try部分的内容,并勾选出正确的图片。2.听、读Lets talk部分,运用核心句子“Which season do you like best?”“Spring/Winter/Summer/Autumn. Its pretty/I like snow/”来谈论最喜欢的季节,并变换单词,分角色练习对话,说出简单的理由。教学重点:掌握句型“Which season do you like best?”并能在实际情境中运用。教学难点:能正确回答“Which season do you like best?”并能说出喜欢的理由。教学准备:教学光盘, 多媒体课件。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up1.教师放本单元的歌曲,让学生随着节奏跟唱。2.教师放Lets sing 部分的歌曲“Whats your favourite season?”,让学生在欣赏歌曲的同时,复习巩固上一课时所学的生词。3.教师请学生向全班同学汇报上一课时所做的谜语,学生之间展开对话,如:S1: Whats the weather like in spring in Beijing?S2: Windy. Step 2:Presentation1.教师提问学生:要表述最喜欢什么季节,除了用句型“Whats your favourite season?”之外,还能用哪种句式?然后放Lets try部分的录音并答题。2.教师通过核对Lets try 部分听力练习的答案,呈现新句型“Which season do you like best?”。3.教师用从慢到快的速度或用拍手说绕口令的形式强化学生对新句型的口头表达。4.学习重点单词、短语和句型。5.学生自读课文,并根据课文回答提问。T: Which season do you like best?Ss: Winter/ I like snow./Its pretty.反复操练几个句型,让学生掌握。6.向学生讲解重点句子,并让他们对重点做好笔记。7.教师呈现Lets talk部分的替换图片让学生做替换练习,形成多组不同的对话。Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.灵活运用所学重点单词和句型造句。T: What is the weather like today? Its warm./教学反思:本课时通过唱、听、读等活动来学习句型Which season do you like best?侧重听力和口语的相关训练,让学生掌握简单描述季节的句子。可在导入后,开始听力部分的学习。然后,进行操练语言部分。此时可由教师控制节奏,进行不同难度、有梯度的操练,由浅入深练习句型。由教师主导渐变为教师辅导,让学生在活动中主动使用新句型完成各项任务。Part A 第二课时Lets learn & Read and match教学目标:1.能够听、书、读、写单词season, spring, summer, autumn, winter。2.能够使用句型“Whats your favourite season?” 提问,并能够根据实际情况回答。教学重点:正确书写五个单词并运用句型“Whats your favourite season?”进行问答练习。教学难点:听、说、读、写单词spring, summer, autumn, winter和season。教学准备:教学光盘,有关四季的教学卡片,多媒体课件。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up1.Lets chant: Mmm! Its warm today! Take off your jacket! Phew! Its hot today! Put on your T-shirt! Oooh! Its cool today! Put on your sweater! Brrr! Its cold today! Put on your coat!2.运用句型Whats your favourite colour/food/drink/fruit/animal/weather?提问并进行回答。3.教师呈现四季图片问:Whats the weather like in this picture?And what about this one?将学生的回答分成四季进行板书,并将图片贴在相应的位置上。4.猜谜语:学生做Pair work, 操练句型:Whats the weather like today? Its 由一名学生提问,另一名学生猜对方手中天气图片的内容。Step 2:Presentation1.教师在黑板上画一棵树的树干,再画上几片浅绿色的树叶,对学生说:Look! The leaves are green now. What season is it now? 出示单词卡片season,教学season。再呈现单词卡片spring,教学spring,学生跟读,并根据自己的生活经验对spring的天气特征进行描述,如:Spring is warm in Hangzhou/Taiwan等。之后,教师指着地图上南、北、东、西一些主要城市,提问:Whats the weather like in spring in Beijing/ Shenzhen?等,引导学生回答。师生一起拼读spring。2.教师继续在枝干上画树叶,继而引出summer。 3.教师利用简笔画引出autumn 和winter。4.出示各种天气状况的图片,进行问答,如: T: Whats the weather like?S: Its windy.T: Which season do you like best?S: Spring. Its warm and sunny5.小组对话练习。6.小组合作读并连线Read and match。Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.进行排序游戏。教师读单词,请一名学生到黑板上用卡片排序,其他学生给P15的图片排序。再小组合作排序,一名学生报单词,其他同学给图片排序。2.表演对话。S1:Which season do you like best?S2:Summer. Its warm./教学反思:本节课学习的新知识“Which season do you like best?”主要以新词汇和固定句型操练为主,以提高学生认读单词,口语交际的能力。Lets learn部分以对话的形式练习句型Which season do you like best?及其答语。Read and match部分是让学生掌握各个季节的特点。Part A 第三课时A Lets spell教学目标:1.能听读chant,并总结Lets spell中字母组合gr和br在单词中的发音规律。2.能掌握句型“Which season do you like best?”3.能完成Lets spell部分练习。教学重点:能朗读Pronunciation部分所提供的例词。教学难点:总结gr和br在单词中的发音规律,能找出含有字母gr和br的单词。教学准备:教学光盘,单词卡片。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up1.Sing the song “Whats your favourite season?”.2.Review the words in this unit.教师出示图片,学生说英文。教师说中文,学生说英文。3. Review the sentences.分小组进行操练。 T: Which season do you like best?Ss: I like spring best.T: Why?Ss: Because there are pretty flowers.4.导入新课。Step 2:Presentation1.Lets chant.2.Listen and repeat brown.教师教读brown。指名读,齐读并请发音标准的学生领读brown。3.用开火车读、比赛读等多种方式练习brown。4.以同样的方式学习library brother umbrella5.找规律:brown library brother umbrella /br/(板书)6.以同样的方式学习green grapes grandpa grow/gr/(板书)7.找学生读,进一步纠正发音。以多种形式练读所有单词,如接火车读单词,声音高低读等。8.找学生认读单词。Tick or cross(老师讲评错误较多的单词并纠正).Step 3:Consolidation and extension1. 找一找、读一读含有字母组合br和gr的单词并分类写出。2.Choose,write and say.选单词,组成一个句子,并读给同桌听。Step 4:Homework1.书写单词。2.找有同样发音规律的单词,每种不少于三个。板书设计Unit 2 My favourite seasonbrown library brother umbrella /br/ green grapes grandpa grow /gr/ 教学反思:本课时是语音学习,主要让学生掌握br和gr的发音规律,可适当地教学生音标,从而拓展单词的知识面,有助于学生更好地记忆单词,让学生学会分类记忆单词以及根据音标记忆单词的方法。同时有利于学生在以后的学习中灵活运用br和gr的发音规律。Part B 第一课时Lets try & Lets talk教学目标:1.能听懂Lets try部分的内容,并勾选出正确的图片。2.能正确回答为什么最喜欢这个季节,并能在情景中熟练运用这个句型。教学重点:掌握句型“Because I”,要求学生能在真实的情景中运用。教学难点:正确运用答句“Because I ”。教学准备:教学光盘,多媒体课件。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up1.Sing the song“Whats your favourite season?”.2.用游戏复习词组: go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman.go on a picnicI often go on a picnic with my family.让学生替换词组反复练习。3.Answer the question. T: Which season do you like best? Ss: I like spring. Its pretty.反复进行替换练习,并请学生说出理由。Step 2:Presentation1.学习重点单词、短语和句型:good job, because,(教师可以自己找一找,并板书)2.听录音并跟读。3.师生分角色朗读。4.学生自读课文,并根据课文回答提问:T: Which season do you like best?Ss: I like spring best.T: Why?Ss: Because the weather is pretty.反复操练几个句型,让学生掌握。5.向学生讲解重点句子,并让他们对重点做好笔记。6.听 “Lets try”部分的听力,选择正确的图片。用单词或句子描述自己所看到的图片。核对答案并分享做听力的方法。Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.各组组长带领组员进行小组间分工讨论交流,并展示,学生评价后老师进行讲评。2.Act “Lets talk”.学生可以自己进行创编。3.Try to write a dialogue.模仿Lets talk部分的Ask and answer。教师可以先出示PPT,教学生写或者给予学生一定的引导。Step 4:Homework1.背诵Lets talk部分。2.试着仿照Lets talk部分编写新对话。板书设计Unit 2 My favourite seasonGood job!BecauseWhich season do you like best?I like spring best. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. I often go on a picnic with my family.替换单词和词组反复操练此句型,让学生掌握。3.Listen to the tape and read it again.分角色读。4.师生互译短语和重点句子。Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.Ask and answer.1.两人一小组进行对话练习。A: Which season do you like best? B: Winter. I often play in the snow.用表格内的词组进行替换练习。2.学生灵活运用短语和句型去造句。I like spring best. I often plant flowers./I like summer best. Because I can plant trees /并能在情景中正确运用。2.能理解文章内容并能正确回答问题和书写答句。3.能够准确运用what,when, where,which,why五个疑问词。教学重点:会听、说、读、写四会句子。教学难点:1.掌握Because引导的原因状语从句。2.能够准确运用what,when, where,which,why五个疑问词。教学准备:教学光盘,Lets learn部分的单词卡片及Read and write 部分的教学挂图,多媒体课件。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up1.教师出示Part A、Part B中Lets learn部分的单词卡片,示范提问学生:Which season do you like best? What can you do? 然后让学生根据卡片内容作出回答。2.拼读单词比赛:学生分成小组,教师报出四会单词和词组,学生抢答,拼读该单词或词组。3.游戏:看图片说词组。4.Show time:请学生展示自己编写的对话或课本剧。Step 2:Presentation1.Read and write.(1)教师出示本部分挂图,指着第一幅图提问学生:Look,what season is it? What can you do?(2)教师提问学生:Which season do you like best? What can you do? Why?T: Which season do you like best?Ss:Spring.T:Why?Ss:Because there are many flowers.Theyre beautiful.T: What can you do?Ss:I can go on a picnic.(3)让学生看图片进行类似的对话。(4)读题目然后回答教师所提出的问题。(5)读题目,听录音。(6)读文章,做题目。(7)核对答案,并分享做阅读的心得或方法。2.Lets check.(1)小组讨论,想想横线上可能填什么句子。(2)听录音,并答题。(3)核对答案并分享答题小技巧。3.Lets wrap it up.(1)读句子,做题。(2)总结五个疑问词what、when、where、which、why的区别和用法。Step 3:Consolidation and extension1.Review the words and phrases:(1)spring, springI like spring best.用同样方式复习其他关于季节的单词。(2)go to the picnic, go to the picnicI can go to the picnic.用同样方式复习其他的动词短语。灵活运用本单元所学单词进行复习,反复操练。2.Review the sentences: T: Which season do you like best?Ss: Spring/T: Why?Ss: Because the flowers are pretty.灵活运用本单元所学句型反复练习。3.字母组合gr的发音是/gr/,字母组合br的发音是/br/,读出有gr或br组合的单词(再次复习Lets spell部分).Step 4:Homework1.背诵并默写四会词组及句型。2.完成本单元所有的练习。 板书设计Unit 2 My favourite seasonWhich season do you like best?I likebest.I often go swimming/pick apples/make a snowmanWhy?
